도 2는 본 발명에 의한 다각도 시료촬영 장치 일부 구성의 예시적 공간 배치도.
도 3a는 케이스부의 일예와 본 발명에 의한 다각도 시료촬영 장치에 의해 얻을 수 있는 영상의 예.
도 3b는 본 발명의 다각도 시료촬영 장치에서 카메라부가 회전하는 궤적을 보여주는 예.
도 3c는 본 발명에 적용될 수 있는 회전형 필터부의 예시적 사진.
도 3d는 가시광원과 UV광원이 결합되어 있는 반사조명부 또는 투과조명부의 예시적 평면도.
도 4는 본 발명에 의한 다각도 시료촬영 장치에서 3차원 입체 시료 이미지를 획득 가능하도록 하는 개념적 구성도.
도 5는 본 발명의 다각도 시료촬영 장치에서 복수개의 2D 이미지로부터 3D 이미지를 합성하고 이를 분석할 수 있도록 표현하는 과정의 예 사진.
도 6은 원격에서 제어하고 관찰할 수 있는 네트워크의 예.
Claims (5)
- 외부광원을 차단하며, 하기 구성요소를 내장하는 케이스부;
관찰대상 시료 또는 시료가 든 용기가 안착되며, 수평면상에서 자전하는 시료 안착부;
상기 시료 안착부를 회전중심으로 하고 시료 안착부를 주시하면서 단일평면상에서 회전하는 카메라를 가지는 카메라부;
상기 카메라부와 소정 거리 이격되어 있고, 상기 카메라 주시선과 시료의 접점과의 거리를 자동으로 측정(상기 카메라부에 의해 촬영되는 영상의 중앙부와의 거리를 자동으로 측정)하는 거리측정부;
상기 카메라 주시선상의 카메라와 안착부 사이에 위치하며, 복수개의 필터가 장착된 자동변환 필터부;
상기 안착부의 상부 또는 상부 측면에서 상기 시료 안착부로 소정의 광을 조사하는 반사조명부;
상기 시료 안착부의 하부에서 위쪽으로 소정의 광을 조사하는 투과조명부;
사용자로부터 상기 안착부, 투과조명부, 카메라부, 자동변환필터부 및 반사조명부의 작동명령을 입력받고, 측정된 정보를 출력하는 입출력부;
상기 입출력부로 입력된 작동명령에 따라 상기 안착부, 투과조명부, 카메라부, 자동변환필터부 및 반사조명부의 작동을 제어하며, 사용자의 선택에 따라 상기 거리측정부에 의해 전송된 정보를 계산하여 상기 카메라의 초점이 자동으로 맞추어지도록 상기 초점조절용 모터를 제어하는 제어부;를
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물화학적 시료를 위한 다각도 시료촬영 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 카메라부에 의해, 각각의 관찰대상 시료에 대하여 다양한 각도에서 획득한 복수개의 2D 이미지를 저장하는 저장부; 및
상기 저장부에 저장된 특정 관찰대상 시료에 대한 복수개의 2D 이미지로부터 3D 이미지를 합성하는 3D합성부;를
추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물화학적 시료를 위한 다각도 시료촬영 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 반사조명부 또는 투과조명부는,
UV광원과 LED광원을 함께 가지고 있어 상기 입출력부의 지시에 따라 UV광만을 또는 LED광만을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물화학적 시료를 위한 다각도 시료촬영 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 반사조명부는,
다양한 색상의 LED 광원을 함께 가지고 있어 상기 제어부의 지시에 따라 한 종류 또는 복수개 종류가 조합된 광원을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물화학적 시료를 위한 다각도 시료촬영 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
관찰대상 시료의 종류와 분석시약에 따른 상기 투과조명부, 자동변환필터부 및 반사조명부의 최적 작동조건에 대한 DB를 저장하고 있는 저장부;를 추가로 가지며,
상기 제어부는 상기 입력부로 입력된 관찰대상 시료와 분석시약 정보와 상기 저장부의 DB를 매칭하여 상기 투과조명부, 자동변환필터부 및 반사조명부를 최적 작동조건이 되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물화학적 시료를 위한 다각도 시료촬영 장치.
