Abstract

본 고안은 휜 목형 보온컵에 관한 것으로서, 아웃 케이스 및 아웃 케이스 내부에 위치한 이너 케이스를 포함하는 휜 목형 보온컵에 있어서, 상기 아웃 케이스의 상단에는 위로 갈수록 점차 줄어드는 사면형 포트부가 구비되고, 상기 이너 케이스의 상단에는 위로 갈수록 점차 줄어드는 사면형 컵 립부가 구비되며, 이너 케이스의 사면형 컵 립부는 아웃 케이스의 사면형 포트부 쪽으로부터 돌출되어 나온다. 본 고안의 휜 목형 보온컵은 구조 설계가 합리적이고, 아웃 케이스와 이너 케이스의 상단에는 각각 사면형 포트부와 사면형 컵 립부가 구비되어 컵 립부의 개구가 경사면 상에 위치하도록 함으로써, 마시기에 편리하고 설계가 더욱 개성적이며 사용이 편리하여 사용자들의 개성화 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있다.

Description

휜 목형 보온컵 {BENT NECK-SHAPE THERMAL CUP}
본 고안은 휜 목형 보온컵에 관한 것이다.
현재 시판되고 있는 보온컵들의 종류는 다양하고 설계들은 각각 저마다 다르긴 하지만 오랫 동안 사용하여 온 보온컵들의 상부 립부는 모두 수평으로 설계되어 있어 사용자들의 개성화의 욕구를 만족시킬 수 없는 문제점이 존재한다.
본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위한 목형 보온컵을 제공하는데 있다.
본 고안은 아웃 케이스 및 아웃 케이스 내부에 위치한 이너 케이스를 포함하는 휜 목형 보온컵에 있어서, 상기 아웃 케이스의 상단에는 위로 갈수록 점차 줄어드는 사면형 포트부가 구비되고, 이너 케이스의 상단에는 위로 갈수록 점차 줄어드는 사면형 컵 립부가 구비되며, 이너 케이스의 사면형 컵 립부는 아웃 케이스의 사면형 포트부 쪽으로부터 돌출되어 나오는 휜 목형 보온컵을 제공한다.
본 고안의 휜 목형 보온컵에 있어서, 상기 사면형 포트부의 내벽과 이너 케이스의 상방의 휜 립부 쪽의 외벽 사이는 용접을 통해 고정된다.
본 고안은 종래 기술에 비해 아래와 같은 유익한 효과를 가진다. 본 고안의 휜 목형 보온컵은 구조 설계가 합리적이고, 아웃 케이스와 이너 케이스의 상단에는 각각 사면형 포트부와 사면형 컵 립부가 구비되어 컵 립부의 개구가 경사면 상에 위치하도록 함으로써, 마시기에 편리하고 설계가 더욱 개성적이며 사용이 편리하여 사용자들의 개성화 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있다.

이하 도면과 실시예들을 결합하여, 본 고안의 구체적인 실시 방식에 대해 더욱 상세하게 설명하도록 한다. 이하의 실시예들은 단지 본 고안을 설명하기 위한 것일 뿐이지 본 고안의 보호 범위를 한정하기 위한 것이 아님을 유의해야 할 것이다.
도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안의 휜 목형 보온컵은 아웃 케이스(1) 및 아웃 케이스(1) 내부에 위치한 이너 케이스(2)를 포함하고, 상기 아웃 케이스(1)의 상단에는 위로 갈수록 점차 줄어드는 사면형 포트부(3)가 구비되고, 상기 이너 케이스(2)의 상단에는 위로 갈수록 점차 줄어드는 사면형 컵 립부(4)가 구비되며, 이너 케이스(2)의 사면형 컵 립부(4)는 아웃 케이스(1)의 사면형 포트부(3)로부터 돌출되어 나온다.
본 고안의 휜 목형 보온컵에 있어서, 상기 사면형 포트부(3)의 내벽과 이너 케이스(2)의 상방의 휜 립부 쪽의 외벽 사이는 용접을 통해 고정되며, 아웃 케이스(1)와 이너 케이스(2)는 스테인레스 재질로 제조될 수 있다.
본 고안의 휜 목형 보온컵은 구조 설계가 합리적이고, 아웃 케이스와 이너 케이스의 상단에는 각각 사면형 포트부와 사면형 컵 립부가 구비되어 컵 립부의 개구가 경사면 상에 위치하도록 함으로써, 마시기에 편리하고 설계가 더욱 개성적이며 사용이 편리하여 사용자들의 개성화 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있다.
상기와 같은 내용들은 단지 본 고안의 바람직한 실시 방식들일 뿐이며, 당해 영역의 통상적인 기술자들은 본 고안의 기술 원리를 이탈하지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 개선과 변형을 진행할 수 있으며 이러한 개선과 변형들은 응당 본 고안의 보호 범위에 속함을 인지해야 할 것이다.

  1. 아웃 케이스(1) 및 아웃 케이스(1) 내부에 위치한 이너 케이스(2)를 포함하는 휜 목형 보온컵에 있어서,
    상기 아웃 케이스(1)의 상단에는 위로 갈수록 점차 줄어드는 사면형 포트부(3)가 구비되고, 상기 이너 케이스(2)의 상단에는 위로 갈수록 점차 줄어드는 사면형 컵 립부(4)가 구비되며, 이너 케이스(2)의 사면형 컵 립부(4)는 아웃 케이스(1)의 사면형 포트부(3) 쪽으로부터 돌출되어 나오는
    것을 특징으로 하는 휜 목형 보온컵.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 사면형 포트부(3)의 내벽과 이너 케이스(2)의 상방의 휜 립부 쪽의 외벽 사이는 용접을 통해 고정되는
    것을 특징으로 하는 휜 목형 보온컵.
