Abstract
본 발명은 치아 교정장치 주위에 부착하는 치아우식증 원인균의 성장 및 바이오필름 형성 억제를 통해 치아 교정치료 중 치아 교정장치 주변에 발생하는 법랑질 탈회(enamel demineralization) 및 치아 우식증(dental caries)을 효과적으로 예방하면서도, 치아 교정장치에 항균제가 포함되었을 때 발생하는 접착강도의 약화 현상을 효과적으로 억제하여 교정치료 중에 발생하는 법랑질 탈회 및 치아우식증을 예방하면서 치아 교정장치의 치면 부착이 충분한 강도를 유지할 수 있게 한다.
Description
도 1b는 프라이머가 첨가되지 않은 경우와 첨가된 프라이머의 종류 각각에 대한 시간에 따른 스트렙토코쿠스 뮤탄스(Streptococcus mutans)의 열순환처리 후의 성장률을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머 제조방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.

Claims (10)
- 치아 교정장치를 치아에 부착되도록 하는 프라이머; 및
상기 프라이머에 첨가된 항균제를 포함하는, 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머는,
소수성을 가지는 Transbond XT 프라이머(TX)인, 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 항균제는,
클로르헥시딘(CHX)을 포함하는, 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 클로르헥시딘(CHX)의 농도는 0 초과 0.3wt% 이하인, 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머.
- 프라이머에 항균제를 첨가하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물을 교반시키는 단계를 포함하는, 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머는,
소수성을 가지는 Transbond XT 프라이머(TX)인, 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 항균제는,
클로르헥시딘(CHX)을 포함하는, 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 클로르헥시딘(CHX)의 농도는 0 초과 0.3wt% 이하인, 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물을 교반하는 단계는,
상온에서 12시간 동안 교반하는 단계를 포함하는, 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머에 항균제를 첨가하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계는,
1㎖의 Transbond XT 프라이머(TX)에 클로르헥시딘(CHX) 3㎎을 첨가하여 상기 혼합물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 치아 교정장치 부착용 프라이머 제조방법.
