Description
도 2는 애기장대의 표현형에 대한 산화 그래핀의 영향을 나타낸 것으로서, (a)는 심고 나서 10일 후 식물 성장의 대표 사진, (b)는 잎의 평균 면적 및 식물의 무게에 대한 GO의 효과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 심고 나서 30일 후 GO의 애기장대의 표현형에 미치는 영향을 나타낸 것으로서, (a)는 30일 후 식물 성장의 대표 사진, (b)는 뿌리 길이, 잎의 수, 꽃의 수에 미치는 GO의 영향을 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 수박에의 GO의 영향을 나타낸 것으로서, (a)는 수박 줄기에 GO 용액 주입의 도식, (b)는 둘레 변화율 및 최종 수박 둘레에 대한 GO의 영향, (c)는 GO 처리 수박과 미처리 수박의 당 함량 비교 결과(n=4)를 나타낸 것이다.

- 산화 그래핀(Graphene Oxide) 나노시트를 포함하는 작물 개량용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 산화 그래핀 나노시트의 두께가 1.1 내지 1.3 nm인 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 산화 그래핀은 탄소(C)와 산소(O)의 비율이 1:1 내지 2:1인 것인 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 산화 그래핀은 조성물 내 500 내지 15,000 μg/mL 농도로 포함된 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 화실(花實) 개량용인 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 작물의 꽃봉오리의 수, 꽃의 수, 열매의 크기 및 열매의 당 함유량으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 개량용인 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 작물은 애기장대, 밀, 상추, 토마토, 가지, 시금치, 샐러리, 수박, 딸기, 참외, 망고, 바나나 및 오렌지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는 배지에서 대상 작물을 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 작물 개량 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 작물은 애기장대, 밀, 상추, 토마토 및 가지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 대상 작물에 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 과육 품질 개량 방법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 과육은 수박, 딸기, 참외, 망고, 바나나 및 오렌지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 과육인 방법.
