Claims (8)
- 액화가스 및 증발가스를 수용하는 저장탱크;
상기 저장탱크의 증발가스를 가압하는 제1 압축부가 마련되고, 상기 제1 압축부에 의해 가압된 증발가스를 수요처로 공급하는 증발가스 공급라인; 및
상기 제1 압축부에 의해 가압된 증발가스의 일부를 공급받아 재액화시키는 재액화라인;을 포함하고,
상기 재액화라인은
유입되는 증발가스를 추가적으로 가압하는 제2 압축부와, 상기 제2 압축부에 의해 추가 가압된 증발가스를 증발가스 공급라인 상의 제1 압축부 전단의 증발가스와 열교환하여 냉각시키는 열교환기와, 상기 열교환기에 의해 냉각된 증발가스를 수용하되 기체성분 및 액체성분으로 분리하는 제1 기액분리기와, 상기 제1 기액분리기의 기체성분을 이송시키는 기체성분 순환라인과, 상기 기체성분 순환라인에 마련되어 상기 제1 기액분리기의 기체성분을 감압시키는 팽창부와, 상기 제1 기액분리기의 내부를 포화상태(saturation)로 형성하도록 상기 제2 압축부에 의해 추가 가압된 증발가스의 일부를 상기 열교환기를 우회하여 상기 제1 기액분리기로 직접 공급하는 포화조절라인을 포함하는 선박의 연료가스 관리시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 재액화라인은
상기 포화조절라인을 따라 이송되는 가스흐름의 유량을 조절하는 유량조절밸브와, 상기 제1 기액분리기의 액체성분의 수위를 감지하는 레벨센서를 더 포함하고,
상기 레벨센서에 의해 감지된 액체성분의 수위정보에 근거하여 상기 유량조절밸브의 작동을 제어하는 제어부;를 더 포함하는 선박의 연료가스 관리시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 레벨센서가 감지한 액체성분의 수위가 기 설정된 수위수준보다 높은 경우, 상기 포화조절라인을 따라 이송되는 가스흐름의 유량을 증가시키는 방향으로 상기 유량조절밸브의 작동을 제어하고,
상기 레벨센서가 감지한 액체성분의 수위가 기 설정된 수위수준보다 낮은 경우, 상기 포화조절라인을 따라 이송되는 가스흐름의 유량을 감소시키는 방향으로 상기 유량조절밸브의 작동을 제어하는 선박의 연료가스 관리시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 재액화라인은
상기 팽창부에 의해 감압된 기액 혼합상태의 증발가스를 수용하되 기체성분 및 액체성분으로 분리하는 제2 기액분리기와, 상기 제1 기액분리기의 액체성분을 상기 제2 기액분리기로 공급하는 액체성분 순환라인과, 상기 제2 기액분리기의 기체성분을 상기 저장탱크 또는 상기 증발가스 공급라인 상의 상기 제1 압축부 전단으로 공급하는 기체성분 회수라인과, 상기 제2 기액분리기의 액체성분을 상기 저장탱크로 공급하는 액체성분 회수라인을 더 포함하는 선박의 연료가스 관리시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 재액화라인은
상기 액체성분 순환라인을 따라 이송되는 액체성분을 감압시키는 감압밸브를 더 포함하는 선박의 연료가스 관리시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 압축부는 적어도 하나의 고압 컴프레서(compressor)를 포함하고,
상기 팽창부는 익스팬더(Expander)를 포함하며,
상기 고압 컴프레서 및 상기 익스팬더는
상기 익스팬더의 팽창력에 의해 상기 고압 컴프레서가 증발가스를 가압하는 컴팬더로 마련되는 선박의 연료가스 관리시스템. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 압축부는
상기 고압 컴프레서의 후단에 마련되는 적어도 하나의 고압 쿨러를 더 포함하는 선박의 연료가스 관리시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 압축부는
병렬로 배치되는 복수의 저압 컴프레서와, 상기 복수의 저압 컴프레서의 후단에 각각 마련되는 복수의 저압 쿨러를 포함하는 선박의 연료가스 관리시스템.
