Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 가습기의 기포 배출 챔버에 내장된 상태에서 병원성 미생물을 살균하고 미생물의 재성장을 억제하는 자외선 소독 유닛을 포함한 가습 장치의 개념도,
도 3은 자외선 조사량에 따른 지표 및 병원성 미생물의 불활성화를 나타내는 그래프, 및
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 자외선 소독 유닛을 포함한 가습 장치를 이용하였을 때의 살균 및 항균 효과를 평가한 결과이다.

Claims (4)
- 원수 저장통(3);
상기 원수 저장통(3)의 하부에 연통된 상태에서 공급되는 물을 미스트화하는 기포 발생 챔버(5);
상기 기포 발생 챔버(5)에서 공급되는 수증기 또는 미세 기포에 대한 살균 작업을 행하여 외부로 배출하는 공간인 기포 배출 챔버(6);
상기 기포 배출 챔버(6) 내에 배치되는 자외선 소독 유닛(10);
상기 자외선 소독 유닛(10)의 하부에 결합된 상태에서 상기 자외선 소독 유닛(10)을 상기 기포 배출 챔버(6) 내에 고정시키는 고정부(20);
상기 기포 발생 챔버(5) 내에 배치되는 기화 수단(30); 및
상기 자외선 소독 유닛(10)에 전기적으로 연결되는 전원공급부(40);를 포함하며,
상기 기포 발생 챔버(5)를 통해서 기포화된 물은 상기 기포 배출 챔버(6)를 통해 배출되기 직전에 상기 자외선 소독 유닛(10)을 통해 병원성 미생물이 살균 처리되는,
가습 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 소독 유닛(10)은,
병원성 미생물을 소독하거나 상기 기포 배출 챔버(6) 내부 표면에서의 미생물 성장을 억제하기 위한 소독제를 공급하는 자외선 소독 램프(11) 및
상기 자외선 소독 램프(11)를 보호하기 위한 보호부재(13)를 포함하는,
가습 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 소독 램프(11)는,
살균/항균 효과가 높은 200nm 내지 280nm 범위의 자외선을 조사하는 저압 램프인,
가습 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 보호부재(13)는 석영(Quartz) 또는 Stainless steel 인,
가습 장치.
