Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filter system, and more particularly, to a fine dust and harmful gas removal filter system for simultaneously removing fine dust and noxious gas.
Conventional techniques for simultaneously removing dust and noxious gas include a method of spray coating a catalyst for removing harmful gas on the surface of a filter for dust removal, and a method of carrying coating.
The existing integral type coating filter is a technique for attaching the catalyst for removing harmful gas to the filter surface while proceeding the drying / firing step after injecting the coating liquid, starting the removal of foreign substances and organic substances from the dust removing filter surface.
However, a problem with the integrated coating filter is that it is difficult for the coating liquid sprayed on the surface of the filter to be uniformly adhered when the catalyst is coated, and the dust adheres to the catalyst layer, thereby lowering the removal efficiency of the harmful gas.
Also, when the reverse cleaning is performed according to the period after the use of the filter, the dust adhered to the filter surface and the coated catalyst are desorbed at the same time, thereby reducing the harmful gas removal efficiency. The integrated filter that carries the catalyst on the filter surface has a fabrication process similar to that of the coating filter. First, the filter surface is removed with foreign substances and organic substances, the whole filter is immersed in the catalyst solution, and after a certain period of time, the filter contained in the catalyst solution is taken out, followed by drying and firing.
A problem with the integral type coating filter is that the filter pores can be blocked after the catalyst liquid is carried, so that gas inflow is not smooth and the filter differential pressure can be increased. In addition, when the dust is adhered to the filter catalyst layer due to a problem similar to that of the spray coating filter, dust and catalyst are desorbed at the same time when the backwashing proceeds for a long time, resulting in a problem of deterioration of the harmful gas removal efficiency.
