Claims (5)
- 구동원에 의해 회전운동되고, 중심을 벗어난 위치에 편심홀(12)이 구비되는 구동휠(10);
상기 편심홀(12)에 설치되어 구동휠(10) 중심을 축으로 공전운동되면서, 구동휠(10)과 동심원 상에 설치된 링기어(22)와 치합되어 구동휠(10)과 역방향으로 자전운동되는 유성기어부(20);
상기 유성기어부(20)에 연결되어, 유성기어(20) 자전운동력에 의해 편심회전되며 직선로드(40)를 왕복이송하도록 구비되는 유성편심암(30);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 타원형 편심궤적을 이용한 회전-직선운동 변환기구. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 유성편심암(30)은 유성기어부(20)에 연결되는 축홀더부(32)와, 축홀더부(32)에서 유성기어부(20) 중심을 벗어나도록 연장되는 연결암(34)과, 연결암(34) 단부에 직선로드(40)가 연결되도록 축핀(36)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타원형 편심궤적을 이용한 회전-직선운동 변환기구. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 유성편심암(30)은 구동휠(10) 중심을 축으로 회전하는 공전운동력과, 유성기어부(20) 중심을 축으로 회전하는 자전운동력에 의해 임의의 서로 대향하는 양방향 편심량이 증가되어 가변 편심궤적운동력이 발생되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타원형 편심궤적을 이용한 회전-직선운동 변환기구. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 유성편심암(30)에 직선로드(40)를 연결하여 직선 왕복운동력이 발생되고, 직선로드(40)에 톱날, 칼날을 포함하는 절삭기구(T1) 또는 헤머를 포함하는 타격기구(T2) 또는 피스톤을 포함하는 공압기구(T3)가 장착되도록 체결부(42)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타원형 편심궤적을 이용한 회전-직선운동 변환기구. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 축핀(36)과 대응하는 직선로드(40) 단부에는 장공형홀(40a)이 형성되어 직선로드 왕복이송방향과 직교하는 방향으로 유동되는 축핀(36)을 유연하게 수용하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타원형 편심궤적을 이용한 회전-직선운동 변환기구.
