BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a waste metal crusher, and more particularly, to a waste metal crusher for cutting and crushing various large waste metals such as scrap cares for easy storage and rework.

At present, many automobiles are being distributed all over the world, and the problem of disposal of waste automobiles is becoming increasingly serious.

On the other hand, the disposal of automobiles has a lot of environmental pollution, and there are many regulations for disposal nationwide. Therefore, the method of separating and recycling metals from scrap cars is advantageous from an economic point of view of resources, It is expected that the scope of application of these recycling technologies will be expanded in the future.

The simplest way to recycle automobiles is to crush the waste by hand and extract the iron and other metal substances contained in the waste.

The automobile is mainly made of high-strength metal. It is made up of many complicated parts and it takes a lot of time and money to produce scrap that can be manually dismantled and crushed to a desired size for recycling, and the demand for ever- It is not possible to do so.

Therefore, a method using some automated equipment has been proposed to overcome the disadvantages of manual operation as described above.

However, the conventional crusher has a disadvantage in that the car is not crushed due to its short residence time in the crusher.

Therefore, there is a need for a new type of crusher capable of raising the recycling productivity of an automobile by breaking the crusher to a required size by appropriately maintaining the retention time of a waste automobile.

The waste metal crusher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a hopper 100, a crusher 200, a driving unit 300, and a frame 400.

First, the hopper 100 is formed in the form of a container having an open top, guiding the waste metal to be supplied to the inside, and accommodating the waste metal therein. In addition, the hopper 100 has a plurality of protrusions 110 protruding from its inner surface.

The hopper 100 provides a space for the crushing operation of the spent waste metal, and the open top can be partially shielded by a separate lid 120. The lid 120 may have a plurality of inlet ports, and the size of the waste metal injected into the hopper 100 may be limited according to the size of the inlet port. In addition, the upper end of the rotating shaft 210, which will be described later, can be rotatably supported on the lid 120.

The protrusion 110 formed on the inner side of the hopper 100 may be supported by a separate support member 111 connecting the protrusion 110 and the inner surface of the hopper 100.

The crusher 200 has a central portion rotatably fixed to a bottom surface of the hopper 100 and an upper portion thereof is accommodated in the center of the interior of the hopper 100 and a lower portion thereof is disposed below the hopper 100 And a plurality of cutters 230 protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the disc 220. The plurality of discs 220 are spaced apart from each other along the longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft 210. [

The disc 220 may be fixed to one rotary shaft 210 in six stages. In this case, four discs 230 are arranged at intervals of 90 degrees on one disc 220. The disc 220 may be fixed to one rotary shaft 210 in six stages. In this case, six discs 230 may be arranged at intervals of 60 degrees on one disc 220.

The disc 220 is formed with a plurality of support protrusions 221 in the circumferential direction and a sharp cutter 230 is fixed to an end of the support protrusion 221. The cutter 230 is supported on the support protrusions 221 A reinforcing member 231 may be formed.

The driving unit 300 is disposed below the hopper 100 and connected to a lower portion of the rotating shaft 210 to rotate the rotating shaft 210. The frame 400 accommodates the driving unit 300 therein And the hopper 100 is mounted on the upper part so that the hopper 100 is spaced apart from the ground by the height of the frame 400.

The driving unit 300 may include a motor 310 that provides rotational power and a chain 320 that transmits the rotational force of the motor 310 to the rotational axis 210. The motor 310 and the chain 320 May be received within the frame 400. At this time, a sprocket or the like for hanging the chain 320 may be fixed to the motor 310 and the rotating shaft 210.

The frame 400 may take the form of a rectangular parallelepiped.

The crusher constructed as described above operates in such a manner that the waste metal is first introduced into the hopper 100 and then the driving unit 300 is driven to rotate the crusher 200. The waste metal contained in the hopper 100 The crushing proceeds between the protrusion 110 fixed to the inner surface of the hopper 100 and the cutter 230 rotating along the rotation axis 210.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the hopper 100 includes an inlet 101 having a uniform diameter and an inclined portion 102 having a diameter gradually reduced below the inlet 101 .

The length of the protrusion 110b formed in the inclined portion 102 is longer than the length of the protrusion 110a formed in the introduction portion 101. [ Therefore, the pulverized metal is firstly burnt in the introduction part 101 formed on the upper part, and the waste metal having the primary crushing due to its own weight moves downward, Secondary crushing can proceed more densely.

In addition, the gap between the protrusions 110b formed on the inclined portion 102 may be wider than the center portion, and the gap between the upper portion and the lower portion may be narrower than the center portion. Therefore, the pulverization can proceed longer while the spent metal stays in a relatively wide central portion.

4 is a perspective view of a waste metal crusher according to another embodiment of the present invention.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, at least two of the crushing parts 200 may be formed in one hopper 100. When a plurality of crushing parts 200 are provided as described above, since the plurality of crushing parts 200 rotate inside the hopper 100, the crushing operation of the waste metal can proceed more quickly and reliably. In addition, each of the crushing parts 200 may be connected to one driving part 300 and rotated, and the crushing parts 200 may be all rotated in the same direction or different directions.

5 to 6 are cross-sectional views of a spent metal crusher according to another embodiment of the present invention.

5, a plurality of gears, sprockets, or pulleys are spaced apart from each other and axially secured to the drive shaft of the drive unit 300, and the plurality of shredding units 200 are connected to gears, sprockets, or pulleys one- have. As shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of driving units 300 may be provided, and each of the crushing units 200 may be connected to another driving unit 300 in a one-to-one manner and rotated.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, a gear 240 is sandwiched between the discs 220 so that foreign substances are not trapped between the discs 220 on the rotating shaft 210.

When the gear 240 is inserted between the discs 220 as described above, since the rotating shaft 210 is not exposed to the outside, the gear 240 may be provided as a spur gear, It is possible to solve such a problem that debris or the like which is generated is caught or dried on the rotary shaft 210. The diameter of the gear 240 should be smaller than the diameter of the disc 220 so that the gear 240 does not affect the operation of crushing the disc 220 and the cutter 230. Alternatively, the auxiliary shaft 250 may be inserted between the discs 220 so that foreign substances are not trapped between the discs 220 on the rotating shaft 210, instead of the gear 240.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the cutter 230 is welded to the disc 220, and the disc 220 is also welded to the rotary shaft 210. Therefore, the cutter 230, the disc 220, and the rotary shaft 210 can be bonded with high strength.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the cutter 230 is formed of a heat-treated metal to improve strength, and diamond particles are fused to the surface of the cutter.

The protrusion 110 formed on the inner surface of the hopper 100 may also be formed of a heat-treated metal to improve strength, and diamond particles are fused to the surface of the protrusion 110. Therefore, the crushing operation of the waste metal can be facilitated by the protrusion 110 and the cutter 230 irrespective of the strength of the waste metal injected into the hopper 100.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is an advantage that the operation of cutting and crushing can be carried out more stably and quickly so as to facilitate storage and re-machining in order to recycle various kinds of large waste metals such as scrap cars.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the invention.

Accordingly, the true scope of protection of the present invention should be determined only by the appended claims.
