Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a wide-area nozzle unit and an alien substance removing apparatus having the same,

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a wide-area nozzle unit and a foreign substance removing apparatus including the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus for removing foreign matter adhered to a subject such as a strip conveying roll.

In general, a strip steel rolled in a thin plate is supported on a plurality of rolls, and is continuously processed to be subjected to various processes, thereby producing a product meeting the requirements demanded by the customer.

Here, the role of transferring the strip to the various processes is performed by a conveying device composed of a plurality of conveying rolls.

However, since such a transport roll is made of urethane or the like, when a certain period of time has elapsed, a large amount of foreign matter adheres to or adheres to the surface of the transport roll.

Such foreign matter may cause a problem of causing a dent, such as irregularities on the surface of the strip being conveyed, to cause a lag.

Conventionally, in order to solve such a problem, a stationary blade was closely fixed to the surface of a strip conveying roll, and then the conveying roll was rotated to remove foreign substances such as magnesium oxide (MgO) powder on the surface of the conveying roll.

However, when the foreign matter is removed by a conventional method, foreign substances such as magnesium oxide powder can not be completely removed from the surface of the transfer roll.

Further, even in the case of the foreign matters separated from the conveying roll, a part thereof falls on the upper surface of the conveyed strip and comes into contact with the conveying roll again, thereby causing a defect that a groove is formed on the surface of the conveying roll by foreign substances.

Therefore, it is necessary to study a wide-area nozzle unit and a foreign matter removing device for solving the above-mentioned problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a wide-area nozzle unit and a device for removing foreign matter including the same, which totally detach foreign matter completely from the widthwise direction of the strip conveying roll and completely remove the foreign substance.

Further, the wide-area nozzle unit according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a vertical tab member vertically coupled to the nozzle body member so as to inject fluid perpendicularly to the subject.

Further, the inclined tab member of the wide-area nozzle unit according to an embodiment of the present invention may be provided between the plurality of vertical tab members.

In addition, the foreign substance removing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention includes the above-described wide-area nozzle unit for spraying floating air that is fluid in the entire width direction of the object to be floated, A unit body unit provided with a unit and facing the object to be inspected, an inlet portion of the apparatus body unit facing the object to guide the foreign substance lifted by the wide- And a Coanda unit provided in the air conditioning unit and injecting converged air.

In addition, the wide area nozzle unit of the foreign substance removing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention may be configured such that the nozzle body member is coupled to one end portion of the device body unit, And a driving cylinder which is reciprocally provided in the width direction.

Further, the Coanda unit of the foreign substance removing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention is provided with a pair of both sides of an inlet portion of the apparatus body unit before and after the rotating direction of the subject, and the wide- The apparatus body unit may be provided at a central portion of an inlet of the apparatus body unit provided at both sides thereof.

In addition, the Coanda unit of the foreign substance removing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that the pair of coanda units are provided on both sides of the entrance of the apparatus body unit in front of and behind the rotational direction of the subject, May be characterized in that the end portion of the apparatus body unit is coupled to the apparatus body unit so as to be inclined toward the gathers of the inlet portion of the apparatus body unit.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the Coanda unit of the foreign substance removing apparatus further comprises a body body coupled to the apparatus body unit, a coanda body provided on one side of the body body, And a curved surface member coupled to one end of the coil body and facing the target object, the curved surface member being formed to protrude from the curved surface so that the converged air flows.

The apparatus body unit of the foreign substance removing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include a discharge unit provided at the other end portion of the opposite end portion of the inlet unit and discharging the foreign matter introduced into the inlet unit to the outside, And a collecting unit connected to the inlet and the discharge unit and configured to have a width narrower from the inlet to the discharge unit.

In addition, the apparatus body unit of the foreign substance removing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include a suction driving unit connected to the discharge unit to apply a suction force.

Further, the object of the foreign substance removing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention may be a strip transport roll through which the strip passes.

The wide area nozzle unit and the foreign substance removing apparatus including the same of the present invention have an advantage that the foreign matter can be totally deviated from the entire width direction of the strip transport roll.

In addition, since the removed foreign matter can be completely removed from the outside, it is possible to prevent the foreign matter from adhering to the strip, and also to prevent the foreign matters from sticking to or attaching to the strip transport roll again.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the inventive concept. Other embodiments falling within the scope of the inventive concept may readily be suggested, but are also considered to be within the scope of the present invention.

The same reference numerals are used to designate the same components in the same reference numerals in the drawings of the embodiments.

The wide area nozzle unit 100 of the present invention and the foreign matter removing device 1 including the same are the invention for removing foreign matter adhered to a subject such as a strip conveying roll 2 and the like, it is possible to completely remove the foreign matter with respect to the entirety of x.

In addition, since the removed foreign matter can be completely removed from the outside, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from adhering to the strip, and also to prevent the foreign matter from sticking to or attaching to the strip feeding roll 2 again .

Here, the meaning of "wide area" means that the area to be jetted is enlarged by jetting the fluid in the oblique direction by the wide-area nozzle unit 100, unlike the conventional method.

1 is a perspective view illustrating a wide-area transfer nozzle according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, the wide-area nozzle unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a nozzle body member 110 connected to a fluid supply line, And an inclined tab member 120 slantedly coupled to the nozzle body member 110 to inject fluid at an oblique angle with respect to the object.

By constituting the fluid to be inclinedly sprayed in this way, it becomes possible to expand the jetting region of the fluid jetted to the object.

In other words, when assuming that the fluid injected portion is a cross-section of a column, the cross-section of the column is formed to have a wider cross section when the cross-section is cut in an oblique direction than a cross- Thereby constituting the wide-area delivery nozzle.

Here, the nozzle body member 110 serves as a body of the wide-area nozzle unit 100, and receives the fluid to be sprayed and transmits the fluid to the inclined tap member 120.

In other words, the nozzle body member 110 is connected to a fluid supply line for supplying air or cooling water, and the inclined tab member 120 is coupled to one side of the nozzle body member 110 to supply the fluid to the inclined tap member 120 ). ≪ / RTI >

The nozzle body member 110 may be connected to the driving cylinder 140 so as to be moved in one direction of the object to which the fluid is injected. Thereby, the jetting area of the fluid to be jetted can be widened to a wider area with a time lag. A detailed description thereof will be described later with reference to Fig.

The inclined tab member 120 serves to inject the fluid in a direction oblique to the subject. For this purpose, the inclined tab member 120 may be inclined to the nozzle body member 110. In other words, the inclined tab member 120 is configured so that the injection hole is provided so as to be provided in a direction in which the nozzle body member 110 is tilted at a certain angle with the direction in which the object faces the object.

The inclined tab member 120 is coupled to the nozzle body member 110 in an oblique direction so that the injection area of the fluid injected to the subject can be increased.

In addition, the wide-area nozzle unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes a vertical tab member 130 vertically coupled to the nozzle body member 110 to inject fluid perpendicularly to the subject .

The provision of the vertical tab member 130 allows the vertical tab member 130 to inject fluid at a portion where the area of the fluid injection formed by the inclined tab member 120 is not formed, In order to spray the fluid against the entire surface of the drum.

The inclined tab member 120 of the wide area nozzle unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be provided between the plurality of vertical tab members 130.

In other words, even when a plurality of the inclined tab members 120 are provided to form a wide injection area, there may be a region where no fluid is injected between the plurality of inclined tab members 120, The vertical tab member 130 includes the vertical tab member 130 between the plurality of inclined tab members 120 so that the vertical tab member 130 injects the fluid.

As an example of such a wide-area nozzle unit 100 of the present invention, there may be a foreign matter removing apparatus 1 of the present invention.

First, in the apparatus for removing foreign materials according to the present invention, the object is assumed to be, for example, a strip conveying roll 2 through which a strip passes.

3 is a front view showing a foreign matter removing apparatus 1 according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3, the foreign matter removing apparatus 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a strip transporting roll 2 Described wide-area nozzle unit 100 for jetting floating air as a fluid to the entire area in the width direction (x) of the strip conveying roll 2 so as to float the adhering foreign matters, the wide-area nozzle unit 100 is provided , A device body unit (200) installed to face the strip conveying roll (2), a conveying unit (200) for conveying the foreign matter lifted by the wide area nozzle unit (100) to the inside of the apparatus body unit And a Coanda unit 300 provided at an inlet part 210 of the apparatus body unit 200 facing the air conditioner 2 and injecting converged air.

In other words, by using the wide-area nozzle unit 100, floating air is blown to the entire area in the width direction (x) of the strip conveying roll 2 so that the entire area in the width direction x of the strip conveying roll 2 Such as magnesium oxide (MgO) powder adhered to or sandwiched between the strip conveying rolls 2, can be lifted off from the strip conveying roll 2 to float.

The foreign matter floated by the wide-area nozzle unit 100 can be received and removed inside the apparatus body unit 200 without being released to the outside by the Coanda unit 300.

Here, the description of the wide-area nozzle unit 100 has been described above, and further, the construction in which the wide-area nozzle unit 100 further includes the driving cylinder 140 will be described.

That is, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a foreign matter removing apparatus 1 having a wide-area delivery nozzle according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 2, 100 is coupled to the apparatus body unit 200 and the nozzle body member 110 is coupled to one end portion of the apparatus body unit 200 so that the nozzle body member 110 is moved in the width direction of the strip transporting roll 2 and a driving cylinder 140 reciprocating the driving cylinder 140. [

In other words, the wide-area nozzle unit 100 may further include the driving cylinder 140 so that the jetting area of the fluid to be jetted may be enlarged to a wider area with a time lag.

To this end, the driving cylinder 140 is provided with one end portion to be expanded and contracted while being coupled with the nozzle body member 110, and the other end portion is fixedly coupled to the apparatus body unit 200 to support the one end portion .

In order to facilitate the movement of the one end portion that is being expanded and contracted, a movable hole is formed in the apparatus body unit 200 so that one end portion of the drive cylinder 140 can be retracted or a reciprocating movement hole of the nozzle body member 110 can be reciprocated And a bay ring for reducing friction can be provided.

The wide-area nozzle unit 100 may be provided at the center of the inlet 210 of the apparatus body unit 200, and a detailed description thereof will be given later with reference to FIG.

The apparatus body unit 200 serves as a body of the foreign substance removing apparatus 1 of the present invention and may be provided with the wide area nozzle unit 100, the Koanda unit 300, or the like combined therewith.

The apparatus body unit 200 guides the foreign substance lifted by the wide-area nozzle unit 100 to the inlet unit 210 of the Coanda unit 300 and discharges the foreign substance through the discharge unit 220 Which will be described in detail later with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. FIG.

The Coanda unit 300 serves to guide a foreign object lifted by the wide-area nozzle unit 100 to the inlet part 210 of the apparatus body unit 200. For this purpose, the Coanda unit 300 may be provided at the entrance 210 of the device body unit 200.

In particular, the Coanda unit 300 is configured to converge the foreign matter to the inlet part 210 of the apparatus body unit 200 using a Coanda effect.

In other words, the Coanda unit 300 injects the converged air, and the injected converged air is moved to the inlet part 210 of the apparatus body unit 200, so that the flow of the surrounding air is also transmitted to the inlet part 210 And moves the foreign object to be lifted to the inside of the inlet portion 210.

For this purpose, the Coanda Unit 300 may include a Coanda body 310, a jetting member 320, a curved member 330 and the like, which will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

4 is an enlarged front view of the vicinity of the wide-area nozzle unit 100 and the Koanda unit 300 in the foreign matter removing apparatus 1 of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 4, the foreign matter removing apparatus 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention, A pair of the Coanda units 300 of the apparatus body unit 1 are provided on both sides of the inlet part 210 of the apparatus body unit 200 before and after the rotational direction y of the strip conveying roll 2, The unit 100 may be provided at a central portion of the inlet 210 of the apparatus body unit 200 where the Coanda unit 300 is installed on both sides.

In other words, the wide area nozzle unit 100 is provided at the entrance 210 in the center, and the Coanda unit 300 is provided at both ends of the entrance part 210, so that the wide area nozzle unit 100 So that the floated foreign matter can be converged to the inside of the inlet part 210 by the Coanda unit 300. [

In other words, the Coanda unit 300 serves as an air curtain for preventing the foreign matter from being discharged to the outside while simultaneously serving to converge the foreign matter.

The coanda unit 300 of the foreign matter removing device 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention is configured to move the strip conveying roll 2 along the rotation direction y of the strip conveying roll 2, The end portion of the Coanda unit 300 facing the strip conveying roll 2 is tilted toward the front part of the inlet part 210 of the apparatus body unit 200, And may be coupled to the apparatus body unit 200. [

This is to increase the convergence efficiency when the foreign matters are converged by the Coanda unit 300. [

In other words, when the Koanda unit 300 is provided inclined toward the inlet part 210, as compared with the case where the Koanda unit 300 is provided in a direction away from the inlet part 210 or in a horizontal direction, It is possible to shorten the flow path of the converged air directed toward the air conditioner 210, thereby reducing the probability that foreign matter floated by the air to the outside is released to the outside.

When the Coanda unit 300 is inclined toward the inlet part 210, the interval between the open spaces of the inlet part 210 can be made smaller. Therefore, So that the effect of preventing the foreign matter from being separated can be enhanced.

5 is an enlarged perspective view of the vicinity of the wide-area nozzle unit 100 and the Koanda unit 300 in the foreign matter removing apparatus 1 of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 5, the foreign matter removing apparatus 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention, The Coanda unit 300 of the apparatus 1 is provided with a Coanda body 310 coupled to the apparatus body unit 200 and one side of the Coanda body 310, (310), and is provided to face the strip conveying roll (2), and is provided with a convex air protruding in a curved shape so that the converged air flows And may include a curved surface member 330 formed to be formed.

In other words, in order to accommodate the foreign object lifted by using the Coanda effect into the inlet portion 210, the Coanda unit 300 includes the Coanda body 310, the injection member 320, (330).

Here, the Coanda body 310 serves as a body of the Coanda unit 300, and may include the injection member 320, the curved part 330, and the like.

In addition, a communication hollow for supplying converged air to the injection member 320 may be formed in the Coanda video, and may be connected to the converged air supply unit to receive the converged air.

The jetting member 320 serves to induce the Coanda effect by injecting the converged air. In other words, the condensed air injected from the injection member 320 can flow the floating member 330 to guide the floating foreign matter to the inlet portion 210.

At this time, it is preferable that the intervals of the jetting portions injecting the converged air by the jetting member 320 are provided at intervals at which the Coanda effect can be generated.

The curved surface member 330 functions to form a surface through which the converged air jetted from the jetting member 320 adheres and flows by the Coanda effect.

In other words, the curved surface member 330 is provided on a path through which the converged air injected from the injection member 320 flows, and may be provided so as to be in contact with the injection port of the injection member 320.

To this end, the curved surface member 330 protrudes in a direction facing the strip conveying roll 2 to form a curved surface, thereby causing the apparatus body unit 200 and the strip conveying roll 2 to float Thereby preventing the foreign matter from escaping.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the apparatus for removing foreign materials according to the present invention with the top surface of the apparatus body unit 200 removed. Referring to FIG. 6, The body unit 200 includes a discharge unit 220 provided at the opposite end of the one end of the inlet unit 210 and discharging the foreign substances introduced into the inlet unit 210 to the outside, And a collecting part 230 connecting the part 210 and the discharge part 220 and having a shape narrower from the inlet part 210 to the discharge part 220.

In other words, when the foreign object lifted by the wide-area nozzle unit 100 is guided to the inlet unit 210 by the Coanda unit 300, The discharging unit 220, the collecting unit 230, and the like.

The discharge unit 220 is a part where the converged foreign substance is discharged to the outside, and the opposite end of the one end of the apparatus body unit 200 having the inlet unit 210 is provided at the other end.

In addition, the discharge unit 220 is connected to the suction drive unit 240 to be described later, and can receive the suction force when the foreign substance is discharged to the outside. A detailed description thereof will be given later with reference to Fig.

The collecting part 230 is provided between the inlet part 210 and the discharging part 220 and further collects the foreign substances collected by the inlet part 210 and transfers the collected foreign substances to the discharging part 220 .

For this purpose, the collecting part 230 may be formed so that its width gradually decreases from the inlet part 210 to the discharge part 220. In other words, by gradually reducing the space in which the foreign matter is converged, the foreign matter can be converged.

7 is a perspective view illustrating an embodiment in which the apparatus body unit 200 in the foreign matter removing apparatus 1 of the present invention includes the suction driving unit 240. Referring to FIG. 7, the foreign body removing apparatus 200 according to another embodiment of the present invention, The apparatus body unit 200 of the apparatus 1 may further include a suction driving unit 240 connected to the discharge unit 220 to apply a suction force thereto.

As described above, the apparatus body unit 200 includes the suction driving unit 240, so that the attracting force of the foreign matter converged to the discharging unit 220 can be further increased.

In other words, since the foreign substances are converged by the Coanda unit 300 to the inlet part 210 of the apparatus body unit 200 and the fluid flow retentive force until they are transferred to the discharge part 220, The suction driving unit 240 provides a suction force for sucking air, so that the foreign matter converging to the discharging unit 220 can be converged and discharged more quickly.
