Claims (17)
- 제1 전극, 제2 전극, 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 위치하는 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극 조립체;
상기 제1 전극에 연결되어 상기 전극 조립체를 수납하며, 상기 전극 조립체를 노출하는 개구부를 포함하는 케이스;
상기 케이스와 결합하여 상기 개구부의 외곽 영역을 커버하며, 상기 개구부의 중앙 영역을 노출하는 관통홀 및 상기 관통홀에 대응하는 표면에 코팅된 절연층을 포함하는 캡 플레이트; 및
상기 제2 전극과 연결되어 상기 캡 플레이트에 절연 접합되며, 상기 관통홀을 커버하는 단자부
를 포함하며,
상기 단자부는 상기 캡 플레이트의 상기 절연층과 직접 접합되는 도금층을 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 단자부는 상기 캡 플레이트 상에서 상기 관통홀을 커버하는 플랜지부 및 상기 플랜지부로부터 상기 관통홀을 관통하는 돌출부를 포함하는 제1 단자부를 더 포함하며,
상기 도금층은 상기 제1 단자부의 표면에 코팅된 이차 전지. - 제2항에서,
상기 도금층은 상기 제1 단자부와 상기 캡 플레이트 사이를 밀폐하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 단자부는 상기 관통홀의 내부에 위치하는 제2 단자부를 더 포함하며,
상기 도금층은 상기 제2 단자부의 표면에 코팅된 이차 전지. - 제4항에서,
상기 도금층은 상기 제2 단자부와 상기 캡 플레이트 사이를 밀폐하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 단자부의 상기 도금층은 상기 관통홀을 완전히 채우는 이차 전지. - 제6항에서,
상기 도금층은,
상기 관통홀을 채우는 제1 도금부;
상기 제1 도금부로부터 상기 캡 플레이트의 상부 표면을 커버하는 제2 도금부; 및
상기 제1 도금부로부터 상기 캡 플레이트의 하부 표면을 커버하는 제3 도금부
를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 절연층은,
상기 관통홀을 형성하는 상기 캡 플레이트의 측부 표면에 코팅된 제1 코팅층;
상기 관통홀 주변의 상기 캡 플레이트의 상부 표면에 코팅된 제2 코팅층; 및
상기 관통홀 주변의 상기 캡 플레이트의 하부 표면에 코팅된 제3 코팅층
을 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제8항에서,
상기 제1 코팅층, 상기 제2 코팅층, 상기 제3 코팅층은 일체인 이차 전지. - 제8항에서,
상기 제2 코팅층은 상기 캡 플레이트의 상기 상부 표면의 일부에만 코팅되며,
상기 제3 코팅층은 상기 캡 플레이트의 상기 하부 표면의 일부에만 코팅된 이차 전지. - 제8항에서,
상기 도금층은 상기 제1 코팅층, 상기 제2 코팅층, 상기 제3 코팅층과 직접 접촉하는 이차 전지. - 제8항에서,
상기 제1 코팅층은 상기 도금층에 완전히 커버되며,
상기 제2 코팅층의 일부 및 상기 제3 코팅층의 일부는 상기 도금층과 비중첩하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 절연층은 세라믹 재료를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 전극 조립체는,
상기 제1 전극으로부터 연장되어 상기 케이스와 용접되는 제1 전극 탭; 및
상기 제2 전극으로부터 연장되어 상기 단자부와 용접되는 제2 전극 탭
을 더 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 케이스 및 상기 캡 플레이트는 상기 제1 전극과 동일한 극성을 가지며,
상기 단자부는 상기 제2 전극과 동일한 극성을 가지는 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 이차 전지는 코인형 전지(coin cell) 또는 버튼형 전지(button cell)를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제16항에서,
상기 코인형 전지(coin cell) 또는 상기 버튼형 전지(button cell)의 직경에 대한 높이(높이/직경)의 비율은 1 이하인 이차 전지.
