Abstract

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pipe assembling apparatus for a control valve, and more particularly, to a pipe assembling apparatus for a control valve, which is provided with a sealing member to simplify the construction thereof.
The pipe assembly apparatus for an assembly valve according to the present invention comprises a supply connection and a sealing member. The supply connection port includes a guide vane protruding from an outer circumferential surface of the valve housing so as to be coupled to a protrusion of the valve housing. An inlet port through which the fluid can flow into the valve mounted on the valve housing is formed and one end is inserted into the protrusion of the valve housing . The sealing member includes a sealing member that is elastically retracted such that one side is pressed against one end of the supply connection port and the other side pressurizes the valve to seal between the supply connection port and the valve.
In the assembly valve pipe assembling apparatus, it is preferable that the sealing member is formed of a corrugated pipe having one end pressed against one end of the supply connection port and the other end contacting with the valve.
Further, in the assembly pipe assembly device for a valve assembly, it is preferable that the sealing member is formed of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene).
The pipe assembly apparatus for a control valve according to the present invention can reduce the manufacturing cost because a conventional spring is unnecessary since the sealing member functions as an elastic body.
In addition, according to the present invention, since elastic members, pads, and O-rings are not required, the components of the pipe assembly apparatus for a control valve can be simply implemented.

Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a pipe assembly for a valve assembly,

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pipe assembling apparatus for a control valve, and more particularly, to a pipe assembling apparatus for a control valve, which is provided with a sealing member to simplify the construction thereof.

The regulating valve functions to regulate the circuit of the cooling water of the internal combustion engine.

In the pipe assembly apparatus for a control valve disclosed in Patent No. 10-1443010, an elastic member presses a pad located between a supply connection port and a valve to seal between a supply connection port and a valve. At this time, the pad is formed of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). Also, an O-ring is used to prevent fluid from escaping between the feed connector and the pads.

The conventional pipe assembling device for a control valve has a complicated structure because it has a guide groove for preventing the spring from tilting and an O-ring groove for inserting the O-ring.

In addition, the conventional pipe assembling device for a control valve requires an elastic member, a pad, and an O-ring, which is expensive.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a sealing member.

In addition, the present invention can reduce the number of parts and reduce the cost compared to the prior art.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of a pipe assembling apparatus for a control valve according to the present invention combined with an assembly valve. Fig.
2 is an exploded perspective view of FIG.

1 and 2, an embodiment of a pipe assembly apparatus for a control valve according to the present invention will be described in detail.

One embodiment of a pipe assembly apparatus for a control valve according to the present invention comprises a feed connection (10) and a sealing member (20).

The supply connection port 10 has a guide vane 13 protruding from the outer circumferential surface thereof so as to be coupled to the protrusion 85 of the valve housing 83. An inlet (15) through which the fluid can flow into the valve (81) mounted on the valve housing (83) is formed.

At this time, one end 11 of the supply connection port 10 is inserted into the protrusion 85 of the valve housing 83, and the guide wing 13 is brought into close contact with the protrusion 85 of the valve housing 83.

The sealing member 20 is formed of a corrugated tube formed of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and elastically contractible. The sealing member 20 is urged by one end of the supply connection port 10 and the other end is brought into close contact with the valve 81 in order to seal between the one end 11 of the supply connection port 10 and the valve 81 Is inserted into the valve housing (83). When the one end of the sealing member 20 is pressed by the supply connection port 10, the sealing member 20 is resiliently contracted and brought into close contact with the valve 81 to seal the one end of the supply connection port 10 and the valve 81, . In the conventional case, the spring is provided to press the pad. However, in the case of this embodiment, the sealing member 20 does not need a spring since it has elasticity.

Therefore, in the case of the present embodiment, since the sealing member 20 pressurizes the valve 81 to seal between the sealing member 20 and the valve 81, the fluid that flows into the supply port 10 passes through the sealing member 20 and the valve 81 and the outside. Further, since the sealing member 20 serves as a sealing and a spring, it is not necessary to provide a separate component. Therefore, the cost can be reduced, and the configuration can be simply implemented.
