Claims (13)
- 냉매를 압축하는 압축기;
실외에 설치되어 냉매를 실외 공기와 열교환하는 실외 열교환기;
실내에 설치되어 냉매를 실내 공기와 열교환하는 실내 열교환기;
상기 압축기에서 토출된 냉매를 냉방운전시 상기 실외 열교환기로 안내하고, 난방운전 시 상기 실내 열교환기로 안내하는 절환밸브; 및
상기 실내 열교환기에서 토출된 냉매의 일부를 상기 압축기로 인젝션하는 인젝션 모듈을 포함하고,
상기 인젝션 모듈은,
냉방운전 시, 상기 실내 열교환기에서 토출된 냉매의 일부를 상기 실외 열교환기에서 상기 실내 열교환기로 유동되는 냉매와 열교환하고, 상기 압축기로 인젝션하는 공기조화기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인젝션 모듈은,
냉방운전시 상기 실내 열교환기에서 토출된 냉매를 상기 실외 열교환기에서 상기 실내 열교환기로 유동되는 냉매와 열교환하는 인젝션 열교환기와,
상기 인젝션 열교환기와 상기 압축기 사이를 유동하는 냉매를 팽창하는 제1인젝션 팽창밸브를 포함하는 공기조화기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1인젝션 팽창밸브는 난방운전 시 및 냉방운전시 개방되는 공기조화기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 인젝션 모듈은.
냉방운전시, 상기 실내 열교환기에서 토출된 냉매를 상기 인젝션 열교환기로 바이패스하는 냉방 바이패스배관과,
상기 냉방 바이패스배관에 배치되며, 배치되며 난방운전 시 상기 인젝션 열교환기로부터 상기 실내 열교환기로 냉매가 유입되는 것을 방지하는 체크밸브를 더 포함하는 공기조화기. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 냉방 바이패스배관은 상기 실내 열교환기와 상기 압축기의 유입포트와 연결된 유입배관에서 분지되는 공기조화기. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 유입배관에 배치되는 기액분리기를 더 포함하고,
상기 냉방 바이패스배관은 절환밸브로부터 상기 기액분리기로 유입되는 냉매의 일부가 바이패스하는 공기조화기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 인젝션 모듈은
상기 인젝션 열교환기와 상기 압축기를 연결하고, 상기 제1인젝션 팽창밸브가 배치되는 인젝션 배관을 더 포함하는 공기조화기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인젝션 모듈은,
난방운전 시, 상기 실내 열교환기에서 상기 실외 열교환기로 유동되는 냉매의 일부를 상기 압축기로 인젝션하는 공기조화기. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 인젝션 모듈은,
난방운전 시, 상기 실내 열교환기에서 상기 실외 열교환기로 유동하는 냉매의 일부를 팽창하는 제2인젝션 팽창밸브; 및
상기 실내 열교환기에서 상기 실외 열교환기로 유동되는 냉매의 다른 일부를 상기 제2인젝션 팽창밸브에서 팽창된 냉매와 열교환하는 인젝션 열교환기를 포함하는 공기조화기. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제2인젝션 팽창밸브는 난방운전 시 개방되고, 냉방운전시 폐쇄되는 공기조화기. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 인젝션 모듈은,
상기 실내 열교환기에서 상기 실외 열교환기로 유동하는 냉매의 일부를 바이패스하고, 상기 제2인젝션 팽창밸브가 배치되는 난방 바이패스배관을 더 포함하는 공기조화기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인젝션 모듈은,
냉방운전시 상기 실내 열교환기에서 토출된 냉매를 상기 실외 열교환기에서 상기 실내 열교환기로 유동되는 냉매와 열교환하고, 난방운전 시 상기 실내 열교환기에서 상기 실외 열교환기로 유동되는 냉매의 일부를 다른 일부와 열교환하는 인젝션 열교환기와,
상기 인젝션 열교환기와 상기 압축기 사이를 유동하는 냉매를 팽창하는 제1인젝션 팽창밸브와,
상기 실내 열교환기에서 상기 실외 열교환기로 유동하는 냉매의 일부를 팽창하는 제2인젝션 팽창밸브를 포함하는 공기조화기. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 제1인젝션 팽창밸브는 난방운전 시 및 냉방운전시 개방되고,
상기 제2인젝션 팽창밸브는 난방운전 시 개방되고, 냉방운전시 폐쇄되는 공기조화기.
