Abstract
본 발명은 가스켓에 관한 것으로서, 환 형상으로 구비되고 상면 및 하면 각각에 둘레 방향을 따라 제 1 소정 높이 돌출되는 돌기부가 복수 겹으로 형성되어 단면이 어골(魚骨, Fish Bone) 형상을 갖되 돌기부는 중심축 방향으로 휘어지도록 소정 곡률을 갖게 형성되는 본체부, 본체부의 내측 둘레면을 따라 형성되고 단면이 “C”형상을 갖는 제 1 씨링부 및 제 1 씨링부의 내부에 위치되는 판 코일(Disk Coil) 형상의 제 1 코어 스프링부를 포함하는 가스켓을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 어골 형상의 돌기부를 통해 관내에 기밀성이 보장되고, 어골 형상의 돌기부가 가스켓의 중심축 방향으로 소정 각도 휘어지도록 구비되기 때문에 유체가 발생시키는 터뷸런스에도 기밀성이 보장되며, 제 1 코어 스프링부로 인해 복원력이 뛰어나고 가스켓의 항복성이 높아지기 때문에 가스켓의 수명이 늘어나고, 제 1 코어 스프링부는 별도의 자켓 등을 요하지 않고, 본체부에 형성되는 제 1 씨링부에 설치되기 때문에 제조가 용이하다.
