Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a method for installing a topside using a lift-

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of installing an ocean top side, and more particularly, to a method of installing an ocean top side using a lifting type installation line for completing a platform by providing a top side to the upper side of a jacket.

As a conventional top-side installation method, a lifting method lifts a top side from a transportation line by using a floating crane, moves to a predetermined position on the upper side of a jacket as a target, and proceeds the installation. In this case, the capacity of the crane is limited and various guiding elements are required in consideration of the collision with the surrounding structure due to the characteristics of the crane installation, and also there is a difficulty in hooking up the lifted module after installation.

In order to compensate for this, the float over method moves the top side to the position of the object while it is loaded on the transportation line, and installs it by putting it down by the ballasting function at the set final position. In the case of a floatover in which the topside is installed at one time, it is affected by the marine condition, and therefore load absorbing aids and mooring devices are required, so that the restrictions and costs are relatively large.

As a related art document, Korean Patent Registration No. 1499162 discloses a technique of moving a first conveying vessel on which a topside block is mounted to place a topside block on an upper portion of a base block, The first conveying vessel is lowered to place the topside block on the top of the base block. Accordingly, it is expected that the cost and time required for installing the topside block can be saved, and the risk of the work can be reduced.

However, this presents only the basic principle corresponding to the float over method, and therefore, it does not contain the above-mentioned problems and is not utilized as reference data in the field.

1. Korean Patent Registration No. 1499162 entitled "Method of Assembling Offshore Structures" (Publication Date: December 10, 2014).

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above-mentioned problems of the related art by providing an elevating installation line for installing a top side utilizing a ship having legs of an elevating structure in the process of completing a platform having a top side on a jacket And to provide a method of installing the ocean top side using the same.

In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a method of installing a marine top side using an installation line, comprising the steps of: (a) aligning an installation line on which a top side is mounted on an upper side of a jacket; (b) lowering the installation line in a state where the leg of the installation line is lowered to the seabed ground, and placing the top side on the jacket; And (c) aligning and fixing the top side to the jacket and moving the installation line.

As a detailed configuration of the present invention, the step (a) is characterized by using a mounting line having two legs at a bow or stern.

As a detailed configuration of the present invention, the step (b) is characterized in that the height of the ballast is adjusted by varying the ballast on a side opposite to the leg of the installation line.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the completed top side is transported directly from the yard as in the float over method, a separate additional installation line can be eliminated, and the leg of the installation line raised and lowered from the sea can be directly supported Therefore, there is no need to consider the relative motion caused by the environmental load caused by the sea condition, and it is economical since the installation of the mooring system is not required, and the operation of placing the topside accurately without using expensive equipment such as the load- Can be adjusted.

Figures 1 to 3 are schematic diagrams showing the step (a) of the method according to the invention
Figures 4 and 5 are schematic diagrams showing step (b) of the method according to the invention
Figures 6 and 7 are schematic diagrams showing step (c) of the method according to the invention

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present invention proposes a method of installing an ocean top side 20 using an installation line (30). But is not necessarily limited to, a fixed offshore structure in which the topsides 20 are joined to the jacket 10. The installation line 30 can mount an automatic position control system (DPS) in addition to the legs 35 and the crane.

The step (a) according to the present invention proceeds in the process of aligning the installation line 30 on which the top side 20 is mounted on the upper side of the jacket 10. [ 1 (a), the installation wire 30 enters the jacket 10, and in FIG. 1 (b), the installation wire 30 is aligned on the upper side of the jacket 10. 2, a portion of the upper end of the jacket 10 is exposed above the water surface, and the installation wire 30 is inserted through the opening of the jacket 10. Fig. 3 is a side view of Fig. 2, in which the top side 20 is aligned above the jacket 10. Fig.

On the other hand, a cushioning material (not shown) may be added in the state of FIG. 2 so that the attachment line 30 does not collide with the jacket 10 and do not cause damage.

As a detailed configuration of the present invention, the step (a) is characterized by using a mounting line (30) having two legs (35) at a bow or stern. And two legs 35 are provided at the stern of the installation line 30 in the city. If the legs 35 are used simultaneously at the stern and the stern, undocking of the stall 30 after installation is not possible or the airflow increases due to additional work.

The step (b) according to the present invention is a method in which the installation line 30 is lowered while the legs 35 of the installation line 30 are lowered to the seabed ground SB and the top side 20 is placed on the jacket 10 . 4 shows a process of lowering the leg 35 from the installation line 30 and fixing it to the seabed ground SB. The lower end of the leg 35 may include a means for excavating the seabed ground SB to increase the supporting force. 5, when the installation line 30 is lowered onto the legs 35, the mounted top side 20 approaches the upper end of the jacket 10 and is closely contacted.

In the detailed construction of the present invention, the step (b) is characterized in that the height of the ballast is varied by adjusting the height of the ballast on the opposite side of the leg 35 of the installation line 30. If the stern (35) is provided at the stern, it is desirable to balance the ballast tanks with the ballast tanks during the filling or draining. The need for ballast is alleviated if the line (30) with legs (35) mounted on the bow and stern. However, in this case, it is preferable that the leg 35 of one side of the bow or stern is mounted in a structure that can rotate vertically and horizontally.

The step (c) according to the present invention proceeds in a process of aligning and fixing the top side 20 to the jacket 10 and moving the installation line 30. In this process, the DPS maintains the position of the installation line (30) at all times constant using a satellite. When the jacket 10 and the top side 20 are coupled at the predetermined positions, the leg 35 is raised to the initial position as shown in FIG. 6, and the attachment line 30 is undocked and moved as shown in FIG.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. It is therefore intended that such variations and modifications fall within the scope of the appended claims.
