Description
The present invention relates to a waterproof case that houses an electrical device therein, a flow path switching unit that includes the waterproof case, and a hot water supply system.
The present applicant has previously proposed one described in Patent Document 1 as an example of a waterproof case.
The waterproof case described in the document houses a flow path switching valve, a motor for driving the flow path switching circuit, and circuit equipment for motor control, and constitutes a flow path switching unit. This flow path switching unit is connected to a hot water supply device by piping and is used in a bathroom. For this reason, the waterproof case is required to have excellent waterproof performance. Therefore, in Patent Document 1, as means for closing an opening formed on one side surface of the case main body of the waterproof case, means for screwing a plurality of locations of the lid to the case main body is employed.
However, in the prior art, in order to eliminate the gap between the case main body and the lid body and improve the waterproof performance, it is necessary to increase the number of screwing portions of the lid body. When the number of screwing points is increased in this way, the number of parts increases, so that the part cost, the processing cost, and the assembly work cost increase, and the total manufacturing cost also increases.
As means for avoiding the above-described problems, it is conceivable to fit the lid to the opening of the case body and to seal the fitting portion by using an O-ring or the like. However, simply using such means has the following problems.
That is, when an electrical device is housed in the waterproof case, the internal pressure of the waterproof case increases due to heat generated from the electrical device, and the cover body may receive a force in a direction in which the lid body is detached from the case body. When such a force is generated, the above simple structure cannot be suitably dealt with, for example, the cover body is relatively displaced or the opening peripheral edge of the case body is deformed outward by the internal pressure. As a result, there is a risk that the sealing performance due to the O-ring may deteriorate. In particular, when the opening of the case body has a long rectangular shape and the dimension of the long side of the opening peripheral portion is relatively long, the internal pressure tends to cause warping or distortion in the long side. Defects are more likely to occur. Further, the long side portion is likely to be warped or distorted from the beginning, and often has such deficiencies when the resin molding is completed. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to achieve an appropriate seal due to warpage of the long side portion even during normal time when the internal pressure of the waterproof case is not increased. Increasing the thickness of the waterproof case can alleviate the problems as described above. However, if such a means is adopted, the manufacturing cost becomes expensive.
The present invention has been conceived under the circumstances described above, and eliminates the need for screwing many places, and increases the internal pressure to force the lid to come off the case body. It is an object of the present invention to provide a waterproof case, a flow path switching unit provided with the waterproof case, and a hot water supply system that can appropriately prevent the seal performance from greatly deteriorating even in the case of receiving the heat. .
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following technical means.
The waterproof case provided by the first aspect of the present invention accommodates an electrical component inside and at least one surface is open, and the peripheral edge of the opening includes a pair of long side and short side. A case body having a rectangular frame shape, a lid body fitted to the opening peripheral edge portion of the case main body so as to close the opening, and the peripheral surfaces of the opening peripheral edge portion and the lid body. A seal member interposed therebetween, and a first and a second that are respectively provided on the peripheral edge of the opening and the lid, and are engageable with each other in a state in which the lid is fitted to the peripheral edge of the opening A waterproof case, wherein at least one of the first and second engaging portions is inclined with respect to a fitting direction of the case body and the lid body A surface portion is provided, and the lid body is the case book. When receiving a force in a direction away from the second engaging portion, the second engaging portion can generate a pressing force that presses the first engaging portion by the guide action of the inclined surface portion. The direction is configured to be the direction toward the side where the seal member is disposed among the inside and the outside of the case body, and the first engagement portion is the pair of the case body. A long side portion is provided on each of the pair of short side portions or the pair of short side portions of the case body. It is characterized in that it can be connected and fixed .
Here, “the direction toward the side where the seal member is disposed” means that when the seal member is disposed inside the case body, the direction of the pressing force is the inside direction of the case body. When the seal member is arranged outside the case body, the direction of the pressing force is the outside direction of the case body.
According to such a configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
That is, when the internal pressure of the waterproof case increases due to heat generated from the electrical equipment, and the cover body receives a force in the direction of detaching from the case body, the cover body is provided on the cover body based on the guide action of the inclined surface portion. The 2nd engaging part which presses will press the 1st engaging part provided in the opening peripheral part of the case main body. This pressing force is directed toward the inside and outside of the case body toward the side where the seal member is disposed, so that it acts not only as a resistance against the lid body being detached from the case body but also as a peripheral edge of the opening of the case body. It is possible to appropriately prevent the portion from being deformed to the side opposite to the arrangement side of the seal member. In other words, the opening peripheral portion of the case main body is prevented from being warped and deformed outwardly even though the seal member is disposed inside the case main body, for example. On the contrary, when the seal member is disposed outside the case body, it is suppressed that the opening peripheral edge portion of the case body is warped and deformed inward. Therefore, it is possible to maintain an appropriate sealing state between the opening peripheral edge portion of the case body and the lid body and to obtain excellent sealing performance (waterproof performance).
In the present invention, as a result of obtaining the above-mentioned effects, it is not necessary to increase the number of screwing portions of the lid to the case body, or it is possible to eliminate the need for screwing, simplifying the structure, and manufacturing costs. Can also be reduced.
Furthermore, according to the present invention, by engaging the first and second engaging portions, it is also possible to obtain an effect of correcting warping or the like occurring at the opening peripheral edge portion of the case body.
Further, the long side portion of the rectangular frame-shaped opening peripheral portion of the case main body is a portion that inherently tends to be warped or distorted. On the other hand, according to the said structure, it is possible to prevent such a curvature of a long side part suitably, and to improve waterproof performance. For example, when a means for screwing the long side portion of the opening peripheral portion with respect to the lid is employed, it is necessary to increase the number of screw-fixed portions because the long side portion has a long dimension. It is possible to eliminate such a need.
Further, according to the above configuration, the waterproof performance can be further improved by connecting and fixing the case main body and the lid using the connecting member, but the connection target portion is a pair of short sides of the case main body. Since it is a part or side wall part corresponding to this, the whole cover body can be attached to a case main body with sufficient balance in relation to the 1st engaging part provided in the long side part. It is also possible to reduce the number of connection fixing portions using the connection member.
In the present invention, preferably, the inclined surface portion includes first and second inclined surface portions provided in the first and second engaging portions, respectively, and the first and second engaging portions. The first and second inclined surface portions are engaged when the first and second inclined surface portions are in face-to-face contact with each other, and when the cover body receives a force in a direction to come off from the case main body. It is comprised so that it may mutually press.
According to such a configuration, the engagement state between the first and second engagement portions is stabilized, which is more preferable in enhancing the effect of correcting the warp of the opening peripheral edge portion of the case body. . Further, it is possible to stably obtain an action in which the first engagement portion is pressed in a predetermined direction when the cover body receives a force in a direction in which the lid body is detached from the case main body.
In the present invention, preferably, the lid body has a fitting portion that fits inside the case main body, and the seal member is interposed between the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion and the inner peripheral surface of the case main body. The first engaging portion is provided by the outer peripheral surface of the opening peripheral portion of the case body being the first inclined surface portion, and the first inclined surface portion is the first inclined portion. The first engaging portion is inclined so as to be located on the outer side of the case body as it proceeds from the proximal end side to the distal end side, and the second engaging portion is located outside the first engaging portion. An inclined surface portion that is located and has the same inclination direction as the first inclined surface portion is formed inside the second engaging portion as the second inclined surface portion.
According to such a configuration, the gap between the fitting portion of the lid body and the inner peripheral surface of the case body can be properly sealed using the sealing member, while the force in the direction in which the lid body is detached from the case body. When received, the first engaging portion is pressed to the inside of the case main body by the guide action of the first and second inclined surface portions so that the seal structure using the seal member is not damaged. Thus, according to the said structure, the effect | action which this invention intends by a simple structure is acquired.
The flow path switching unit provided by the second aspect of the present invention includes a motor for driving the flow path switching valve, and a case for accommodating a circuit device for controlling the motor. The waterproof case provided by the first aspect of the present invention is used.
The hot water supply system provided by the third aspect of the present invention includes a latent heat recovery type hot water supply device installed outside the bathroom, and hot water and drain water installed in the bathroom and sent from the hot water supply device in the bathtub. A hot water supply system comprising a channel switching means for switching between a guiding mode and a mode of guiding and discharging outside the bathtub, wherein the channel switching unit is the second aspect of the present invention. The flow path switching unit provided by is used.
According to such a configuration, the same effect as described for the waterproof case provided by the first aspect of the present invention can be obtained.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

First, in the flow path switching unit U, the internal pressure of the waterproof case C may increase due to heat generated from the motor M or the
In addition, as an important effect, the first engaging
Since the first and second engaging
Of the opening
Since the
FIG. 5 shows another example of the first and second engaging
In FIG. 5A, the O-
In FIG. 2B, a
In FIG. 5D, the arrangement of the first and second engaging
In the present embodiment, when the
