Claims (4)

장식 벤딩 포일 플레이트;
상기 장식 벤딩 포일 플레이트의 배면에 전면이 압착 접합되는 섬유;
상기 섬유의 배면에 사출 성형되는 브라켓;을 포함하는 차량용 도어 스텝.

포일 플레이트의 전면에 소정의 장식을 형성한 장식 포일 플레이트를 준비하는 단계;
상기 장식 포일 플레이트를 제1,2벤딩 성형 금형 중 어느 하나에 인서트 하는 단계;
상기 제1,2벤딩 성형 금형을 형폐시켜 상기 인서트 된 장식 포일 플레이트를 벤딩 성형하는 단계;
상기 제1,2벤딩 성형 금형에서 취출한 장식 벤딩 포일 플레이트는 제1사출금형의 오목부에 인서트 시키고, 예열된 섬유는 상기 오목부와 마주보는 제2사출금형의 볼록부에 인서트시키는 단계;
상기 제1,2사출금형을 형폐하면서 압착하여 상기 장식 벤딩 포일 플레이트의 배면과 섬유의 전면을 접합시키는 단계;
상기 제1,2사출금형이 형폐된 후 상기 섬유의 배면에 브라켓을 사출 성형하는 단계;를 포함하는 차량용 도어 스텝의 제조방법.
