Claims (1)
- 골재 40 ~ 45중량%, 석분 15 ~ 20중량%, 슬래그 25 ~ 30중량%, 시멘트 10 ~ 12중량%를 포함하는 조성물로 제조되되,
상기 골재의 입도는 6mm 이하인 것으로, 상기 골재는 보통골재를 사용할 수도 있음은 물론, 경량화를 위해 경량골재를 사용할 수 있으며,
상기 보통골재는 화강암, 사암, 기반암으로 구성되고 토목, 건축구조물에 이용되는 골재이고,
상기 경량골재는 콘크리트 중량을 감소시킬 목적으로 쓰이는 가벼운 골재로, 천연 경량골재와 인공 경량골재로 구분되며,
상기 천연 경량골재는 자연 작용에 의해 만들어진 골재로서 경석, 화산자갈, 응회암, 용암 등이 있으며,
상기 인공 경량골재는 암석을 파쇄하여 인공적으로 만들어진 골재로서 팽창성 점토, 플라이 애쉬 등을 주원료로 하여 인공적으로 소성한 것과 팽창 슬래그, 석탄 찌꺼기 등과 같은 산업부산물인 경량골재 및 그 가공품이되, 골재 내부는 다공질이고 표면은 유리질의 피막으로 덮인 구조로 되어 있고,
상기 골재는 다양한 색상을 가질 수 있는데, 골재의 색상에 따라 제조되는 콘크리트 치장벽돌의 색상이 다양하게 나올 수 있는 것이며,
상기 석분은 절단 시 톱의 과열을 방지하기 위해 냉각수를 살포하여 습식상태로 배출되어 침전과정 및 필터링을 통해 0.1mm 내지 1mm 이하의 석분만을 사용하고,
상기 슬래그는 규소, 황, 인, 알루미늄 원소의 혼합 산화물과 소다회 물질들이 노내장과 석회석의 용융합제로 구성되고, 동 슬래그 및 아연 슬래그를 포함하되,
상기 아연 슬래그의 입자는 원형모양의 입경 1.0 ~ 5.0mm 이내로 구성되어 콘크리트 치장벽돌의 경량화 및 건조시간을 단축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체와 마감재 겸용 콘크리트 치장벽돌 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 골재 40 ~ 45중량%, 석분 15 ~ 20중량%, 슬래그 25 ~ 30중량% 및 시멘트 10 ~ 12중량%에 시멘트 중량대비 물 35% 이하를 혼합하고 교반하는 혼합단계(S1);
상기 혼합단계(S1)에서 혼합된 혼합물을 성형틀에 넣고 가압하여 벽돌 성형물을 제조하는 성형단계(S2);
상기 성형단계(S2)에서 성형된 벽돌 성형물을 500도시 이상으로 경화시켜 양생하는 양생단계(S3);
상기 양생단계(S3)에서 양생된 벽돌 성형물을 상기 성형틀로부터 탈형하여 콘크리트 벽돌을 완성하는 탈형단계(S4);를 포함하되,
상기 성형단계(S2)에서 상기 성형틀은 블록형, 원통형, 원형, 타원형의 형상을 가진 금형이나 거푸집을 이용하고, 상기 가압을 위해서 진동유압 프레스 또는 가압 프레스 장비를 이용하는 것을 포함하며,
상기 양생단계(S3)에서 상기 성형된 벽돌 성형물을 500도시 이상으로 경화시키는 과정에서 도시는 양생온도(℃)와 양생시간(h)를 서로 곱한 것으로, 상기 양생온도는 50(℃) 이상 65(℃)를 초과하지 않고, 양생실의 온도는 급격한 온도변화가 생기지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체와 마감재 겸용 콘크리트 치장벽돌 제조방법.
