The blending components shown in Tables 1 and 2 below were blended (the blending unit was in mass%) to prepare a hair dressing composition. The blending amount (the blending amount in 100 mass% of the hair dressing composition) in the table was expressed as the blending amount (unit: mass%) of the pure component.

All of the properties of the hair dressing compositions obtained in Examples 1 to 9 were waxy.

The following evaluation was performed about the obtained hair dressing composition. The evaluation results are shown in Tables 1 and 2.

(Test Example 1: Applicability)

1.5 g of the obtained hair dressing composition was taken on the hand, and applied to the hair of the entire head of a hair wig (Lesson Mannequin: manufactured by Yukari Japan), and hair dressing was performed to raise the hair vertically from the roots. The ease of application at that time was evaluated based on the following criteria.

<Evaluation criteria of coating properties>

○ (good): Good spreadability of the hair dressing composition, and can be uniformly applied on the hair.

Δ (slightly good): The hairdressing property of the hair dressing composition is slightly good, and can be applied almost uniformly on the hair.

× (poor): The spreadability of the hair dressing composition is poor, and it is difficult to apply uniformly on the hair

(Test Example 2: hairstyling power)

After the hair wig set in Test Example 1 was allowed to stand for 1 minute, the hair was observed with the naked eye. The hairdressing power was evaluated based on the following criteria.

○ (Yangho): The shape of the hair immediately after hairdressing is maintained.

△ (slightly good): The shape of the head immediately after hairdressing is maintained to some extent.

× (poor): The shape of the head immediately after hairdressing is not maintained for almost all hair

(Test Example 3: hairstyling holding power for fine hair)

A hair kit prepared by selecting only about 300 strands of thin hair (average hair diameter of about 80 μm) was prepared. 0.02 g of the obtained hair dressing composition was taken on the hand, and applied to the hair of the hair kit, and hair dressing was performed to raise the hair vertically. The hair kit after hair dressing was rotated 90 ° so that the raised hair was horizontal. In this state, after the hair kit was left at 25 ° C and 60% RH for 3 hours, the hair was visually observed. The hair-holding power for fine hair was evaluated based on the following criteria.

○ (Good): The hair is kept in a horizontal direction.

△ (slightly good): Although there is some drooping hair, the hair remains horizontal.

× (poor): Almost all hair is not kept in a horizontal direction, and is sagging.
