차량 도어의 도어트림에 장착되며 운전자가 파지할 수 있는 핸들의 제조방법에 있어서,
항균필름을 준비하는 항균필름 준비단계;
상기 항균필름이 상기 핸들의 형상에 맞도록 성형하는 항균필름 성형단계;
상기 항균 필름 성형단계에서 성형된 항균필름을 금형의 캐비티 내부에 위치시키는 항균필름 인서트단계;
상기 항균필름이 인서트된 금형의 캐비티에 용융수지를 주입하는 용융수지 주입단계;
상기 캐비티에 주입된 용융수지를 냉각하는 용융수지 냉각단계; 및
상기 금형을 열어 상기 항균필름이 일체로 형성된 핸들 사출물을 취출하는 취출단계;를 포함하는 차량 도어의 도어트림에 장착되는 핸들 제조방법.
