Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a five-layer insulating sheet for a plastic house having excellent anti-fogging properties and excellent heat-sealing adhesive strength while maintaining excellent thermal insulation properties.
The insulation sheet for a plastic house has functions such as light transmission, heat retention, and weather resistance, thereby protecting crops from changes in the external environment of the plastic house and stably producing high-quality, high-income agricultural products. In general, an insulating sheet for a plastic house including an air cap is a type of film containing bubbles, originally named for a product of Sealed Air Corporation of the United States, but recently it is used as a pronoun for a film containing bubbles. The general structure of the insulating sheet for a plastic house is that two sheets of polyethylene film are superimposed on top of each other and air bubbles are trapped between them. These polyethylene film-based insulation sheets for plastic houses have a smaller density than vinyl chloride resin, so they are lighter, produce less toxic gas even when incinerated, and require adhesive processing for width joints by inflation molding. It is being actively used because it is possible to provide a wide film that is not used at low cost. That is, the insulating sheet for a plastic house can provide a thermal insulation effect that can maintain a constant temperature required for crops grown in the plastic house due to excellent thermal insulation properties.
However, the inner surface of the insulating sheet for a plastic house is blocked from the outside, and water droplets may form due to a temperature difference with the outside. As such, the water droplets formed on the inner surface of the insulation sheet for a plastic house may damage the agricultural products inside the plastic house or reduce the light transmittance of the plastic house, thereby inhibiting the growth of agricultural products.
Accordingly, in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1048833 and Korean Patent Application No. 10-2014-7035787, the inner film surface of the house is coated with an anti-fogging agent to provide long-term anti-fogging properties. However, although such an antifogging agent coating type is excellent in the durability of antifogging property, it takes time for expression of antifogging property, and there existed a problem that the initial stage antifogging property immediately after the film was mounted in a house was inferior.
In addition, since the insulation sheet for a plastic house is manufactured to have a long length and a standardized width, when installed in a plastic house, in a state in which a part is overlapped in the longitudinal direction, the overlapping part is jointed with an adhesive, and then the plastic house is completely closed. installed to cover. However, there is a problem in that the overlapping portion of the insulating sheet installed in the conventional plastic house is easily dropped according to the temperature change according to the season. That is, the adhesive bonding the overlapping portion of the insulating sheet is easily lost under the influence of the temperature repeatedly changed by seasons, so there is a problem that it is impossible to maintain a strong adhesive force to the overlapping portion.
In addition, since the multilayer structure including the film containing air bubbles must be heat-sealed even when the insulation sheet for a plastic house is attached by heat sealing, the strength of the overlapping area after heat sealing or the thermal insulation property is deteriorated. there was.
