Claims (16)
- 탭(21) 및 셀 바디(22)를 포함하며, 상기 탭(21)은 상기 셀 바디(22)와 연결되는 전극 조립체(2);
전극 단자(31) 및 커버 플레이트(32)를 포함하며, 상기 전극 단자(31)은 상기 커버 플레이트(32) 상에 배치되는 커버 플레이트 조립체(3);
상기 탭(21) 및 상기 전극 단자(31) 사이에 연결되는 연결 시트(4)로서, 제1 연결부(41) 및 제2 연결부(42)를 포함하고, 상기 제1 연결부(41)는 상기 탭(21)에 연결되며, 상기 제2 연결부(42)는 상기 전극 단자(41)에 연결되는 연결 시트(4);
상기 셀 바디(22) 및 상기 연결 시트(4) 사이에 배치되는 절연 팔레트(5); 및
상기 절연 팔레트(5) 및 상기 제2 연결부(42) 사이에 배치되는 절연 부재(6)을 포함하는 배터리 셀. - 제1 항에 있어서,

- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 연결부(42)는 상기 제1 연결부(41)에 대하여 상기 전극 단자(31)에 가까운 방향으로 돌출되며, 상기 제2 연결부(42)의 상기 전극 조립체(2)에 인접한 일측에는 제1 홈(421)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 절연 부재(6)는 상기 제1 홈(421)의 개당된 단부를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 절연 팔레트(5)는 상기 제2 연결부(42)를 향하여 돌출된 지지부(52)를 포함하고, 상기 지지부(52)와 상기 제1 연결부(41)는 상기 절연 부재(6)를 공동으로 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀.
- 제4 항에 있어서, 상기 절연 부재(6)는 상기 제1 홈(421) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 절연 팔레트(5)는 상기 제2 연결부(42)를 향하여 돌출된 지지부(52)를 포함하고, 상기 지지부(52)는 상기 제1 홈(421)으로 돌출되며, 상기 지지부(52)와 상기 제1 홈(421)의 하부는 상기 절연 부재(6)를 공동으로 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연 부재 (6)는 폼, 고무 천, 또는 고체 접착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연 부재(6)는 상기 절연 팔레트(5)에 접착(gumming) 및 경화(curing)에 의해 형성된 고체 고무 스트립(solid rubber strip) 또는 콜로이드성 물질(colloidal object)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 절연 부재(6)는 상기 절연 팔레트(5)에 접착 및 경화되어 형성된 콜로이드성 물질로 이루어지고, 상기 절연 팔레트(5)의 상기 절연 부재(6)와 접하는 부분에는 접착제의 넘침을 방지하기 위한 복수의 제2 홀(522)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 절연 팔레트(5)는, 상기 바디부(51)의 측면에 연결되고, 상기 바디부(51)보다 상기 셀 바디(22)에 더 멀리 위치하는 삽입부(53)를 더 포함하고, 상기 탭(21)의 적어도 일부는 상기 삽입부(53)와 상기 셀 바디(22) 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 셀.
- 제1 항 내지 제12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 셀(100)을 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제13항에 따른 배터리 모듈(200)을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 셀을 전원으로 사용하는 장치.
- 연결 시트(4) 및 전극 조립체(2)를 제공하고, 연결 시트(4)의 제1 연결부(41)를 전극 조립체(2)의 탭(21)과 연결하는 단계;
커버 플레이트 조립체(3)를 제공하고, 연결 시트(4)의 제2 연결부(42)를 커버 플레이트 조립체(3)의 전극 단자(31)와 연결하는 단계;
절연 부재(6)를 제공하고, 절연 부재(6)를 제2 연결부(42)의 일 측에 배치하는 단계; 및
