Abstract

Description
본 발명은 이산 서브-마이크론 중합성 결합제 입자를 사용하여 함께 보유된 서브-마이크론 기능성 첨가제 입자를 함유하는 고체 다공성 물품에 관한 것이다. 다공성 물품은 바람직하게는 또한 1 내지 300 마이크론 범위의 다수의 일차 활성 입자를 함유한다. 고체 다공성 물품은 다공성 물품을 통과하는 유체의 성분을 분리, 침전 및/또는 포획하는데 사용된다.

US 6,395,190은, 평균 입자 크기가 5 마이크론 내지 25 마이크론인, 15 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 열가소성 결합제를 갖거나; 다수의 입자가 200 메시 내지 325 메시 범위(44 마이크론 내지 74 마이크론)이고, 나머지 활성탄은 325 메시 미만인, 활성탄 입자를 갖는 탄소 필터 및 이를 제조하는 방법이 기재되어 있다.
다공성 블록 물품을 위한 결합제로서의 폴리(비닐리덴 플루오라이드)는 더 낮은 로딩에서 효과적인 결합을 제공하고(이는 또한 활성제(예를 들면, 활성탄, 제올라이트 또는 이온 교환제)의 보다 많은 표면을 개방시킴) 보다 더 큰 효율을 제공함으로써 물품의 성능을 개선시키는 것으로 발견되었다.

일부 용도에서, 항균제의 첨가와 같이, 다공성 블록 물품에 추가의 기능성을 부가하는 것이 바람직하다. US 7,144,533 및 US 2011/0210062에 기재된 바와 같이, AgBr과 같은 제제가 다공성 블록 물품에 첨가되었다. 이들 참조 문헌 각각은, 우선 활성탄 또는 결합제를 충전한 후 대전된 미생물 차단제를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 금속(바람직하게는 Ag 또는 Cu) 염을 여과 장치에 첨가하는 복잡한 방법을 기재하고 있다. AgBr은 약 0.05 내지 0.5%로 첨가될 수 있으며, 입자 크기는 약 1 마이크론이다.
미립자 제제의 로딩 수준, 제제의 크기, 및 제제의 이용 가능한 표면적 사이에는 관련성이 있다. 여과/활성제로서의 효과를 최대화하기 위해, 이용 가능한 다량의 표면적의 미립자 제제를 갖는 것이 바람직하다. 작은 기능성 입자는 대부분의 표면적을 제공하며, 따라서 여과 물품의 용적에 의해 제제의 중량당 최고의 분배 효율을 제공한다. 그러나, 입자가 작을수록 더 많은 결합제 표면이 미립자 제제로 막히게 될 것이며, 이는 일차 입자와 실제로 결합하는데 더 적은 결합제 표면이 이용될 수 있음을 의미한다. 당업계에서, 이는 큰 기능성 입자(일반적으로 5 마이크론 이상)(활성탄과 같은 일차 입자와 대략 동일한 크기)를 사용하여 다뤄지거나, 그렇지 않으면 나노-크기의 기능성 첨가제 입자가 사용될 수 있지만, 단지 낮은 수준으로 사용된다(1% 훨씬 미만, 바람직하게는 0.5% 미만). 대안적으로, 더 높은 수준의 결합제가 이용될 수 있지만, 결합제가 많을수록 더 적은 표면적의 일차 입자가 여과에 이용될 수 있다. 다수의 기능성 첨가제는 반응에 이용될 수 있는 큰 표면적을 갖는 나노-크기로 이용될 수 있다.
본 발명에 의해 해결될 문제점은 가압된 유체 유동 동안 물품의 붕괴를 방지하기에 충분한 기계적 강도를 유지하면서 고체 다공성 분리 물품에 더 높은 로딩의 기능화를 부가하는 것이다.
놀랍게도, 본 발명에 이르러, 50 nm 내지 500 nm의 이산 중합성 결합제 입자를 사용함으로써, 나노-입자의 높은 로딩(0.5 중량% 초과)이 달성될 수 있으며, 한편 결합제는 여전히 일차 활성 입자와 결합하는데 효과적이라는 것을 발견하였다. 나노-입자는 양호한 분산을 달성한다.

c) 고체 다공성 물품의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.5 중량% 초과, 바람직하게는 0.7 중량% 초과, 더 바람직하게는 1.0 중량% 초과, 바람직하게는 5 중량% 초과, 더 바람직하게는 10 중량% 초과의, 5 nm 내지 10,000 nm, 바람직하게는 10 nm 내지 5,000 nm, 더 바람직하게는 20 nm 내지 1,000 nm, 가장 바람직하게는 25 nm 내지 1,000 nm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 입자.
대안적으로, 고체 다공성 물품은 결합제 및 평균 입자 크기가 상이한 일차 입자만을 함유할 수 있으며, 일차 입자 중 일부는 1 마이크론 미만, 바람직하게는 750 nm 미만, 더 바람직하게는 500 nm 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는다.
본 발명은 또한 이들 고체 다공성 물품을 형성하는 공정 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.
본원에 사용된 용어 "중합체"는 단독중합체, 공중합체 또는 3개 이상의 상이한 단량체 단위를 갖는 임의의 중합체를 의미하는데 사용된다. 중합체는 랜덤, 블록, 스타 또는 임의의 다른 배열일 수 있으며, 배치, 연속적, 에멀젼 및 서스펜션과 같은 임의의 중합 수단에 의해 형성될 수 있다.

본원에서 사용되는 "상호연결성"은 활성 입자 또는 섬유가 활성 일차 및 이차 입자 또는 기능성 입자 또는 섬유를 완전히 코팅하지 않으면서 중합성 결합제 입자에 의해 함께 영구적으로 결합되는 것을 의미한다. 결합제는 특정한 별개의 지점에서 함께 활성 입자에 부착하여 조직화된 다공성 구조를 생성한다. 다공성 구조는 유체가 상호연결된 입자 또는 섬유를 통과할 수 있도록 하며, 유체 조성물은 활성 입자 또는 섬유의 표면(들)에 직접적으로 노출되어, 유체 조성물의 성분과 입자의 상호작용을 유리하게 하고, 성분의 선택적인 분리가 일어나게 한다. 중합성 결합제는 오직 별개의 지점에서만 활성 입자에 부착하므로, 더 적은 결합제가 이후 코팅물에서의 완전한 연결에 사용된다.
본원에서 사용되는 백분율은, 달리 주지되지 않는 한, 중량 백분율이고, 분자량은, 달리 언급되지 않는 한, 중량 평균 분자량이다.
중합성 결합제
본 발명의 복합체의 중합성 결합제 입자는 서브-마이크론 범위의 열가소성 중합체 이산 입자이다. 중량 평균 입자 크기는 1 마이크론 미만, 바람직하게는 500 nm 미만, 바람직하게는 400 nm 미만, 더 바람직하게는 300 nm 미만이다. 중량 평균 입자 크기는 일반적으로 적어도 20 nm, 바람직하게는 적어도 50 nm이다. 일부 경우에 입자는 2 마이크론 내지 50 마이크론 범위의 응집체로 응집될 수 있다. 바람직하게는 이산 입자가 더 양호한 결합을 제공하기 때문에 응집체의 수준은 최소이다.
본 발명의 유용한 중합성 결합제는 열가소성이며, 불소중합체, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무(SBR), 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(EVA), 아크릴 중합체, 예를 들면, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트 단독중합체 및 공중합체, 폴리우레탄, 스티렌계 중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 폴리에스테르, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리올레핀, 및 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU)을 포함하지만, 이들에 제한되지 않는다. 본 발명에 유용한 작은 중합체 입자 크기를 얻기 위해, 열가소성 중합체가 에멀젼(또는 역 에멀젼) 중합에 의해 제조될 수 있는 것이 바람직하다.
낮은 결정화도를 갖거나 결정성이 없는 열가소성 중합체는, 이것이 더욱 가요성이고, 더 용이하게 연화되고, 결정성 중합체보다 더 양호하게 제조 공정의 압력을 견디기 때문에 특히 유용하다.
바람직한 중합체는 폴리아미드, 및 불소중합체이며, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드의 단독중합체 및 공중합체가 특히 유용하다.
바람직하게는, 결합제는 불소중합체이다. 유용한 불소중합체는 중량 기준으로 40 중량% 초과의 불소단량체 단위, 바람직하게는 50 중량% 초과, 바람직하게는 65 중량% 초과, 더 바람직하게는 75 중량% 초과, 가장 바람직하게는 90 중량% 초과의 하나 이상의 불소단량체를 갖는 열가소성 단독중합체 및 공중합체이다. 불소중합체를 형성하는데 유용한 불소단량체는 하기를 포함하지만, 이들에 제한되지 않는다: 비닐리덴 플루오라이드(VDF 또는 VF2), 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE), 트리플루오로에틸렌(TrFE), 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌(CTFE), 헥사플루오로프로펜(HFP), 비닐 플루오라이드(VF), 헥사플루오로이소부틸렌(HFIB), 퍼플루오로부틸에틸렌(PFBE), 펜타플루오로프로펜, 3,3,3-트리플루오로-1-프로펜, 2-트리플루오로메틸-3,3,3-트리플루오로프로펜, 퍼플루오로메틸 에테르(PMVE), 퍼플루오로에틸비닐 에테르(PEVE), 퍼플루오로프로필비닐 에테르(PPVE), 퍼플루오로부틸 비닐 에테르(PBVE), 장쇄 퍼플루오르화된 비닐 에테르를 포함하는 플루오르화된 비닐 에테르, 플루오르화된 디옥솔, C4 및 그 이상의 부분적으로- 또는 퍼-플루오르화된 알파 올레핀, C3 및 그 이상의 부분적으로- 또는 퍼-플루오르화된 사이클릭 알켄, 및 이들의 조합.
특히 바람직한 불소중합체는 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVDF) 단독중합체 및 공중합체, 및 폴리테트라플루로에틸렌(PTFE) 단독중합체 및 공중합체이다. 본 발명은 모든 열가소성 중합체에 적용되지만, 특히 모든 불소중합체 및 공중합체, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 중합체가 본 발명을 예시하는데 사용될 것이며, 이들은 바람직한 중합체이다. 당업자는, PVDF에 대한 특정 언급을 본 발명의 범위 내에 있고 본 발명으로 구현되는 것으로 여겨지는 이들 다른 열가소성 중합체에 적용하는 것을 이해하고 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

공정

일차 활성 입자는 희석된 중합체 라텍스에 부가 전 기능성 첨가제 입자와 건식-블렌딩될 수 있거나, 또는 각각의 유형의 입자가 희석된 라텍스에 직접 첨가될 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 미립자 물질은 우선 중합체 라텍스로의 첨가 전 물에 분산된다. 대안적인 구현예에서, 입자 물질은 중합체 라텍스에 첨가될 수 있으며, 혼합물은 물로 희석된다. 또 다른 대안적인 구현예에서, 비-물 민감성 입자가 라텍스에 첨가되고 분산될 수 있다. 이후 라텍스를 건조시켜 습기 민감성 입자를 이제 건조된 라텍스 제형에 첨가하고 블렌딩할 수 있다.
분산 블렌드를 건조시켜 표면상에 기능성 첨가제 입자를 갖는 서브-마이크론 중합성 결합제 입자와 일차 활성 물질의 복합체를 형성한다. 건조 단계는 10 중량% 미만, 바람직하게는 5 중량% 미만의 중합체 응집체의 형성과 더불어 복합체를 형성할 임의의 공지된 방법에 의해 수행될 수 있다. 건조는 일반적으로 물을 제거하고 복합체를 생성하기 위해 열 및/또는 진공을 사용한다. 일 구현예에서, 분산 블렌드는 분무-건조되어 복합체를 형성한다. 5 마이크론 내지 300 마이크론 평균 입자 크기 범위로 건조된 중합체 입자 응집체는 20 nm 내지 500 nm 평균 중합성 결합제 입자의 응집으로부터 초래될 수 있다. 바람직하게는 응집체는 최소로 유지된다. 또 다른 구현예에서, 블렌드 분산물을 벨트 컨베이어 상에 붓고, 진공과 열의 조합(일반적으로 오븐)을 사용하여 물을 제거하고 중합체 입자를 상호작용 물질로 소결시킨다. 이후 형성된 편평한 시트 구조물이 수거되고, 반제품으로 압연되며, 이는 치수로 다이 절단되거나 주름이 잡히거나 여과 카트리지로 추가로 래핑될 수 있다.

또 다른 구현예에서, 블렌드는 복합체 블렌드를 결합제, 상호작용 입자, 공기 및/또는 첨가제의 다중상 시스템에 결합시키기에 충분한 가열 및 압력 하에서 압축 성형기에 첨가될 수 있다.

실시예
실시예 1: 73 중량% 규조토(44 마이크론의 평균 입자 크기), ASTM D 3835에 따라 232℃에서 100 s-1에서 20 킬로포이즈의 융융 점도를 갖는 16 중량% Kyblock® 단독중합체 불소중합성 결합제(5 마이크론의 평균 입자 크기 응집체), 및 11 중량%의 칼슘 하이드록시아파타이트(250 nm의 평균 입자 크기)를 균질한 혼합물로 건식 블렌딩하였다. 이후 블렌드를 온건한 압력 하에서 분당 2 인치로 450℉에서의 압출기를 통과시킨 후 냉각시켰다. 상기 파트는 내압궤성(crush resistance) 면에서 상당한 기계적 강도를 갖는 다공성 관형 구조물이었다.
실시예 2: 81.8 중량% 규조토(44 마이크론의 평균 입자 크기), ASTM D 3835에 따라 232℃에서 100 s-1에서 20 킬로포이즈의 융융 점도를 갖는 14.6중량 Kyblock® 단독중합체 불소중합성 결합제(평균 5 마이크론 응집체), 및 3.5 중량%의 탄산칼슘(3.5 마이크론의 평균 입자 크기)를 균질한 혼합물로 건식 블렌딩하였다. 이후 블렌드를 300 psi의 낮은 패킹 압력 하에서 180℃에서 1분 동안 압축 성형하였다. 샘플을 압축 몰드에서 추출하고, 180℃에서 10분 동안 오븐에서 경화시켰다. 그 결과는 내굴곡성(bend resistance) 면에서 상당한 기계적 강도를 갖는 다공성 로드(rod) 구조물이었다.
실시예 3: 74 중량% 규조토(평균 44 마이크론), ASTM D 3835에 따라 232℃에서 100 s-1에서 20 킬로포이즈의 융융 점도를 갖는 14 중량% Kyblock® 단독중합체 불소중합성 결합제(5 마이크론의 평균 입자 크기 응집체) 3 중량% CaCO3(3.5 마이크론의 평균 입자 크기), 4 중량% TMAC - 알케마 인코포레이티드(Arkema Inc.)로부터의 아파타이트 염(250 nm의 평균 입자 크기), 및 1 중량% 은 제올라이트(3.5 마이크론의 평균 입자 크기)를 균질한 혼합물로 건식 블렌딩하였다. 이후 블렌드를 온건한 압력 하에서 분당 2 인치로 450℉에서의 압출기를 통과시킨 후 냉각시켰다. 상기 파트는 내압궤성 면에서 상당한 기계적 강도를 갖는 다공성 관형 구조물이었다.

실시예 5: ASTM D 3835에 따라 232℃에서 100 s-1에서 20 킬로포이즈의 융융 점도를 갖는 12 중량% Kyblock® 단독중합체 불소중합성 결합제(5 마이크론의 평균 입자 크기 응집체), 3 마이크론 내지 4 마이크론 입자 크기를 갖는 8 중량%의 SZT(알케마 인코포레이티드), 80 중량% 활성탄 20 메시 내지 325 메시를 균질한 혼합물로 건식 블렌딩하였다. 이후 블렌드를 520F에서 30분 동안 저압 하에서 몰드 내에 넣었다. 몰드를 오븐에서 제거하고, 1000 psi 미만의 압력을 2분 동안 가했다. 몰드를 250F까지 냉각되도록 한 후 상기 파트를 몰드에서 추출하였다.
실시예 6: ASTM D 3835에 따라 232℃에서 100 s-1에서 20 킬로포이즈의 융융 점도를 갖는 12 중량% Kyblock® 단독중합체 불소중합성 결합제(5 마이크론의 평균 입자 크기 응집체), 1 마이크론 내지 10 마이크론 입자 크기를 갖는 10 중량%의 TMAC, 88 중량% 활성탄 20 메시 내지 325 메시를 균질한 혼합물로 건식 블렌딩하였다. 이후 블렌드를 520F에서 30분 동안 저압 하에서 몰드 내에 넣었다. 몰드를 오븐에서 제거하고, 1000 psi 미만의 압력을 2분 동안 가했다. 몰드를 250F까지 냉각되도록 한 후 상기 파트를 몰드에서 추출하였다.

1. 하기를 포함하는 고체 다공성 물품:
a) 20 nm 내지 1 마이크론, 바람직하게는 50 nm 내지 400 nm, 가장 바람직하게는 50 nm 내지 300 nm의 평균 입자 이산 크기를 갖는 입자 형태의 열가소성 중합성 결합제, 및

c) 고체 다공성 물품의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.5 중량% 초과, 바람직하게는 0.7 중량% 초과, 더 바람직하게는 1.0 중량% 초과, 바람직하게는 5 중량% 초과, 더 바람직하게는 10 중량% 초과의, 5 nm 내지 10,000 nm, 바람직하게는 10 nm 내지 5,000 nm, 더 바람직하게는 20 nm 내지 1,000 nm, 가장 바람직하게는 25 nm 내지 1,000 nm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 이차 기능성 첨가제 입자.
2. 양태 1에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 결합제는, 고체 다공성 물품의 총 중량을 기준으로, 1 중량% 내지 30 중량%, 바람직하게는 3 중량% 내지 20 중량%, 더 바람직하게는 5 중량% 내지 14 중량%로 존재하는, 고체 다공성 물품.
3. 양태 1 또는 양태 2에 있어서, 상기 일차 활성 입자는 활성 알루미나, 활성탄, 탄소 나노튜브, 실리카겔, 아크릴 분말 및 섬유, 셀룰로스 섬유, 유리 비드, 연마제, 광물, 실리카, 목재칩, 이온-교환 수지, 분자체, 무기염, 세라믹, 제올라이트, 이온-교환 변형된 제올라이트, 금속 산화물, 은계 화합물, 규조토, 탈크 폴리에스테르 입자 및 섬유, 엔지니어링 수지 입자 및 폴리카보네이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 일차 활성 입자의 적어도 3 중량%, 바람직하게는 일차 입자의 적어도 5 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 10 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 20 중량%는 1 마이크론 미만, 바람직하게는 750 마이크론 미만, 더 바람직하게는 500 마이크론 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는, 고체 다공성 물품.
4. 양태 1 내지 양태 3 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 기능성 첨가제 입자는 생물학적 개시제(biological inception agent), 금속 흡착제, 금속 침전제, 물리적 여과제, 촉매, 이온 교환 수지, 효소, 항체, 및 지지 기판 상에 고정된 단백질로부터 선택되는, 고체 다공성 물품.
5. 양태 1 내지 양태 4 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 일차 활성 입자는 바이모달(bimodal)이고, 한 모드의 평균 입자 크기는 1 마이크론 미만이고, 다른 모드의 평균 입자 크기는 1 마이크론 초과인, 고체 다공성 물품.
6. 하기를 포함하는, 양태 1의 고체 다공성 물품을 성형하는 방법:
a) 열가소성 결합제 입자, 일차 활성 입자, 및 기능성 첨가제 입자를 블렌딩하는 단계,
b) 상기 블렌드를 가열하여 결합제 입자를 연화시키는 단계, 및
c) 가열된 블렌드를 고체, 다공성 물품으로 성형하는 단계.
7. 양태 6에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 결합제 입자는 활성 입자 및/또는 기능성 첨가제 입자와 블렌딩될 때 분산물 형태인, 방법.
8. 양태 7에 있어서, 상기 분산물 블렌드를 분무 건조기에서 건조시키는, 방법.
9. 양태 6 내지 양태 8 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 결합제 입자는 분말 형태이며, 활성 입자와 건식-블렌딩되는, 방법.
10. 양태 6 내지 양태 9 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 가열 및 성형 단계는 압출 공정에서 발생하는, 방법.
11. 양태 6 내지 양태 9 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 가열 및 성형 단계는 압축 성형 공정에서 발생하는, 방법.
12. 양태 6 내지 양태 9 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 가열 및 성형 단계는 비-압축 성형 공정에서 발생하는, 방법.
Claims (15)
- 하기를 포함하는 고체 다공성 물품:
a) 20 nm 내지 1 마이크론, 바람직하게는 50 nm 내지 400 nm, 가장 바람직하게는 50 nm 내지 300 nm의 평균 입자 이산 크기를 갖는 입자 형태의 열가소성 중합성 결합제, 및
b) 적어도 50 중량%, 바람직하게는 60 중량%, 바람직하게는 70 중량%의 일차 활성 입자, 및
c) 0.5 중량% 초과의, 5 nm 내지 10,000 nm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 이차 기능성 첨가제 입자. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 다공성 물품은, 고체 다공성 물품의 총 중량을 기준으로, 1.0 중량% 초과의, 10 nm 내지 5,000 nm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 이차 기능성 첨가제 입자를 포함하는, 고체 다공성 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고체 다공성 물품은, 고체 다공성 물품의 총 중량을 기준으로, 10 중량% 초과의, 25 nm 내지 1,000 nm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 이차 기능성 첨가제 입자를 포함하는, 고체 다공성 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 결합제는, 고체 다공성 물품의 총 중량을 기준으로, 1 중량% 내지 30 중량%로 존재하는, 고체 다공성 물품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 결합제는, 고체 다공성 물품의 총 중량을 기준으로, 5 중량% 내지 14 중량%로 존재하는, 고체 다공성 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일차 활성 입자는 활성 알루미나, 활성탄, 탄소 나노튜브, 실리카겔, 아크릴 분말 및 섬유, 셀룰로스 섬유, 유리 비드, 연마제, 미네랄, 실리카, 목재칩, 이온-교환 수지, 분자체, 무기염, 세라믹, 제올라이트, 이온-교환 변형된 제올라이트, 금속 산화물, 은계 화합물, 규조토, 탈크 폴리에스테르 입자 및 섬유, 엔지니어링 수지(engineering resin) 입자 및 폴리카보네이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 일차 활성 입자의 적어도 3 중량%, 바람직하게는 일차 입자의 적어도 5 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 10 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 20 중량%는 1 마이크론 미만, 바람직하게는 750 마이크론 미만, 더 바람직하게는 500 마이크론 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는, 고체 다공성 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 첨가제 입자는 생물학적 개시제(biological inception agent), 금속 흡착제, 금속 침전제, 물리적 여과제, 촉매, 이온 교환 수지, 효소, 항체, 및 지지 기판 상에 고정된 단백질로부터 선택되는, 고체 다공성 물품.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 결합제 입자는 분말 형태이며, 활성 입자와 건식-블렌딩되는, 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가열 및 성형 단계는 압출 공정에서 발생하는, 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가열 및 성형 단계는 압축 성형 공정에서 발생하는, 방법.
