Description
도 1은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리의 3차원 단면도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리의 3차원 단면도이다.
Claims (18)
- 커버 플레이트(300, 400), 전극 단자, 전류 차단 구조, 및 소호부(303, 403)를 포함하고, 상기 전극 단자는 상기 커버 플레이트(300, 400) 상에 배치되며 전극 내부 단자(301, 401) 및 전극 외부 단자(302, 402)를 포함하고, 상기 전극 내부 단자(301, 401)와 상기 전극 외부 단자(302, 402)는 상기 전류 차단 구조를 통해 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 전류 차단 구조는 가스 압력의 작용 하에서 상기 전극 내부 단자(301, 401)와 상기 전극 외부 단자(302, 402) 사이의 전기적 연결을 방해할 수 있으며, 상기 소호부(303, 403)는 상기 전류 차단 구조가 상기 전극 내부 단자(301, 401)와 상기 전극 외부 단자(302, 402) 사이의 전기적 연결을 방해할 때 발생되는 전기 아크를 감소시키도록 구성되는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전류 차단 구조는 상기 가스 압력의 작용 하에서 차단되어 상기 전극 내부 단자(301, 401)와 상기 전극 외부 단자(302, 402) 사이의 전기적 연결을 방해하고, 상기 소호부(303, 403)는 상기 전류 차단 구조 상에 위치하여, 상기 전류 차단 구조가 상기 전극 내부 단자(301, 401)와 상기 전극 외부 단자(302, 402) 사이의 전기적 연결을 방해할 때 발생되는 상기 전기 아크를 소멸시키는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 소호부(303, 403)는 상기 전류 차단 구조의 표면에 적용되는 소호 코팅으로서 형성되는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전류 차단 구조는 상기 전극 내부 단자(301)의 외부 단부 표면에 전기적으로 연결된 전도성 부재(305), 및 상기 전도성 부재(305)와 상기 전극 외부 단자(302) 사이에 연결된 플립핑 부재(304)를 포함하고, 상기 플립핑 부재(304)의 외주 에지가 상기 커버 플레이트(300) 상에 밀봉된 방식으로 장착되고, 상기 플립핑 부재(304) 및 상기 전도성 부재(305)는 상기 가스 압력의 작용 하에서 전기적 연결을 방해할 수 있고, 상기 소호 코팅은 상기 플립핑 부재(304)의 상기 전도성 부재(305)와 대면하는 표면에 적용된 제1 코팅(3031), 및 상기 전도성 부재(305)의 상기 플립핑 부재(304)와 대면하는 표면에 도포된 제2 코팅(3032)을 포함하는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 소호 코팅은 상기 플립핑 부재(304)의 상기 전극 외부 단자(302)와 대면하는 표면에 적용되는 제3 코팅(3033)을 더 포함하는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 플립핑 부재(304)는 제1 시트 구조로서 형성되고 내부에서 외부로 순차적으로 방사상으로 배열된 제1 환형 세그먼트(3041), 환형 디스크 구조 세그먼트(3042) 및 제2 환형 세그먼트(3043)를 포함하고, 상기 전도성 부재(305)는 제2 시트 구조로서 형성되고 내부에서 외부로 순차적으로 방사상으로 배열된 원형 구조 세그먼트(3051), 환형 노치 세그먼트(3052) 및 제3 환형 세그먼트(3053)를 포함하고, 상기 제2 환형 세그먼트(3043)는 상기 커버 플레이트(300) 상에 밀봉된 방식으로 장착되고, 상기 제3 환형 세그먼트(3053)는 상기 전극 내부 단자(301)에 연결되어, 상기 전도성 부재(305)와 상기 전극 내부 단자(301)는 서로 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 원형 구조 세그먼트(3051)는 상기 제1 환형 세그먼트(3041)에 연결되어, 상기 전도성 부재(305)와 상기 플립핑 부재(304)는 서로 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 제1 코팅(3031)은 상기 디스크 구조 세그먼트(3042)에 전부 적용되고, 상기 제2 코팅(3032)은 상기 제3 환형 세그먼트(3053)에 전부 적용되며, 상기 제3 코팅(3033)은 상기 디스크 구조 세그먼트(3042)에 전부 적용되는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제6항에 있어서,
보스가 상기 원형 구조 세그먼트(3051) 상에 형성되고, 상기 보스는 환형 용접 스폿을 통해 상기 제1 환형 세그먼트(3041)의 내부 환형 표면에 전기적으로 연결되는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 소호 코팅은 0.01mm 내지 0.03mm의 평균 두께를 가지는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전류 차단 구조는 상기 전극 내부 단자(401)의 외부 단부면에 전기적으로 연결된 전도성 부재(405), 및 상기 전도성 부재(405)와 상기 전극 외부 단자(402) 사이에 연결된 플립핑 부재(404)를 포함하고, 상기 플립핑 부재(404)의 외주 에지가 밀봉된 방식으로 상기 커버 플레이트(400) 상에 장착되고, 상기 플립핑 부재(404) 및 상기 전도성 부재(405)는 상기 가스 압력의 작용 하에서 전기적 연결을 방해할 수 있으며;
상기 플립핑 부재(404)는 시트 구조이고, 상기 소호부(403)는 상기 시트 구조의 외부 표면에 맞는 소호 필름으로서 형성되는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 소호 코팅은 1mm 내지 5mm의 평균 두께를 가지는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 소호부(303)는 고전압 절연 실리콘 케톤 에스테르인 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 플립핑 부재(304, 404)는 커버 부재(306, 406)에 의해 추가로 커버되고, 상기 커버 부재(306, 406)는 상기 플립핑 부재(304, 404)에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 전극 외부 단자(302)를 형성하는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 커버 부재에는 에어 벤트가 형성되고, 상기 에어 벤트를 막기 위해 방수 및 통기성 필름이 상기 커버 부재 상에 배치되는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 전극 내부 단자(301)는 내부-외부 방향을 따라 연장되는 극에 의해 형성되는 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리.
- 케이스, 및 상기 케이스에 수용된 배터리 셀을 포함하고, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 상기 배터리 커버 플레이트 어셈블리를 더 포함하는 단일 배터리.
- 제15항에 따른 단일 배터리가 내부에 배치되는 배터리 모듈.
- 팩 바디 및 상기 팩 바디 내부에 배치된 배터리 모듈을 포함하고, 상기 배터리 모듈은 제16항에 따른 배터리 모듈인 파워 배터리 팩.
- 제17항에 따른 파워 배터리 팩이 내부에 배치되는 전기 자동차.
