Description

보온보냉파우치{COOLING AND KEEPING WARM POUCH}Thermal insulation pouch {COOLING AND KEEPING WARM POUCH}

The present invention relates to a thermal insulation pouch, and in particular, it is possible to prevent condensation generated during cold storage as well as diversity of printing while being classified as paper during separate collection.

Currently, the thermal insulation pouch is made of a multi-layered laminated structure made of vinyl paper, and in particular, the surface is a PET film that can be printed on the back side, and the silver foil layer and the back side of the silver foil layer to block light from outside while making the printing layer visible. It is made of a foam sheet layer for insulation and a PE layer for hygienic parts of the contents stored in the pouch and adhesion for realization as a pouch.

However, the disadvantages of these pouches are that the use of vinyl paper as a packaging material is currently restricted in consideration of eco-friendly parts, and there is a lot of inconvenience when it is classified as plastic paper and disposed of during separate collection.

In particular, when packing items for cold insulation, moisture is generated by condensation on the surface of the pouch due to the difference between the temperature inside the packaged pouch and the outside temperature. It damages the object and causes discomfort when carrying it, and this moisture causes discomfort when carrying it.

Therefore, the present invention is to solve this problem.

To this end, in the present invention, in the laminated state, a PE layer for protection of the contents and protection of the foam sheet layer from the inside, and a foam sheet layer for insulation as an upper layer of the foam sheet layer, and a foam sheet layer as an upper layer of the foam sheet layer. An adhesive layer for protection and adhesion to a paper sheet is provided, and a paper sheet is laminated as an upper layer of the adhesive layer.

In addition, as the upper layer of the foam sheet layer, a film layer having a silver foil layer on the back surface is laminated using an adhesive layer, and a paper sheet is laminated using an adhesive layer as the upper layer of the film layer.

Therefore, the paper sheet not only provides the superiority of printing, but also can be classified as paper during separate collection to facilitate separate collection. In particular, because of the paper sheet, condensation does not occur outside even when packaging for cold storage. There is this.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on the accompanying drawings.

As shown in Fig. 1, the configuration of the present invention is a first embodiment, a PE layer 10 for hygienic protection of the contents packaged from the inside and protection of the foam sheet layer in a state of being laminated in multiple layers for implementation as a pouch. And as the upper layer of the PE layer, the foam sheet layer 20 for insulation is laminated by heat with the PE layer, and at this time, the foam sheet layer 20 is also foam-molded of PE.

In addition, the upper layer of the foam sheet layer 20 is provided with an adhesive layer 1 for protecting the foam sheet layer 20 and for adhesion to the paper sheet 30, and the upper layer of the adhesive layer 1 is a paper sheet ( 30).

At this time, the PE layer 10 can be laminated with the foam sheet layer 20 using a film, but when laminating, one side of the film constituting the PE layer 10 must be melted by heat. Bonding is possible. At this time, melting one side of the film constituting the PE layer 10 varies according to local conditions and temperature conditions, and there is a problem in that manufacturing cost increases due to difficulty in processing.

Therefore, in the case of coating the PE layer 10 on the foam sheet layer 20 in a T_Die method in order to reduce manufacturing cost and improve productivity, it is possible to provide ease of manufacture while being inexpensive.

In addition, in the case of laminating the paper sheet 30 as the upper layer of the foam sheet layer 20, the foam sheet layer is formed by coating PE on the paper sheet 30 in a T-Die method to form an adhesive layer (1). The paper sheet 30 and the foam sheet layer 20 can be laminated together with (20) or by using the adhesive layer (1) in the form of a PE film.

However, when the adhesive layer 1 is formed in a T-Die method, ventilation may be possible, resulting in a problem that the thermal insulation effect is deteriorated. Therefore, the insulation effect is achieved by making the adhesive layer 1 more thickly coated. It can be increased.

However, as illustrated in FIG. 2, as the most excellent heat insulation effect, it was possible to confirm the best in the case of another embodiment and to enable inexpensive manufacturing.

As in the second embodiment, a foam sheet for insulating the PE layer 10 for hygienic protection of the contents packaged from the inside and for the protection of the foam sheet layer in a multi-layer laminated state for implementation as a pouch 100 The layer 20 is coated with a T-Die method to reduce manufacturing cost as well as improve productivity, and a film layer provided with a silver foil layer 41 on the back surface as an upper layer of the foam sheet layer 20 ( 40) is laminated using another adhesive layer 2, and a paper sheet 30 is laminated using the adhesive layer 1 as an upper layer of the film layer 40.

At this time, it is preferable to use a PET film having excellent tensile resistance for the film layer 40 provided with the silver foil layer, and the silver foil layer can be laminated with silver foil, but as a problem of increasing the cost, the silver foil is applied and then dried.

However, even when the silver foil layer 41 is laminated with the paper sheet 30 while coating the adhesive layer 1 on the upper surface of the silver foil foil by a T-die method, condensation occurs while excellent tensile resistance. It will not work.

In addition, the paper sheet 30 laminated as an upper layer of the film layer 40 made of the PET film is inexpensive when laminated with the paper sheet 30 after the adhesive layer 1 is coated by a T-die method as described above. It is to provide ease of manufacture.

In addition, the paper sheet 30 in the present invention does not cause condensation when using kraft paper having excellent stretchability than general wrapping paper or wet paper (also referred to as noruji).

In addition, in the case of using kraft paper, it is possible to provide ease of lamination without folding due to extensibility.
