Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat insulating gasket and an insulating door device having the same.
Generally, a clearance is generated between the door and the frame or between the door and the door, and the clearance and noise are introduced into the clearance.
In order to prevent the inflow of drafts and the like, a heat insulating gasket is installed in the above-mentioned gap.
The heat insulating gasket can be divided into a rubber gasket and a windshield.
The rubber gasket is excellent in airtightness due to the pressing contact of the elastic rubber, but the door is warped due to the elasticity of the rubber gasket.
Further, there is a problem that airtightness performance is deteriorated due to a problem that there is a gap between the windshield wiping file and the file and the wiping occurs when pressed.
On the other hand, the technology as a background of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Application No. 20-2011-0003370.
Disclosure of the Invention The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and provides an insulating gasket effective for heat insulation and sound insulation and an insulating door device having the same.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a heat insulating gasket comprising: a heat insulating sheet having both end portions bonded to each other and forming a heat insulating layer in a longitudinal direction; And one side surface is attached to the heat insulating sheet and the other side surface is a bonding portion attached to a door or a frame of the door.
Wherein the heat insulating sheet comprises a heat insulating film formed in the longitudinal direction, a first adhesive layer formed on one end of the heat insulating film in the longitudinal direction, and a second adhesive layer adhered to the first adhesive layer to form the heat insulating layer, And a second adhesive layer formed on the other end of the heat insulating film.
The heat insulating film may include an inner surface forming the heat insulating layer and an outer surface which is a back surface of the inner surface, and the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer may be formed on the inner surface.
The bonding portion may be provided on the back surface of the first adhesive layer or the back surface of the second adhesive layer.
Concave and convex can be formed on the inner surface.
And a plurality of concave portions and a plurality of convex portions may be alternately formed on the inner surface.
The concave portions and the convex portions may be formed in an inclined direction with respect to the longitudinal direction.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a door structure comprising: a door frame installed at an opening of a structure; A door rotatably installed on the door frame to open and close the opening; And a heat insulating gasket provided around the longitudinal direction of the door frame or the door and blocking a gap between the door frame and the door when the door closes the door, A heat insulating sheet adhered to each other and forming a heat insulating layer in the longitudinal direction; and an adhesive portion having one side attached to the heat insulating sheet and the other side attached to the door frame or the door.
The heat insulating film includes an inner surface forming the heat insulating layer and an outer surface which is a back surface of the inner surface, and a plurality of recesses and a plurality of convex portions may be alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction on the inner surface.
The concave portions and the convex portions may be formed in an inclined direction with respect to the longitudinal direction.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The heat insulating gasket and the heat insulating door device having the same according to the present invention are easy to install for the opening of the structure and are effective for insulating and soundproofing the opening of the structure by blocking the gap of the opening of the structure.
The convex portion formed on the inner surface of the heat insulating film increases the bending strength of the heat insulating film, thereby maintaining the elasticity of the heat insulating film for a long time.
Further, the above-mentioned convex portion prevents the inner surface of the heat insulating film from sticking to each other.
