Claims (5)
- 분리막 시스템 운전 중 실시간으로 수집된 계측 정보 데이터를 기반으로 분리막의 가까운 장래의 오염 정도를 예측할 수 있는 막 오염 예측모델 프로그램이 내장되어 있어 막 오염 예측 정보를 산출하는 제어부;
상기 제어부로부터 막 오염 예측 정보를 수신하여 저장하는 데이터베이스 서버부;
상기 데이터베이스 서버부에 저장된 막 오염 예측 정보를 수신하여 사용자가 확인할 수 있도록 HMI(Human Machine Interface) 프로그램을 통해 출력하고, 이를 확인한 사용자가 필요한 조치를 취하도록 하는 인터페이스부; 및
상기 제어부, 데이터베이스 서버부 및 인터페이스부를 양방향 네트워크 통신으로 연결하는 라우터(router)부;를 포함하는 분리막 시스템의 막 오염 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 실시간 운영체제(Real-time OS, RTOS)를 기반으로 운영되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막 시스템의 막 오염 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 막 오염 예측모델 프로그램은 적분형 막 오염 예측모델 프로그램인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막 시스템의 막 오염 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 정밀여과막(micro filtration), 한외여과막(ultra filtration), 나노여과막(nano filtration) 및 역삼투막(reverse osmosis)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막 시스템의 막 오염 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 평막, 중공사막, 관형막, 나권형막으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막 시스템의 막 오염 모니터링 시스템.
