전단부를 통해 상기 보텍스 튜브에서 배출되는 냉 산소를 공급받아 후단부를 통해 상기 반응공간으로 냉 산소를 공급해주되, 전단부와 후단부 사이의 부분에서 상기 방열관의 표면과 접하는 냉각관;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 오존발생시스템.
