Description

친환경 장의용 종이관 및 그 제조방법{A ecco-friendly paper coffin for funeral and manufactur ing method thereof}Eco-friendly paper coffin for funeral and manufacturing method thereof {A ecco-friendly paper coffin for funeral and manufacturing method thereof}

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly paper tube that can be buried or cremated by placing a dead body, and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to the surface of a panel in which a plurality of corrugated cardboards are joined, is coated with Korean paper, then cut and joined to make paper It relates to an eco-friendly paper tube for a funeral, which can dramatically reduce environmental pollution and waste of resources by manufacturing the tube, and significantly reduce the cremation time, and a method for manufacturing the same.

In Korea's funeral culture, the burial culture of burying the body after the body is placed in a wooden coffin has developed, and as a result, a large area of the country is being eroded by tombs.

Recently, for the purpose of solving this problem, an ossuary has been proposed in which the body is cremated together with a wood coffin and the cremated remains are stored in a box, and the cremation culture is gradually being established.

Wood coffins commonly used for burial or cremation funerals are expensive, heavy, and easily damaged by impact because they are imported or processed and produced by importing wood coffins due to domestic conditions. Cremation with the body results in a huge waste of resources.

In addition, wood coffins are manufactured by cutting down trees that have grown for several decades or hundreds of years, which increases production costs, resulting in changes in the global environment, as well as antibacterial treatment during burial. There is a problem of polluting the environment because it does not rot easily while discharging harmful substances due to various chemicals that have been treated or applied to wood. There was a problem that pollutants generated during combustion were discharged into the atmosphere.

이와 같은 문제점들을 해결하고자 종래에 개발된 "종이관 및 그 제조방법"이 특허공개 제2011-0008681호로서 공개특허공보에 개시되어 있다(특허문헌 1 참조).In order to solve such problems, a conventionally developed "paper tube and method for manufacturing the same" is disclosed in Patent Publication No. 2011-0008681 (see Patent Document 1).

Paper tube and method for manufacturing the same" of Patent Publication No. 2011-0008681, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, in the method for manufacturing a paper tube, 50% by weight of water, 40 to 45% by weight of paper, and 5 to 5 glue Each of the preparation step (S1) of preparing the paper paste 13 by mixing and stirring 10% by weight, and forming the inner tube 11, the outer surface 12, the inner lid 16, and the outer lid 17 Pour the paper paste 13 into the mold 21 and press it with a press 20 to dehydrate the inner tube 11, the outer tube 12, the inner lid 16 and the outer lid 17 by compression molding to less than 5% moisture content. A forming step (S2) of performing a drying step (S3) of drying the inner tube 11, the outer tube 12, the inner lid 16 and the outer lid 17 formed by compressing the paper paste 13, and drying The inner tube 11 is attached to the outer tube 12, and the inner lid 16 is inserted into the outer lid 17, but an adhesive is applied and adhered to the bonding surface to produce the paper tube 10 and the tube lid 15. It is composed of an adhesion step (S4) to reduce environmental pollution because it is lightweight due to the nature of the material and composition and easily decays when buried, burns easily during makeup, reduces makeup time, and has an eco-friendly effect that hardly discharges pollutants.

However, since the "paper tube" of Patent Publication No. 2011-0008681 described above has to proceed from the stage of making paper, it not only takes a lot of time to manufacture the paper tube, but also causes an increase in the cost of the product, and 21) is also required, which increases the cost of the product, resulting in lower economic feasibility.
