The second body part 20 connected to the second gear part 330 according to the rotation of the second gear part 330 is rotated about the first axis C1 as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, So that the ankle part can be stretched.

In FIGS. 4A and 4B, the second body 20 rotates toward the first body 10, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The movement of the second body part 20 by the first rotation driving part 300 may be changed according to the rotation direction of the motor 310. [ For example, when the motor 310 rotates in the clockwise direction, the first gear portion 320 rotates clockwise and the second gear portion 330 rotates counterclockwise, And can rotate toward the first body part 10 about the first axis C1. On the other hand, when the motor 310 rotates counterclockwise, since the first gear portion 320 rotates counterclockwise and the second gear portion 330 rotates clockwise, the second body portion 20 And can be rotated away from the first body part 10 about the first axis C1.

Referring again to FIG. 3, the shock absorber 400 may be connected to the second body part 20 and the first body part 10. For example, the first end of the shock absorber 400 is connected to the inner surface of the first body portion 10, e.g., the side wall 110, and the second end of the shock absorber 400 is connected to the second body portion 20, For example, a connecting plate 290. For example, the shock absorber 400 may be a gas cylinder.

The shock absorber 400 may function to buffer vibrations or shocks generated when the second body part 20 rotates with respect to the first axis C1 according to the first rotation driving part 300. For example, when the second body portion 20 rotates about the first axis C1 toward the first body portion 10, the shock absorber 400 can buffer shock or vibration while its length increases , When the second body 20 rotates in a direction away from the first body 10 about the first axis C1, the shock absorber 400 can cushion shock or vibration while decreasing in length .

The shock absorber 400 may be configured to move not only the rotational movement of the second body part 20 with respect to the first axis C1 but also the linear movement of the second frame part 240 of the second body part 20, It is possible to buffer vibrations or shocks generated when the second subframe portion 230 is rotated.

5 to 6, the structure of the second body part 20 and the linear movement of the second frame part 240, which is a part of the second body part 20, and / The rotation of the rotor 230 will be described.

FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of a second body part of an electric stretching device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the second body part of FIG. 5 viewed from another angle.

Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the first frame part 210 and the support plate 250 are connected to be fixed with respect to each other. The support plate 250 is located on the second side of the first frame part 210 opposite to the first side of the first frame part 210 and is fixed to the first frame part 210 using a fastening member such as a bolt, As shown in FIG.

The support plate 250 includes a groove 251 extending along the second direction. The support plate 250 includes a guide rail 255 positioned on one side facing the second frame portion 240 and extending along the second direction. According to one embodiment, at least one pair of guide rails 255 is provided, and a pair of guide rails 255 may be disposed on both sides of the groove 251 with the groove 251 as a center.

The second frame unit 240 includes a first subframe unit 220 and a second subframe unit 230. The first subframe portion 220 and the second subframe portion 230 are formed so that the second subframe portion 230 can rotate about the second subframe portion 220 with respect to the second axis C2 They are mutually coupled.

The first subframe portion 220 is fixedly connected to the linear plate 260 located on the second side of the first subframe portion 220 by a coupling member such as a bolt and the linear plate 260 is connected to the linear driving portion 270). For example, the coupling plate 261 provided at one side of the linear plate 260 can be fixedly connected to the moving plate 272b of the linear driving unit 270 by a coupling member such as a bolt.

The linear plate 260 is disposed on a plane intersecting with the support plate 250 and is movable in the groove 251 formed in the support plate 250. For example, when the support plate 250 is disposed on a plane formed by the second direction and the third direction, the linear plate 260 may be formed in a plane intersecting the support plate 250, And can move along the groove 251 in the second direction.

The linear drive unit 270 is disposed adjacent to the support plate 250 and includes a motor 271 and a motion converting unit 272 for converting rotational motion of the motor into linear motion. According to one embodiment, the motion converting portion 272 may include a guide rod 272a extending in the second direction and a moving piece 272b moving on the guide rod 272a. For example, the motion converting unit 272 may be a ball screw having a guide bar 272a formed with a male thread and a moving piece 272b formed with a female screw.

The linear driving unit 270 converts the rotational motion of the motor 271 into linear motion to move the second frame unit 240 along the second direction. For example, when the motor 271 rotates in accordance with the control signal of the controller 30 (Fig. 1), the guide rod 272a connected to the motor 271 rotates and the moving piece 272b moves along the second direction, Lt; RTI ID = 0.0 > 272a. The linear plate 260 fixedly connected to the moving piece 272b moves in the second direction so that the first subframe 220 fixedly connected to the linear plate 260 can move in the second direction.

The first subframe 220 and the second subframe 220 move together along the second direction because the second subframe 230 coupled to the first subframe 220 moves together with the first subframe 220 along the second direction. The second frame part 240 may be moved away from the first frame part 210 or approach the first frame part 210 along the second direction. Since the distance between the first frame portion 210 and the second frame portion 2400 is variable, the overall length of the second body portion 20 can be adjusted according to the size of the foot placed on the second body portion 20 .

The linear driving unit 270 may include a connector 273 positioned between the motor 271 and the motion converting unit 272. The connector 273 is a speed reducer that reduces the rotational speed of the motor 271, for example, and can prevent a large load from being applied to the linear driving part 270 for a short time (e.g., several to several tens of seconds).

The first subframe portion 220 may include a guide 225. The guide 225 is provided on the second side of the first subframe portion 220, for example, on the side opposite to the support plate 250, and can be coupled to the guide rail 255, have. The guide 225 of the first subframe portion 220 moves on the guide rail 255 of the support plate 250 when the first subframe portion 220 moves by the driving of the linear driving portion 270 The second frame portion 240 is movable without vibration or shaking.

The first subframe portion 220 may include a shielding plate 263. The shielding plate 263 may be provided on one side of the first subframe 220 adjacent to the first frame 210. When the distance between the first frame part 210 and the second frame part 240 increases as the second frame part 240 moves by the linear driving part 270, the guide rail 255 is exposed to the outside However, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the shield plate 263 fixed to the first sub-frame 220 can prevent the guide rail 255 from being exposed to the outside.

The second rotation driving unit 280 rotates the second subframe unit 230 with respect to the first subframe unit 220. The first subframe portion 220 and the second subframe portion 230 are coupled to each other by sidewalls extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the support surfaces 220S and 230S, (C2).

The second rotation drive portion 280 includes a motor 281, a third gear portion 282 rotated by the motor 281, and a fourth gear portion 283 meshing with the third gear portion 282 . The motor 281 and the third gear portion 282 may be located on the linear plate 260 and the fourth gear portion 283 may be provided on the second side of the second subframe portion 230 . The third gear portion 282 and the fourth gear portion 283 may be spur gears, but the present invention is not limited thereto. As another embodiment, the third gear portion 282 and the fourth gear portion 283 may be helical gears or the like.

When the motor 281 rotates in accordance with the control signal of the controller 30 (Fig. 1), the third gear portion 282 connected to the motor 281 rotates by a predetermined angle and the rotation of the third gear portion 282 The fourth gear portion 283 also rotates by a predetermined angle. The second subframe portion 230 connected to the fourth gear portion 283 can be rotated toward the first body portion 10 about the coupling axis C2 according to the rotation of the fourth gear portion 283 . The upper portion of the foot, for example, the toe portion supported by the second subframe portion 230 can be stretched by the rotation of the second subframe portion 230. [

According to the embodiments described above, since the foot portion can be stretched by the rotation of the second body portion 20, it is possible to provide an appropriate stretching operation according to the patriarch of the user. Therefore, it can help the rehabilitation of the foot disease patient and prevent the general user's foot disease.
