본 발명은 화물차 적재함의 덮개에 관한 것으로 적재함 상단과 하단 3분의 1지점에 캠을 양쪽에 총 4개를 설치한다. 그리고 덮개의 지지대 역할을 하는 가스 쇼크업소버를 캠과 연결시킨다. 이때 가스를 사용하는 이유는 오일쇼크업소버는 오일이 충분히 보충되지않으면 감쇠력이 많이 떨어지기 때문이다. 그리고 쇼크업소버를 적재함과 연결시킨다. 덮개를 개방시 쇼크업소버가 팽창되면서 서서히 열리게 된다. 쇼크업쇼버는 캠의 회전을 통해 부드럽게 이동한다. 덮개의 무게중심이 바뀌게 되었을때 덮개의 무게를 쇼크업소버가 지탱시켜준다. 덮개를 덮을시 캠이 회전하면서 쇼크업소버가 덮개를 따라 부드럽게 이동된다. 덮개의 무게중심이 바뀌게 되면 쇼크업소버가 덮개의 무게를 지탱해준다. 그리고 사람의 힘으로 눌러 완전히 닫은 다음 설치한 안전고리를 사용하여 안전하게 덮을 수 있게 한다.The present invention relates to a lid of a lorry loading compartment, in which a total of four cams are installed on both sides of the top and bottom third of the loading box.
