본 고안은 계육절단장치의 절단칼날에 관한 것으로써 세로방향절단과 가로방향절단의 구성을 가지는 계육 절단칼날장치이다.

뼈가 있는 가금육류의 절단에 관한 기술
뼈가 있는 가금육류의 절단에 관한 기술
계육절단장치의 절단칼날에 관한 것으로써 세로방향절단과 가로방향절단의 효과적인 수행을 위한 것이다.
본 고안은 계육절단장치의 절단칼날에 관한 것으로써 세로방향절단과 가로방향절단의 구성을 가지는 계육절단장치에 있어서, 가로방향절단을 위한 가로절단칼날은 회전축에 고정되는 회전봉의 돌출형 장착기에 고정되는 아치형상의 중량커터인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안을 통하여 계육 절단기의 칼날을 교체하거나 위치를 변경하여 절단하는 과정을 줄임으로써 효과적인 계육 절단을 수행할수 있다.

본 고안은 계육절단장치의 절단칼날에 관한 것으로써 세로방향절단과 가로방향절단의 구성을 가지는 계육절단장치에 있어서, 가로방향절단을 위한 가로절단칼날은 회전축에 고정되는 회전봉의 돌출형 장착기에 고정되는 아치형상의 중량커터인 것을 특징으로 한다.

  1. 세로방향절단과 가로방향절단의 구성을 가지는 계육절단기에 있어서, 가로방향절단을 위한 가로절단칼날(10)은 회전축(16)에 고정되는 회전봉(11)상의 일축으로 돌출한 칼날장착기(12)에 고정되는 아치형상의 중량커터인 것을 특징으로 하는 계육 절단장치용 절단칼날.
