S3) 반응액을 85~95℃에서 30분간 처리하여 당분해효소를 실활시키는 단계;
S4) 반응액을 45℃로 냉각시키고 0.1N 수산화나트륨수용액과 혼합하여 pH7로 조절하는 단계;
S5) 반응액에 단백질분해효소를 첨가하여 45℃에서 5시간 동안 효소반응을 진행시키는 단계;
S6) 반응액을 85~95℃에서 30분간 처리하여 단백질분해효소를 실활시키는 단계;
S7) 반응액을 30℃로 냉각시키고 48시간 동안 30% 에탄올을 이용하여 쌀단백질을 추출하는 단계;
S8) 추출한 쌀단백질을 여과(0.45um~3um) 후 65~75℃에서 농축하는 단계;
S9) 상기 농축된 쌀단백질에 용매(1,3-부틸렌글라이콜 30%)를 첨가한 후 여과(0.2um~0.45um)하는 단계;
를 통하여 제조되는 하이드롤라이즈드쌀단백질의 제조방법.

S8) filtering the extracted rice protein (0.45um~3um) and concentrating at 65~75℃;
S9) adding a solvent (1,3-butylene glycol 30%) to the concentrated rice protein and then filtering (0.2um~0.45um);
