Abstract

The present invention relates to an offshore power system that is capable of reducing a capacity of a cooling device for cooling an engine. According to the present invention, the offshore power system includes: floating type regasification plant floating on the sea and having an intake part for collecting sea water, a regasification part for regasifying liquefied natural gas (LNG) through the sea water collected by the intake part, and a floating body for regasification on which the regasification part is disposed; berthing plant fixedly built to the sea bottom in such a manner as to be berthed to be spaced from the floating type regasification plant; and a floating type power generation plant berthed on the berthing plant in the state of floating on the sea and adapted to receive the liquefied natural gas regasified through the floating type regasification plant from the berthing plant to produce electricity, wherein the floating type power generation plant comprises a power generation system for producing the electricity, a cooling system for cooling the power generation system, and a floating body for power generation on which the power generation system and the cooling system are disposed.
