Generally, parts of a vehicle are manufactured individually. The parts of the vehicle are coated in the paint chamber. Painted parts are transported along the coating line. Painting components are injected into the painting chamber. At this time, the paint parts are put into the paint chamber by the maximum amount. Also, depending on the standby state of the product, the maximum number of products may not be introduced into the painting chamber.
However, in the related art, the quantity of products to be delivered to the coating chamber can not be accurately monitored because the quantity of products to be delivered from the coating line can not be monitored. In addition, the quantity of products in the waiting state or the quantity of finished products could not be confirmed accurately.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a coating product transferring apparatus which can easily calculate the quantity of a product in a coating process.
A coated product conveying apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a conveying rail part; A row rejecting unit movably installed in the conveying rail to cause the product to be caught; A conveyance line portion connected to the row rejection portion, the conveyance line portion conveying the hanger portion along the conveyance rail portion; A load measuring unit installed at one side of the conveying line unit and measuring a load applied to the conveying rail; And a control unit for calculating a load measured by the load measuring unit and calculating a quantity of the product supplied to the painting chamber.
Wherein the load measuring unit includes: a connection line to which the feed rail unit is connected; And a load cell unit disposed on the transport rail to measure a load acting on the connection line, the load cell unit being connected to the connection line.
The control unit may calculate the quantity of the product by dividing the value obtained by subtracting the load of the transport rail, the transporting line, and the hanger unit from the total load acting on the transport rail.
An identification code is formed in the row rejection, and an identification device may be provided on one side of the hanger unit so that the identification code can be read.
The identification device may be a vision device that reads the identification code by illuminating the light.
According to the present invention, since the load measuring part measures the total load of the conveying rail part, the conveying line part, the row rejecting part and the product and calculates the quantity of the product in the control part, the quantity of the product, And the quantity of the finished product can be easily calculated.
Further, according to the present invention, since the identification device can measure the number of transfers of the hanger part, the number of transferred products can be double checked.
