Abstract
Description
도 2는 종래의 기술인 TIG 아크에 대한 관점과 플라즈마 스트림 이론을 적용한 TIG아크 및 SUPER-TIG아크 비교도이다.
도 3은 본 발명을 적용하여 오버레이 용접 시, 모재의 용입깊이와 비드높이에 따른 희석률 계산 방법이다.
도 4는 본 발명을 적용하여 용접한 사이드밴딩 시험 시편을 보여주는 예이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 오버레이 용접 시 오실레이션 pitch의 모식도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 튜브시트 자동 오버레이 용접 장치의 PLC 프로그램 메인화면의 예시이다.

Claims (4)
- 메인 프레임;
업/다운 모터부, 업/다운 프레임, 용접노즐부, 트롤리 어셈블리(trolly ass'y), 슈퍼 티그(Super-TIG) 송급모듈, 용접제어장치부;
용착속도 제어용 컨트롤러;
용접대상인 튜브시트를 고정하여 지지하는 포지셔너;
상기 튜브시트를 용접하는 용접부;
상기 용접부와 연결되어 상기 용접부를 움직여 용접 위치를 조절할 수 있는 업/다운 프레임;
상기 업다운 프레임과 연결되어 움직일 수 있도록 하는 업/다운 모터부 및
상기 용접부와 연결되어 제어하는 용접제어부를 포함하고,
상기 용접부는, 전극봉을 방전시켜 열을 발생시키는 용접토치 및
용접 시 용착금속이 되도록 용융시킨 금속 재료를 공급하는 슈퍼 티그 송급모듈을 포함하고,
상기 용접제어부(600)는 모재와의 비드폭을 높게하여 용접속도의 지나친 증가를 피하면서 생산성(용착속도)을 높이기 위해 오실레이션 할 수 있도록, 상기 오실레이션 주파수에 맞게 반응하는 AVC(Auto Voltage Controller)를 포함하고,
상기 용접 장치로 용접을 할 때 아크기둥은 플라즈마가 상부 전극에서 용융지 방향으로 유체(Fluid)로서의 흐름을 보이는 플라즈마 스트림을 적용하고 상기 플라즈마 스트림과 직각방향이 되도록 상기 용가재 형상을 오목한 판상으로 하고, 용접 후 Fe의 함량은 모재의 희석률에 의해 정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 용접장치
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용착속도 제어용 컨트롤러는 적정 위치에 제어할 수 있는 제어 알고리즘, 정전류 제어회로, 시퀀스(Sequency) 제어회로, 고압발생 제어회로, 가스흐름 제어회로, 보호회로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 튜브시트 자동 오버레이 용접 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전극봉은 텅스텐, 토륨 중량이 1% 내지 2% 함유된 텅스텐, 란타넘 중량이 0.8% 내지 2.2% 함유된 텅스텐 중 어느 하나로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브시트 자동 오버레이 용접 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전극봉(310)은 용접을 하는 방식에 따라 직류 용접의 경우 일단부가 뾰족하게 마감되어 있고, 교류 용접의 경우 둥글게 마감되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 튜브시트 자동 오버레이 용접 장치.
