In general, an industrial air conditioner is a device that supplies a refrigerant such as cooling air in order to remove heat generated from various process facilities or devices, and is widely used throughout the industry. For example, in the semiconductor manufacturing process, a lot of heat is generated throughout the process. To prevent such heat generation, an air conditioner is used to perform an efficient manufacturing process, and cooling air is used in data centers, communication base stations, computer rooms, etc. It is used to prevent malfunction and failure of equipment by continuously supplying it. Such an industrial air conditioner is divided into an air-cooled air conditioner and a water-cooled air conditioner according to a cooling method of a condenser for condensing a gas refrigerant. An air-cooled air conditioner is a device that removes heat generated from various process facilities or devices using refrigerant liquid condensed in an externally installed air-cooled condenser. The noise is loud. A water-cooled air conditioner is a device that uses cooling water to remove heat generated from various process facilities or devices, and has a uniform cooling action and low noise during operation. Industrial air conditioner according to the prior art is an air-cooled air conditioner, a compressor that circulates a refrigerant in a circuit, a condenser that condenses a gaseous refrigerant through heat exchange with external air to convert it into a liquid refrigerant, a receiver that stores the liquid refrigerant, and operation of the compressor Solenoid valve that opens and closes the circuit according to It includes a liquid separator that separates the refrigerant from the gas and delivers only the gas to the compressor. In the industrial air conditioner having the above configuration, the gas refrigerant exchanges heat with external air in the process of passing through the condenser and is condensed into a liquid refrigerant, and when the liquid refrigerant evaporates in the evaporator, heat exchange with the indoor air to cool the indoor space. However, the industrial air conditioner according to the prior art is configured to operate continuously while a specific facility is operating regardless of the external temperature, so that even in a weather with a low outdoor temperature such as winter, if the cooling room does not reach an appropriate temperature, the compressor continues to operate. There is a big problem in energy consumption. The energy-saving thermo-hygrostat is a water-cooled air conditioner and includes the aforementioned compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator, and a cooling tower equipped with an outdoor temperature detection sensor for detecting the outside temperature, an indoor temperature detecting sensor for detecting the room temperature, and a front part of the evaporator Cold water coil installed in the first three-way installed between the pipe connecting the cold water coil and the condenser, the bypass pipe installed between the first three-way side and the condenser inlet, and the second three way installed between the first three-way side and the condenser outlet It includes a control unit that controls the opening and closing amount of the stool, and a circulation pump that circulates the cooling water in the circuit. The energy-saving thermo-hygrostat according to another conventional technology stops the refrigeration cycle operation using the compressor in winter, circulates the cooling water of the cooling tower through the cold water coil, and maintains the temperature of the indoor air at the temperature desired by the user, and in the changing season, the first and controlling the opening/closing amount of the second three sides to operate the refrigeration cycle and the cold water coil in parallel, and block the driving of the cold water coil in summer, and only the refrigeration cycle is driven. In the energy-saving thermo-hygrostat according to other conventional technologies, the outlet temperature of the condenser cooling water subjected to summer heat exchange is set at 36 to 38 ° C, and the cooling water outlet temperature for heat exchange in the cooling tower is set to 31 to 33 ° C, and the temperature deviation is set at 5 ° C. Energy-saving thermo-hygrostat according to other conventional technologies selects the summer mode when the outdoor temperature detection sensor is 15~17℃ or higher, and when it is less than 15~17℃, and the cooling water outlet temperature of the cooling tower is less than 6~8℃, winter mode will be selected. The average monthly temperature of standard meteorological data for 17 cities nationwide is 5.9℃ in December, 3.4℃ in January, 5.3℃ in February, and 9.1℃ in March. It has the disadvantage of being extremely limited. In addition, the energy-saving thermo-hygrostat according to another conventional technology exchanges heat with a cold water coil in which cooling water is additionally installed, and is composed of relatively many pipes and parts, so that the structure of the device is complicated, and installation and operation costs are increased. There is a problem. In addition, in the energy-saving thermo-hygrostat according to another conventional technology, when the refrigerator cycle and the cold water coil are operated in parallel in the changing season, the cooling water of the cooling tower is branched, one side goes to the condenser of the refrigerator cycle, and the other side goes to the indoor air from the cold water coil After heat exchange with , it goes to the condenser of the refrigeration cycle. As a result, cooling water having different temperatures is mixed in the first three sides, and the temperature of the cooling water is higher than the temperature when it flows out of the cooling tower, so that the heat exchange efficiency in the condenser is lowered. In addition, the energy-saving thermo-hygrostat according to another conventional technology operates only when the outside air falls below the reference temperature, and thus energy saving is relatively small. In addition, the energy-saving thermo-hygrostat according to another conventional technology is a water-cooled thermo-hygrostat, and a cooling water coil using cooling water is additionally installed to prevent leakage of coolant when the energy-saving thermo-hygrostat according to other conventional technologies is installed and used in an electronic equipment room such as a computer room. There are disadvantages that can cause problems.

The present invention and the technical problems achieved by the practice of the present invention will be made clear by the preferred embodiments described below. An electricity-saving air conditioner that reduces power consumption converts heat generated from various process facilities or devices into a cooling circuit. A device for cooling by supplying a refrigerant to a cooling circuit, circulating the refrigerant in a cooling circuit, a compressor having an electromagnetic valve that opens and closes according to an operation mode, a condenser connected to the compressor to convert gaseous refrigerant into liquid refrigerant, The receiver to store, the solenoid valve of the compressor cooling circuit that opens and closes according to the operation mode depending on the operation mode, the expansion valve that converts relatively high temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant into low temperature and low pressure by connecting to the solenoid valve of the compressor cooling circuit, and the liquid refrigerant connected to the expansion valve is connected to the evaporator to cool the indoor space by exchanging heat with the indoor air when the The open and close natural cooling solenoid valve, the liquid pump that circulates the refrigerant in the cooling circuit connected to the natural cooling solenoid valve, is connected to the liquid pump and the evaporator. A circulation pipe including a solenoid valve that opens and closes according to the mode, a bypass pipe connecting the three-way side to the circulation pipe, an outdoor temperature sensor for measuring the outdoor temperature, and an indoor temperature sensor for measuring the indoor temperature. It includes a control unit that selects an operation mode based on a temperature difference between the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature, and a check valve that prevents the refrigerant from running backward and allows the refrigerant to move only in the forward direction. In the electricity-saving air conditioner that reduces the power consumption of the above configuration, the refrigerant circulates by the compressor in the compressor circulation circuit including the condenser, the receiver, the compressor cooling circuit electromagnetic valve, the expansion valve, the evaporator, the liquid separator, and the compressor. It is operated in a natural cooling operation mode in which the refrigerant circulates through the liquid pump cooling circuit including the condenser, the receiver, the natural cooling electromagnetic valve, the liquid pump, the three-way valve, the evaporator, the liquid separator, and the circulation pipe by the liquid pump and the condenser. Specifically, the compressor is configured to forcibly circulate the refrigerant in the cooling circuit, and includes an electromagnetic valve that opens and closes according to the operation mode. Such a compressor applies pressure to a gaseous refrigerant to convert it into a high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant so that the refrigerant circulates in the cooling circuit. In addition, the compressor operates in the refrigerator operation mode, and stops operation in the natural cooling operation mode. When the operation mode is the refrigerator operation mode, the electromagnetic valve of the compressor is opened to allow the refrigerant to pass through, and in the case of the natural cooling operation mode, it is closed to block the refrigerant. The electromagnetic valve of the compressor is preferably installed between the compressor and the liquid separator in order to prevent the refrigerant from entering the suction side of the compressor where the operation is stopped in the natural cooling operation mode. The condenser is configured to convert the gas refrigerant circulated in the compressor into a liquid refrigerant, and is connected to the rear end of the compressor. In such a condenser, a high-temperature, high-pressure gas refrigerant is condensed through heat exchange with external air to convert it into a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant, and a separate blower is mounted to perform more efficient heat exchange. The receiver is configured to store the liquid refrigerant converted in the condenser, and is connected to the rear end of the condenser. This receiver is a container for temporarily storing the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant converted in the condenser. In the natural cooling operation mode, the receiver smoothly supplies the refrigerant to the evaporator and condenser to prevent dryness. It is preferable to use it as a receiver with 1.5 to 2 times the capacity. The compressor cooling circuit solenoid valve is configured to open and close according to the operation mode selected by the control unit, and is connected to the rear end of the receiver. This compressor cooling circuit solenoid valve is opened by the control unit so that the refrigerant circulates smoothly in the compressor cooling circuit by the compressor in the refrigerator operation mode. Closed to prevent a decrease in cooling efficiency. The expansion valve is configured to convert high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant into low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant, and is connected to the rear end of the solenoid valve in the compressor cooling circuit. The expansion valve converts high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant into low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant, thereby facilitating evaporation of the liquid refrigerant. In addition, like the electromagnetic valve of the compressor cooling circuit, the expansion valve operates in the refrigerator operation mode and does not operate in the natural cooling operation mode, so that energy consumption can be reduced. The evaporator is configured to cool the indoor space by exchanging heat with indoor air when the liquid refrigerant evaporates, and is connected to the rear end of the expansion valve. Such an evaporator cools the indoor space or the object to be cooled by exchanging heat with the indoor space or the object to be cooled when the liquid refrigerant converted into low temperature and low pressure flows through the expansion valve and evaporates. The liquid separator separates the liquid refrigerant and the gaseous refrigerant flowing out after heat exchange in the evaporator to deliver only the gaseous refrigerant to the compressor, and is connected to the rear end of the evaporator. The natural cooling solenoid valve is configured to open and close according to the operation mode selected by the control unit, and is connected to the rear end of the receiver through a pipe different from the solenoid valve in the compressor cooling circuit. This natural cooling solenoid valve is opened by the control unit so that the refrigerant is smoothly circulated to the liquid pump cooling circuit by the liquid pump in the natural cooling operation mode, and the refrigerant flows into unused piping and devices in the refrigerator operation mode. and to prevent a decrease in cooling efficiency. The liquid pump is configured to circulate the refrigerant in the cooling circuit, and is connected to the rear end of the naturally cooled solenoid valve. This liquid pump is configured to simply circulate the refrigerant in the cooling circuit using the pump, and the energy consumption rate is lower than that of a compressor that applies pressure to the gaseous refrigerant to convert it into a high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant to forcibly circulate the refrigerant in the cooling circuit. In addition, the liquid pump does not operate in the refrigerator operation mode like the natural cooling electromagnetic valve, and in the natural cooling operation mode, the refrigerant is supplied and operated. The three sides are configured to control the amount of refrigerant passing through, and are connected to the evaporator and the condenser at the rear end of the liquid pump. The opening/closing amount of these three sides is adjusted by the control unit in the natural cooling operation mode to supply an appropriate amount of refrigerant to the evaporator. The circulation pipe includes an electromagnetic valve that opens and closes depending on the operation mode, and the liquid separator is directly connected to the condenser. The solenoid valve of the circulation pipe is closed by the control unit to prevent malfunctions and cooling efficiency decrease caused by refrigerant flowing into unused pipes and devices during the operation mode of the refrigerator. It opens so that it circulates smoothly and is delivered to the condenser. The bypass pipe is a pipe connecting the three sides to the circulation pipe, and is a pipe through which an appropriate amount of refrigerant is supplied to the evaporator from the three sides and the remaining refrigerant passes. The control unit includes an outdoor temperature sensor for measuring the outdoor temperature and an indoor temperature sensor for measuring the indoor temperature. It is a configuration that controls the energy-saving industrial air conditioner to operate in the refrigerator operation mode or the natural cooling operation mode. The control unit controls the opening/closing amount of the three sides according to the temperature measured by the indoor temperature sensor so that an appropriate amount of refrigerant is supplied to the evaporator. The outdoor temperature sensor is configured to measure the outdoor temperature, and is installed around the condenser for condensing the gas refrigerant through heat exchange with the outside air, and is preferably installed around the passage through which the outside air is supplied to the condenser. The indoor temperature sensor is configured to measure the indoor temperature, and is preferably installed in an indoor space to be cooled or an object to be cooled. In addition, the indoor temperature sensor may be installed around the controller in order to reduce the complexity of wiring when the controller is in an indoor space to be cooled. The check valve prevents the reverse flow of the refrigerant so that the refrigerant moves only in the forward direction. It is installed around the connection part where three or more pipes are connected. can be installed. The refrigerator operation mode is a mode in which the refrigerant circulates through the compressor cooling circuit including the condenser, the receiver, the compressor cooling circuit electromagnetic valve, the expansion valve, the evaporator, the liquid separator, and the compressor by the compressor. The refrigerator operation mode is operated when the indoor temperature measured by the indoor temperature sensor is above a preset temperature. Such a refrigerator operation mode is preferably operated when the outside air temperature is lower than the indoor temperature, but the difference is 2 to 3° C. or less, or when the indoor temperature is above a preset temperature. In the refrigerator operation mode, the compressor applies pressure to the gaseous refrigerant, converts it into high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, and delivers it to the condenser. The condenser converts the transferred gaseous refrigerant into a liquid refrigerant, and stores the converted liquid refrigerant in the receiver. The receiver delivers the liquid refrigerant to the solenoid valve of the compressor cooling circuit and the solenoid valve of the natural cooling circuit along the pipe. Since it is in an open state, the refrigerant is transferred to the solenoid side of the compressor cooling circuit. The liquid refrigerant passing through the solenoid valve of the compressor cooling circuit converts the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant into the low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant at the expansion valve and delivers it to the evaporator. At this time, the refrigerant is directed to the evaporator without going backward to the liquid pump by the check valve installed at the branch point on the inlet side of the evaporator. The liquid refrigerant delivered to the evaporator cools the indoor space by exchanging heat with indoor air as it evaporates. is transmitted The solenoid valve of the circulation pipe and the electromagnetic valve of the compressor are installed at the branch point on the outlet side of the liquid separator. In the refrigerator operation mode, the electromagnetic valve of the circulation pipe is closed and the electromagnetic valve of the compressor is opened, so that the refrigerant does not pass through the electromagnetic side of the circulation pipe but passes toward the electromagnetic valve of the compressor. The natural cooling operation mode is an operation mode in which a refrigerant circulates by a liquid pump in a liquid pump cooling circuit including a condenser, a receiver, a natural cooling electromagnetic valve, a liquid pump, a three-way valve, an evaporator, a liquid separator, and a circulation pipe. The natural cooling operation mode is operated in the outdoor air with a relatively low temperature in the middle season (spring, autumn) and winter season. It operates when is lower than the indoor temperature measured by the indoor temperature sensor. Such a natural cooling operation mode is preferably operated when the outside air temperature is lower than the indoor temperature and the difference is greater than 2-3°C. The natural cooling operation mode is an operation mode in which the liquid pump circulates the refrigerant in the liquid pump cooling circuit. The condenser converts the gaseous refrigerant into the liquid refrigerant, and the converted liquid refrigerant is stored in the receiver. The receiver delivers the liquid refrigerant to the solenoid valve of the compressor cooling circuit and the solenoid valve of the natural cooling circuit along the pipe. Since it is only in the open state, the refrigerant is transferred to the naturally cooled electromagnetic valve. The liquid refrigerant passing through the natural cooling electromagnetic valve circulates in the cooling circuit by the liquid pump and is delivered to the three-way valve. The opening and closing amount of the three-way side is controlled by the control unit to supply only an appropriate amount of refrigerant to the evaporator. At this time, the refrigerant is directed to the evaporator without going backward to the expansion valve by the check valve installed at the branch point on the inlet side of the evaporator. The liquid refrigerant delivered to the evaporator cools the indoor space by exchanging heat with indoor air as it evaporates. through the condenser. At this time, since the refrigerant delivered to the condenser exchanges heat with the low-temperature outside air in the condenser, it is easily condensed even at a relatively low refrigerant pressure, so that the refrigerant can continuously circulate in the liquid pump cooling circuit. The solenoid valve of the compressor and the electromagnetic valve of the circulation pipe are installed at the branch point on the outlet side of the liquid separator. In the natural cooling operation mode, the solenoid valve of the compressor is closed and the solenoid valve of the circulation pipe is opened, so that the refrigerant does not pass through the electromagnetic valve side of the compressor, but passes toward the electromagnetic valve side of the circulation pipe. And the refrigerant passing through the circulation pipe is delivered to the condenser, and the refrigerant does not go backwards to the compressor by the check valve at the branch point on the condenser inlet side, but goes to the condenser. In addition, in the natural cooling operation mode, the controller controls the opening and closing amount of the three sides according to the temperature measured by the indoor temperature sensor to supply an appropriate amount of refrigerant to the evaporator, and transfer the remaining refrigerant to the condenser through the bypass pipe and the circulation pipe. In this natural cooling operation mode, since the refrigerant circulates by a liquid pump that consumes relatively less energy than a compressor operated in the refrigerator operation mode, energy can be saved compared to the refrigerator operation mode. In the energy-saving industrial air conditioner according to the second embodiment of the present invention, a description of the overlapping configuration with the first embodiment will be omitted. The natural cooling solenoid valve is configured to open and close according to the operation mode selected by the control unit, and is connected to the rear end of the receiver through a pipe different from the solenoid valve in the compressor cooling circuit. This naturally cooling solenoid valve is opened in the natural cooling operation mode by the control unit and closed in the refrigerator operation mode. The liquid pump circulates the refrigerant in the cooling circuit and is connected to the rear end of the natural cooling solenoid valve and the rear end of the expansion valve. The circulation pipe is configured to open and close according to the operation mode, includes an electromagnetic valve, and directly connects the liquid separator to the condenser. The check valve is configured to prevent the reverse flow of the refrigerant so that the refrigerant moves only in the forward direction, and three or more pipes are connected and installed around the connection part. The refrigerator operation mode according to the second embodiment is the same as the refrigerator operation mode according to the first embodiment, and thus is omitted. The natural cooling operation mode according to the second embodiment is an operation mode in which a refrigerant circulates by a liquid pump in a liquid pump cooling circuit including a condenser, a receiver, a natural cooling electromagnetic valve, a liquid pump, an expansion valve, an evaporator, a liquid separator, and a circulation pipe. to be. This natural cooling operation mode is an operation mode in which the liquid pump circulates the refrigerant in the liquid pump cooling circuit. The condenser converts the gas refrigerant into the liquid refrigerant, and the converted liquid refrigerant is stored in the receiver. The receiver delivers the liquid refrigerant to the solenoid valve of the compressor cooling circuit and the solenoid valve of the natural cooling circuit along the pipe. Since it is only in the open state, the refrigerant is transferred to the naturally cooled electromagnetic valve. The liquid refrigerant passing through the natural cooling solenoid valve circulates in the cooling circuit by the liquid pump and is delivered to the expansion valve. At this time, the refrigerant is directed to the expansion valve instead of going backward to the solenoid valve of the compressor cooling circuit by the check valve installed at the branch point on the inlet side of the expansion valve. The expansion valve converts the delivered liquid refrigerant into a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant and delivers it to the evaporator. The low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant delivered to the evaporator cools the indoor space by exchanging heat with the indoor air as it evaporates. Only the refrigerant is transferred to the condenser through the circulation pipe. In addition, in the natural cooling operation mode, since the liquid refrigerant of low pressure passes through the expansion valve, the temperature of the refrigerant is lower than that of the room, so that the room temperature can be cooled to the target temperature desired by the user relatively quickly. And the refrigerant passing through the circulation pipe is delivered to the condenser, and the refrigerant does not go backward to the compressor by the check valve at the branch point on the inlet side of the condenser, but is directed to the condenser. The energy-saving industrial air conditioner includes the compressor cooling circuit, the compressor, condenser, receiver, compressor cooling circuit electromagnetic valve, expansion valve, evaporator, and liquid separator. It includes a liquid pump that circulates the refrigerant in the cooling circuit, a pressure control valve connected to the liquid pump and the evaporator to adjust the pressure of the refrigerant supplied to the evaporator, and an electromagnetic valve that opens and closes according to the operation mode, directly connecting the liquid separator to the condenser. It includes a circulation pipe that measures the outside air temperature, an outdoor temperature sensor that measures the outside temperature, and an indoor temperature sensor that measures the indoor temperature, and a control unit that selects an operation mode based on the outside temperature or the temperature difference between the outside temperature and the room temperature, and controls the reverse flow of the refrigerant. It contains a check valve that prevents the refrigerant from moving in the forward direction only. In the energy-saving industrial air conditioner according to the third embodiment of the present invention, a description of the overlapping configuration with the first embodiment will be omitted. The pressure adjusting valve is configured to maintain a constant pressure of the refrigerant supplied to the evaporator by adjusting the pressure of the refrigerant, and is connected to the evaporator at the rear end of the liquid pump. The pressure control valve maintains a constant pressure of the refrigerant, thereby increasing the stability of the refrigerant exchanging heat in the evaporator, providing more efficient heat exchange, and stably maintaining the room temperature. The refrigerator operation mode according to the third embodiment is the same as the refrigerator operation mode according to the first embodiment, and thus is omitted. In the natural cooling operation mode according to the third embodiment, the refrigerant circulates by a liquid pump in a liquid pump cooling circuit including a condenser, a receiver, a natural cooling electromagnetic valve, a liquid pump, a pressure adjusting valve, an evaporator, a liquid separator, and a circulation pipe. driving mode. In this natural cooling mode, the liquid pump circulates the refrigerant in the cooling circuit, converts the gas refrigerant into the liquid refrigerant in the condenser, and stores the converted liquid refrigerant in the receiver. The receiver delivers the liquid refrigerant to the solenoid valve of the compressor cooling circuit and the solenoid valve of the natural cooling circuit along the pipe. Since it is only in the open state, the refrigerant is transferred to the naturally cooled electromagnetic valve. The liquid refrigerant passing through the natural cooling solenoid valve circulates in the cooling circuit by the liquid pump and is delivered to the pressure adjusting valve. The pressure adjusting valve adjusts the pressure of the refrigerant and delivers the refrigerant to the evaporator. At this time, the refrigerant is directed to the evaporator without going backwards to the expansion valve by the check valve installed at the branch point on the inlet side of the evaporator. The liquid refrigerant delivered to the evaporator cools the indoor space by exchanging heat with the indoor air as it evaporates. through the condenser. In addition, the natural cooling mode includes a pressure adjusting valve for maintaining a constant pressure of the refrigerant, thereby increasing the stability of the refrigerant exchanging heat in the evaporator, and allowing for more efficient heat exchange. The energy-saving industrial air conditioner consists of two independent cooling circuits, and the compressor cooling circuit in which the refrigerant circulates by the compressor includes a compressor, a condenser, a receiver, a compressor cooling circuit electromagnetic valve, an expansion valve, an evaporator, and a liquid separator. The liquid pump cooling circuit in which the refrigerant circulates by Solenoid valve, a liquid pump that circulates the refrigerant in the cooling circuit by connecting to the solenoid valve, a three-way valve connected to the liquid pump to control the opening/closing amount of the refrigerant, and a three-way valve connected to the auxiliary condenser. When the liquid refrigerant evaporates, the indoor air It includes an auxiliary evaporator that cools the indoor space by exchanging heat with it, a bypass pipe connecting the three-way side and the auxiliary condenser, an outdoor temperature sensor that measures the outdoor temperature, and an indoor temperature sensor that measures the indoor temperature. It includes a control unit that selects an operation mode based on the temperature difference between the city and the room temperature, and a check valve that prevents the refrigerant from running backward and allows the refrigerant to move only in the forward direction. In the energy-saving industrial air conditioner according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, a description of the overlapping configuration with the first embodiment will be omitted. The auxiliary condenser is a component that converts the gaseous refrigerant circulated by the liquid pump into the liquid refrigerant. Since the auxiliary condenser condenses high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant through heat exchange with external air and converts it into a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant, it is possible to perform more efficient heat exchange when a separate blower is installed. The refrigerant liquid tank is configured to store the liquid refrigerant converted in the auxiliary condenser, and is connected to the rear end of the auxiliary condenser. It is preferable to use such a refrigerant liquid tank as a refrigerant liquid tank having a capacity of about 1.5 to 2 times that of a receiver of an industrial air conditioner operated only in the refrigerator operation mode. The natural cooling solenoid valve is configured to open and close according to the operation mode, and is connected to the rear end of the refrigerant liquid tank. This natural cooling solenoid valve is closed by the control unit in the refrigerator operation mode to prevent refrigerant from flowing through unused pipes and devices, thereby preventing a decrease in the factory and cooling efficiency of the device. It is opened to acclimatize smoothly to the cooling circuit. The liquid pump is configured to circulate the refrigerant in the liquid pump cooling circuit, and is connected to the rear end of the natural cooling solenoid valve. The liquid pump is configured to simply circulate the refrigerant in the cooling circuit, and the energy consumption rate is lower than that of a compressor that applies pressure to the gaseous refrigerant to convert it into a high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant to forcibly circulate the refrigerant in the cooling circuit. In addition, the liquid pump is not operated in the refrigerator operation mode like the natural cooling electromagnetic valve, and is operated by supplying refrigerant in the natural cooling operation mode. As described above, depending on the operation mode, when the liquid pump is unnecessary, it does not operate, so energy consumption can be reduced. The three-way side is connected to the auxiliary condenser and the auxiliary evaporator at the rear end of the liquid pump to control the amount of refrigerant by the control unit. The opening/closing amount of these three sides is adjusted by the control unit in the natural cooling operation mode, and an appropriate amount of refrigerant is supplied to the auxiliary evaporator. The auxiliary evaporator is configured to cool the indoor space by exchanging heat with indoor air when the liquid refrigerant evaporates, and is connected to the auxiliary condenser at the rear end of the three-sided side. The bypass pipe is a pipe connecting the three-way side and the auxiliary condenser, and is a pipe through which an appropriate amount of refrigerant is supplied to the auxiliary evaporator from the three-way side and the remaining refrigerant is transferred to the auxiliary condenser. The control unit includes an outdoor temperature sensor for measuring the outdoor temperature and an indoor temperature sensor for measuring the indoor temperature, configured to select an operation mode based on the indoor temperature or a temperature difference between the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature. The control unit controls the opening and closing amount of the three sides according to the indoor temperature measured by the indoor temperature sensor to supply an appropriate amount of refrigerant to the auxiliary evaporator, and the refrigerant exceeding the appropriate amount is transferred to the auxiliary condenser through the bypass pipe. The check valve is configured to allow the refrigerant to move only in the forward direction by preventing the reverse flow of the refrigerant, and is preferably installed in each pipe at the point where three or more pipes meet. Such a check valve may be installed in each part in contact with the three-way side where three or more pipes meet and the pipe between the auxiliary evaporator and the auxiliary condenser. The refrigerator operation mode according to the fourth embodiment is the same as the refrigerator operation mode according to the first embodiment, and thus is omitted. In the natural cooling operation mode according to the fourth embodiment, the refrigerant circulates through the liquid pump cooling circuit including the auxiliary condenser, the refrigerant liquid tank, the natural cooling electromagnetic valve, the liquid pump, the three-way valve, the auxiliary evaporator and the bypass pipe by the liquid pump. driving mode. This natural cooling operation mode is operated in the outdoor air with a relatively low temperature in the middle season (spring, autumn) and winter season. It operates when the degree is lower than the indoor temperature measured by the indoor temperature sensor, and preferably operates when the outdoor temperature is lower than the indoor temperature, and the difference is greater than 2-3°C. In the natural cooling operation mode, the liquid pump circulates the refrigerant in the liquid pump cooling circuit, the auxiliary condenser converts the gaseous refrigerant into the liquid refrigerant, and the converted liquid refrigerant is stored in the refrigerant liquid tank. The refrigerant liquid tank delivers the liquid refrigerant to the naturally-cooled solenoid valve opened by the control unit, and the refrigerant passing through the naturally-cooled solenoid valve is delivered to the three-way valve. The opening/closing amount of the three-way side is adjusted by the control unit to supply only an appropriate amount of refrigerant to the auxiliary evaporator. The liquid refrigerant transferred to the auxiliary evaporator cools the indoor space by exchanging heat with indoor air while evaporating, and the heat-exchanged gas refrigerant and liquid refrigerant are transferred to the auxiliary condenser. And in the natural cooling operation mode, the controller controls the opening and closing amount of the three sides according to the temperature measured by the indoor temperature sensor to supply an appropriate amount of refrigerant to the auxiliary evaporator, and delivers the remaining refrigerant to the auxiliary condenser through the bypass pipe. In addition, in the natural cooling operation mode, the refrigerant that has undergone heat exchange in the auxiliary evaporator is transferred to the auxiliary condenser. Refrigerant can circulate. The simultaneous operation mode is an operation mode in which the compressor cooling circuit and the liquid pump cooling circuit are simultaneously operated. Simultaneous operation mode is operated during periods when the outdoor temperature is relatively low, such as in the middle season (spring, autumn), and when the outdoor temperature measured by the outdoor temperature sensor is less than the preset temperature, or when the outdoor temperature measured by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the indoor temperature measured by the indoor temperature sensor. Preferably, the operation is performed when the outside air temperature is lower than the indoor temperature, but the difference is 3° C. or less. In this simultaneous operation mode, the compressor cooling circuit and the liquid pump cooling circuit are operated at the same time, so that a small amount of cooling source from outside air is supplied to the room, so that a greater cooling effect can be seen, and energy can be saved because the compressor and the liquid pump are simultaneously controlled. The energy-saving industrial air conditioner operation method includes a temperature measurement step of measuring the indoor temperature with an indoor temperature sensor or measuring the outdoor and indoor temperature with an outdoor temperature sensor and an indoor temperature sensor, and the measured indoor or outdoor temperature and the temperature of the indoor temperature. The operation mode selection step in which the control unit selects the operation mode according to the difference, the operation mode reselection step in which the control unit reselects the operation mode according to the temperature difference between the outside temperature or the outside temperature and the indoor temperature of the energy-saving industrial air conditioner in operation, energy-saving industrial This is the stage in which the cooling function of the air conditioner is stopped. Depending on the operation mode, it is operated in the air conditioner stop stage or natural cooling operation mode, which stops the energy-saving industrial air conditioner when the indoor temperature of the energy-saving industrial air conditioner operating in the refrigerator operation mode becomes less than the target temperature. When the indoor temperature of the energy-saving industrial air conditioner in operation becomes less than the target temperature, the cooling function stops stage, which consists of a bypass stage in which the control unit of the energy-saving industrial air conditioner controls the three sides to pass the refrigerant through the bypass pipe and the circulation pipe. It includes a regression step to return to the temperature measurement step when the room temperature rises above the target temperature after the stop step. The temperature measuring step is a step of measuring the indoor temperature with an indoor temperature sensor, or measuring the outdoor and indoor temperature with an outdoor temperature sensor and an indoor temperature sensor. The operation mode selection step is a step in which the control unit selects an operation mode according to the difference between the indoor temperature or the outdoor temperature measured in the temperature measurement step and the indoor temperature. In this operation mode selection step, when the operation mode is selected by the outdoor temperature, the controller selects the refrigerator operation mode in which the refrigerant circulates by the compressor when the outdoor temperature is higher than the set temperature, and when the outdoor temperature is less than the set temperature, the controller controls the liquid pump The natural cooling operation mode in which the refrigerant circulates is selected. In addition, in the operation mode selection step, when the control unit selects the operation mode according to the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature, when the indoor temperature is above a preset temperature or when the outdoor temperature is above the indoor temperature, the control unit selects the refrigerator operation mode, If the temperature is lower than the temperature, the control unit selects the natural cooling operation mode. Preferably, when the outdoor temperature is higher than the indoor temperature, or the outdoor temperature is lower than the indoor temperature but the difference is less than 2~3℃, select the refrigerator operation mode, and if the outdoor temperature is lower than the indoor temperature and the difference is 2~3℃ or more Selecting the natural cooling operation mode. The operation mode reselection step is a step in which the control unit reselects the operation mode according to the temperature difference between the indoor temperature or the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature of the energy-saving industrial air conditioner in operation. In this operation mode reselection step, the same as the operation mode selection step, when the indoor temperature is above a preset temperature or the outdoor temperature is above the room temperature, the control unit selects the refrigerator operation mode, and when the outside air temperature is less than the room temperature, the control unit performs natural cooling The driving mode is selected. Preferably, if the outdoor air temperature is higher than the indoor temperature or the outdoor air temperature is lower than the indoor temperature but the difference is less than 2~3℃, select the refrigerator operation mode, the outdoor temperature is lower than the indoor temperature, and the difference is more than 2~3℃ In this case, the natural cooling operation mode is selected. The cooling function stop stage is a stage in which the energy-saving industrial air conditioner stops the cooling function. Depending on the operation mode of the energy-saving industrial air conditioner operating in the refrigerator operation mode, the indoor temperature of the energy-saving industrial air conditioner operating in the refrigerator operation mode is lower than the target temperature. When the indoor temperature of the energy-saving industrial air conditioner operating in the natural cooling operation mode is less than the target temperature, the control unit controls the three-way direction and transfers the refrigerant to the bypass pipe and the circulation pipe. It consists of a bypass step to pass through. In this cooling function stop step, it is preferable that the energy-saving industrial air conditioner stops the cooling function when the indoor temperature falls below 2-3 °C from the target temperature. The return step is a step to return to the temperature measurement step again when the indoor temperature rises above the target temperature when the cooling function of the energy-saving industrial air conditioner is stopped by the cooling function stop step. Although described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and equivalent other embodiments are possible therefrom.
