Claims (16)
- 편광자 및 상기 편광자의 일면에 적층된 패턴층을 구비하고, 상기 패턴층은 상기 편광자로부터 순차적으로 적층된 제1층 및 제2층을 구비하고, 상기 제1층과 상기 제2층의 계면에는 패턴부가 형성되어 있고,
상기 제2층은 상기 제1층보다 굴절률이 높고,
상기 제2층은 티타니아 함유 코어 및 상기 티타니아 함유 코어를 둘러싸는 지르코니아 함유 쉘을 갖는 코어 쉘 입자를 포함하고, 상기 코어 쉘 입자는 티타니아 : 지르코니아의 농도비가 1:5 내지 1:8인 것인, 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 쉘 입자는 상기 제2층 중 5중량% 내지 60중량%로 포함되는 것인, 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 쉘 입자는 굴절률이 2.0 이상인 것인, 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 쉘 입자는 평균 입경(D50)이 10nm 내지 100nm인 것인, 광학 적층체.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 음각 패턴은 정상부에 형성된 제1면 및 상기 제1면과 연결되는 측면을 갖는 것인, 광학 적층체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 측면은 평면 또는 곡면을 포함하는 것인, 광학 적층체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 측면은 상기 제2층 쪽에서부터 상기 제1층 쪽으로 볼록하거나 상기 제1층 쪽에서부터 상기 제2층 쪽으로 볼록한 것인, 광학 적층체.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편광자의 하부면에 적층된 제2보호층, 상기 편광자와 상기 패턴층 사이에 적층된 제3보호층 중 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것인, 광학 적층체.
