Description

[0001] MASK PACK COMPRISING GOLD NANOPARTICLE LIQUID COMPOSITION [0002]

The present invention relates to a mask pack, and more particularly, to a mask pack including a liquid ancestral composition containing gold nanoparticles.

Gold has been with the history of mankind for over 6,000 years and has been a symbol of wealth as precious metals of eternity and immutability in many countries. In addition to these aesthetic factors, it is chemically stable, has no harmful effect on the human body, and is widely used because it has been found to play a role of eliminating toxins and enhancing immunity.

Specifically, in Dongbok-cheon, gold leaf has a neurostabilizing action and acts to stabilize the mind, and describes a detoxifying action that absorbs and releases various toxic substances in the human body. The German bacteriologist, Robert Koch, found an inhibitory effect on the growth of M. tuberculosis. Italian scholars Novelli-F, Recine-M, Sparatove-F, Juliano-C et al. Farmaco, 1999 Apr 30; 54C4; 232-G has the ability to kill gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria, bacteria, and fungi. In addition, Bajai-S, Aramad-I, and Fatima-M in the United States have shown that a small amount of gold enhances immune capacity through animal experiments in Immunopharmacol (Immunotoxicol. 1999, Fed 21 (1) . In addition, gold has been used for the treatment of chronic rheumatoid arthritis and ocular muscle, and it has been reported that gold has a variety of effects such as prevention of skin aging, promotion of blood circulation, and activation of metabolism, And to find out the usefulness of the method.

The cosmetics industry is increasing utilization of fields and functions that have not been used previously due to the development of biotechnology and high-performance materials. In addition, in the use of gold, thin foil gold (for example, Kanazawa foil) manufactured by blowing with the drawability of gold is used for marketing such as giving a product image of high price rather than functionality. In particular, the use of nanomaterials is a driving force behind expanding the base of the industry, leading to the expansion of high-performance and high-performance markets by changing tissue cells.

On the other hand, gold nanoparticles can perform useful functions for skin and human body, such as neurostabilizing action, whitening effect of skin, and ultraviolet ray shielding, but the manufacturing method for manufacturing nanoparticles has yet to be formed by forming a nanotilm However, the method has not been developed other than the method, and many applications have not yet been made in preparation for its usefulness. On the other hand, a conventional method for producing nano gold particles, which is a recent issue, involves using harmful components such as aqua regia, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid mixture, or forming a metal seed and then removing the surfactant . In general, when a gold foil is weighed in an amount of 0.1 g, and the gold foil is extruded to form a thin film having a thickness of 1 / 10,000 mm and pulverized or cut, Which is more than 500nm, was used for marketing rather than the self-performance of gold powder. In the case of gold contained in conventional gold-containing cosmetics, gold usually has an average thickness of 100 nm or more and a surface of 500 nm or more, and generally has a problem that it can not penetrate properly into a subcutaneous layer through which particles of 120 nm or less are passed have.

A pack means a cosmetic application directly applied to the skin for skin care, and has various forms such as a gel, a paste, a foam, a powder, and a mask. A mask pack means a product that is glued or rinsed after a certain period of time after attaching cosmetic ingredients to the skin surface to make the skin clean and beautiful. It can be used on the body as well as on the face. The sheet of the mask pack has a hydrogel type as well as a fiber product such as a nonwoven fabric. The mask pack is a cosmetic product in which a mask pack having a relatively small amount of water and an effective ingredient in a mask pack having a large amount of moisture and active ingredients due to osmotic pressure phenomenon, or a cosmetic ingredient contained in the mask pack is absorbed.

Korean Patent No. 10-0815182 describes a colored mask pack for cosmetics containing microbial cellulose as a main component using metal nanoparticles and Korean Patent No. 10-0865769 discloses a process for mixing a gold salt and colloidal silica ≪ RTI ID = 0.0 > nano-metal < / RTI >

An object of the present invention is to utilize the osmotic phenomenon of a mask pack to improve the skin absorption rate of a liquid composition comprising gold nanoparticles produced by a physical method without using a chemical reducing agent.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical terms used in the present invention have the following definitions and are consistent with the meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention pertains. Also, preferred methods or samples are described in this specification, but similar or equivalent ones are also included in the scope of the present invention.

The term "moisturizing component " used in the present invention means a water-soluble substance having high water absorbability as a component that calms dry and keratinized skin and softens and smoothes the skin. Representative examples include glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, sodium hyaluronate, and the like, all of which contain cosmetic ingredients having a moisturizing effect.

The term "long side" used in the present invention means a long side on a rectangular plate-like surface.

The term " plate flake shape "used in the present invention means a plate-like shape in which the length of the long side of the surface is about 1.5 times or more the thickness.

As used herein, the term "atomic layer" refers to atoms located at corners of a structure having a face-centered cubic structure (FCC), in which atoms located at the corners of a unit lattice, Means the distance between layers.

The present invention relates to a mask pack comprising a liquid composition containing gold nanoparticles.

The liquid composition containing gold nanoparticles according to the present invention means a liquid composition containing gold nanoparticles having a plate flake shape and having a long side of 1 nm to 50 nm.

The gold nanoparticles according to the present invention refer to a shape in which a unit cell having a face-centered cubic structure (FCC) is gathered in a plate flake form to form a plate-shaped space grid. FIG. 1 is a TEM photograph of gold nanoparticles contained in a composition prepared according to an embodiment of the present invention. The gold nanoparticles contained in the liquid composition prepared according to the present invention have a long side of about 5 nm or less Lt; / RTI > As can be seen from Figs. 1 (a) to (c), gold nanoparticles having a long side of less than 5 nm can be identified, and the observed gold nanoparticles have a plate flake shape. FIG. 2 shows that the long sides of the gold nanoparticles contained in the liquid composition prepared according to the present invention are produced to about 1 nm or less.

Gold nanoparticles in the form of plate flakes can be prepared by physical vapor deposition processes. A variety of physical vapor deposition processes can be used, but preferably can be made by the methods described in " Thin Film Clusters and Thin Film Particles and Manufacturing Methods ", No. 10-1343288. However, the present invention is not limited thereto and can be produced by any method that achieves the object of the present invention.

The present invention relates to a method for producing gold particles, which comprises using a sulfite-based reducing agent (for example, sodium thiosulfate, sodium sulfite, etc.), a carboxyl-based reducing agent (oxalic acid, etc.) . That is, since gold nanoparticles are prepared using a physical vapor deposition process, pure nanoparticles can be obtained without a chemical reducing agent, and skin irritation is small.

The liquid composition of the present invention can be produced in the form of a mixture of gold nanoparticles in polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), Si-O-based oil and the like in an in situ state. An example of a production example according to the present invention is as follows.

A gold coating having a bulk size of gold, preferably at least 99.99%, is prepared as a coating and selected from the group consisting of a polysiloxane, polysiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane and Si-O- At least one of them is prepared as a coating material and supplied to a PVD evaporator (for example, a cylindrical shape, a belt-shaped shape, etc.) through a coating material supply device. Next, an AC or DC power source provided outside the evaporator is operated to generate a plasma in the vacuum evaporator, thereby physically cutting the bulk of the gold. At this time, the inside of the evaporator may be a vacuum or a high vacuum atmosphere. After depositing the gold, the coated material is moved to be coated through the belt. The process of depositing gold again on the coating material is repeated. In-situ to a desired size.

The deposition time may be 10 to 300 hours, and more preferably 80 to 100 hours. In the case of depositing for less than 10 hours, the gold nanoparticles are not formed in the form of plate flakes and the concentration is low, making commercialization difficult. In addition, when the film is deposited for more than 300 hours, aggregation of particles may occur.

Therefore, unlike conventional processes, the present invention can continuously mix at a maximum deposition rate through in-situ continuous process technology and exhibit high productivity. In addition, since the physical vapor deposition method is used, toxic substances such as chloroauric acid and sodium citrate are not used, so that gold particles having high toxicity and high purity can be obtained.

The long side of the gold nanoparticle according to the present invention may be 1 nm to 50 nm, preferably 5 nm to 30 nm. The long side of the gold nanoparticles may preferably be 50 nm or less, more preferably be 30 nm or less, and still more preferably be 5 nm or less. Further, the long side of the gold nanoparticles may be 1 nm or more. The size of the long side of gold nanoparticles indicates the range that is optimized for skin absorption.

The thickness of the nanoparticles according to the present invention may be from 0.5 nm to 33 nm. The thickness may be 33 nm or less, more preferably 15 nm or less, and more preferably 2 nm or less.

In the case of gold (Au), it is inactive in the bulk size, but when it is small in the nano size, it can be used as a catalyst, and its electrical, optical and catalytic properties can be changed. Therefore, the gold nanoparticles according to the present invention can act efficiently by transferring to the basal layer and the melanin layer, and exhibit various effects such as sterilization of bacteria in the skin, emission of far-infrared rays, and promotion of skin blood circulation.

In addition, gold exhibits yellow (golden color) at bulk size, but can exhibit various colors when the particle size is reduced to nanoscale. In other words, the gold particles have a quantum effect according to the particle size, that is, the free electrons in the gold cause a resonance reaction with light of a specific wavelength in the metal nanoparticles, transmitting less light near a specific wavelength, Color. ≪ / RTI > In the case of a particle with a particle size of 50 nm or less, the color of the gold particle is purple. The longer the length of the long side is, the more the color is indigo, purple and red. The color change does not appear radically, so it includes all of its border colors.

The liquid composition according to the present invention may contain 20 to 10,000 ppm of gold nanoparticles when analyzed by the ICP method. When the concentration of the gold particles is less than 20 ppm, the effect is insignificant. When the concentration of the gold particles is more than 10,000 ppm, the particles may aggregate and the cost effectiveness is not economical.

The liquid composition according to the present invention can be produced by the above-described method and comprises at least one liquid selected from the group consisting of a polysiloxane, a polysiloxane, a polydimethylsiloxane, a cyclopentasiloxane and a decamethylcyclopentasiloxane and a Si-O- May be dispersed in the liquid composition. When the gold nanoparticles are dispersed in the Si-O-based oil as described above, agglomeration does not occur or increase even after 30 days, which is useful.

The cosmetic composition impregnated in the mask sheet can be impregnated into the mask sheet within a range normally used. Preferably, the moisture content of the mask sheet is 30% to 95%, preferably 70% to 95%, based on the total weight of the mask sheet.

The cosmetic composition of the present invention may contain a moisturizing component. The moisturizing component can be used as a cosmetic composition such as glycerin, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, butyleneglycol, pentylene glycol, hexylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, sorbitol and sodium hyaluronate. it means. In addition, the cosmetic composition of the present invention may further comprise components commonly used in cosmetic compositions. For example, conventional additives such as antioxidants, stabilizers, solubilizers, vitamins, pigments and perfumes, and whitening agents, anti-wrinkle agents, and the like.

The sheet material of the mask sheet used in the present invention may be various materials such as nonwoven fabric, paper, cellulose, hydrogel and the like, and is not particularly limited.

One embodiment according to the present invention relates to a liquid composition containing gold nanoparticles; And a mask sheet containing a cosmetic composition containing a moisturizing component, wherein the mask pack is a mask pack in which the liquid composition and the mask sheet are separately packaged in a sealed form.

In one embodiment, in the case of a mask pack packaged in a sealed form in which the liquid composition and the mask sheet are separated, the liquid composition may be first applied to the skin (face), and then the enclosed mask sheet may be attached onto the skin. Although the mask sheet may be used as the mask sheet, according to the object of the present invention, a commercially available mask pack having a larger amount of moisture than the skin can be used. In the case of applying to the skin first, it is economical to prevent loss of the gold nano liquid composition.

When the liquid composition is applied to the face, it is preferable to apply 0.1 mg to 10 mg of the liquid composition. When the liquid composition is applied in an amount of less than 0.1 mg, the effect of use is insignificant. In the case of applying more than 10 mg, good.

In one embodiment, in the case of a mask pack packaged in a sealed form in which the liquid composition and the mask sheet are separated, the liquid composition may be applied to the enclosed mask sheet and attached to the skin.

The mask pack packaged in a sealed form with the liquid composition separated from the liquid composition may be in the form of containing the liquid composition in a separate closed space separate from the top, bottom or side of the closed space with the mask sheet, The composition and the mask sheet may be each sealed in an independent space. When the liquid composition and the mask sheet are separately packaged, waste of the liquid composition containing the expensive gold nanoparticles can be reduced, and the absorption rate can be increased by directly applying the composition to the skin layer.

One embodiment according to the present invention relates to a liquid composition containing gold nanoparticles; And a cosmetic composition containing a moisturizing component, wherein the mask pack is a mask pack packaged in a form impregnated with a liquid composition.

When the mask sheet is impregnated, it may contain 0.1 mg to 10 mg of the liquid composition. If the liquid composition contains less than 0.1 mg, the effect of use is insignificant. If the liquid composition is contained in an amount exceeding 10 mg, good. When the liquid composition is impregnated into the mask sheet, an emulsifier may be further added to prevent phase separation. The emulsifying agent is not limited and may include all of the emulsifying agents used in the cosmetic composition.

When the liquid composition is impregnated into the mask sheet, the skin is easily used but the skin absorption rate may be lower than that of the separately packaged form.

The mask pack according to the present invention can obtain excellent effects owing to the osmosis phenomenon using the surface tension of the hydrophilic component impregnated in the mask sheet in order to effectively penetrate the lipophilic liquid composition to the melanin layer at the lowest level of the skin. That is, it is useful because the lipophilic liquid composition can effectively penetrate into the skin when applied (applied) to the skin at the same time as when applied (applied) separately.

When the mask pack according to the present invention is used, a whitening effect, a skin texture improving effect, a moisturizing effect, or a pore reducing effect can be obtained.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples. It is to be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for describing the present invention in more detail and that the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments in accordance with the gist of the present invention .

Example  1: Preparation of mask pack according to the present invention

1. Liquid composition ( Manufacturing example  1)

1 kg of bulk gold having a purity of 99.99% or more is prepared as a coating material, and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is prepared as a coating material and supplied to a PVD evaporator (vacuum atmosphere) through a coating material supply device. Next, an AC or DC power source provided outside the evaporator is operated to generate a plasma in the vacuum evaporator, thereby physically cutting and depositing the bulk of the gold. After the gold was deposited, the coating material was moved to be coated through the belt. The coated material and the coated gold were separated and mixed by applying physical force while cutting and depositing the material to the desired size in situ. This process was then repeated to repeat the process so that the concentration of gold particles mixed in the polydimethylsiloxane was 500 ppm. The gold particles contained in the liquid composition thus prepared had a long side of 20 nm and a thickness of 13 nm.

2. Mask sheet

The mask sheet used was a mask sheet made of non-woven fabric having a thickness of 0.5 mm impregnated with a common essence component used for moisturizing the skin such as glycerin, aloe, and hyaluronic acid.

1. Pore reduction effect

The results of the pore reduction effect are shown in Table 2 below. The pore change after the application of Example 1 was measured in the case of Experimental Group 1, and the change of pores after 2 hours after the application of Example 1 in Experimental Group 2 was measured. The results of Comparative Example 1 are the pore changes after 2 hours of application.

(Unit: Pixel) Example 1 Comparative Example 1 Experiment 1 Experiment 2 Before experiment 80.23 75.24 76.86 After one experiment 79.54 74.11 76.54 After 2 experiments 79.24 73.92 76.21 After three experiments 79.21 73.78 76.20 After 4 experiments 79.21 72.49 76.18 After 5 experiments 78.97 72.28 76.18 After 6 experiments 79.95 71.13 77.13 Seven experiments 79.88 69.88 77.16 After 8 experiments 79.71 67.93 77.86

As can be seen in Table 2, in Comparative Example 1, pores increased from 76.86 to 77.86 after 8 tests, whereas in Experiment 1, pores decreased slightly from 80.23 to 79.71, and in Experiment 2, the pores decreased from 75.24 to 67.93, As shown in FIG. That is, it can be seen that the present invention has the effect of reducing the pore through the measurement results after about 2 hours of elapsed time which can be sufficiently absorbed into the body after application of the product.

2. Skin texture  Improvement effect

The results of the skin texture improving effect are shown in Table 3 below. The measurement was carried out 2 hours after the application of the mask pack.

(Unit: Rz) Example 1 Comparative Example 1 Before experiment 80.13 78.01 After one experiment 78.83 77.43 After 2 experiments 76.19 77.15 After three experiments 71.86 77.28 After 4 experiments 67.29 77.83 After 5 experiments 63.74 79.23 After 6 experiments 59.23 79.99 Seven experiments 56.12 80.13 After 8 experiments 52.95 80.89

In case of skin texture, the skin roughness of Comparative Example 1 was increased from 78.01 to 80.89, whereas the skin roughness of Example 1 was improved from 80.13 to 52.95. This is due to sebum secretion over time, which should give the surface of the skin a shine, but because sebum secretion is not smooth due to aging, the protective film disappears and moisture is not supplied. It can be seen that the mask pack according to the present invention supplies moisture to the skin, forms a protective film, and improves skin roughness.
