Description

[0001] Airtight blind system [0002]

The present invention relates to a blind that blocks outside air entering a window frame while shielding light, and more particularly relates to a blind that is coupled to the outside of a window frame to guide the screen movement of the blind, but only when the window of the blind covers the window completely, To a confidential blind system capable of preventing outside air from flowing outside the window.

The blinds are designed to protect the private privacy of a house or office by installing it outside the window and protecting the privacy of the individual so as not to expose the room to the shade or the interior. By connecting several narrow slats of wooden or aluminum strips to the slats, I cut off the sunlight.

Such a blind has a problem in that the connection between the components is complicated and the effect of interior decoration in the home is deteriorated.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a blind is disclosed in which a top end of a screen is connected to a cylindrical member 5 as shown in Fig. 1 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2011-0019971).

The blind shown in Fig. 1 can adjust the amount of light shielding by vertically adjusting the length of the blind screen in accordance with the rotating direction of the cylindrical member 5.

However, since the screen of the blind is composed of a fabric, it is shaken when the wind blows, so that the shading effect is lowered, and the space between the window and the blind can not be sealed.

As shown in Fig. 2, the Korean Patent No. 10-1492050 " Airtightness Blind Device " has been proposed, which can prevent external damage while preventing damage and wrinkles of the roll screen.

The rubber gasket 115a is fixedly mounted on the screen guide rail 115 so as to be in close contact with the roll screen 125 at all times. However, when the screen bar 127 is provided under the roll screen 125, since the screen bar 127 is thicker than the roll screen 125, it is difficult to drive the screen bar 127 due to the interference of the screen bar 127 during vertical movement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is to provide a hermetic blind system having a high degree of utilization by applying a conventional blind with a simple structure and a screen bar.

It is also intended to provide a confidential blind system that improves energy efficiency and airtightness by blocking the outside air when the window of the blind completely covers the window.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an upper frame, A pair of side frames respectively coupled to both side surfaces of the upper frame; A lower frame coupled to the lower side of the side frame; A winding rod provided in the upper frame; A screen coupled to a lower portion of the winding rod; And a screen bar coupled to the bottom of the screen; Wherein a guide hole is formed in the side surface of each of the side frames opposite to each other to guide the up and down movement of the screen and the screen bar by inserting both ends of the screen and the screen bar, A space between the guide hole and the screen is selectively closed by moving downwardly by pushing the screen bar to advance the hermetic member to the lower frame, And a pressing member that is provided on the front side of the airbag.

According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hermetic member is provided inside the side frame and is horizontally movable toward the guide hole by the urging of the elastic member. The hermetic member is provided with a gasket for closing the guide hole on the front side, A first sliding bar provided at one side thereof with a plurality of grooves formed therein and a protrusion provided at a rear side of the first sliding bar so as to be vertically movable in accordance with the upward and downward movement of the pressing member, 2 sliding bar. ≪ Desc / Clms Page number 2 >

According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a magnet is provided on an upper surface of the lower frame, and a metal member is provided on a lower portion of the screen bar.

According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hermetic member is provided on one side or both sides of the guide hole.

According to the present invention, since the conventional blind can be applied, the screen of the blind is moved along the guide hole formed while reducing the blind production cost, so that the screen can be shielded more effectively.

Further, when the screen of the blind completely covers the window, the space between the guide hole and the screen can be closed, thereby minimizing the outside air entering from the window.

3 is a vertical sectional view showing the airtight blind system of the present invention. FIG. 3 (a) is a vertical sectional view showing an opened state, and FIG. 3 (b) is a vertical sectional view showing an airtight closed state. 4 is a horizontal sectional view showing the airtight blind system of the present invention, wherein FIG. 4 (a) is a horizontal sectional view showing an opened state, and FIG. 4 (b) is a horizontal sectional view showing an airtight closed state.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the present invention includes an upper frame 11 having a lower opening; A pair of side frames 12 respectively coupled to both side surfaces of the upper frame 11; A lower frame 13 coupled to the lower side of the side frame 12; A winding rod 2 provided inside the upper frame 11; A screen (3) coupled to the bottom of the winding rod (2); And a screen bar (4) coupled to the lower end of the screen (3); A guide hole 121 is formed in the side surfaces of the side frames 12 opposite to each other so that both ends of the screen 3 and the screen bar 4 are inserted to guide the up and down movement, A hermetic member 5 (hereinafter referred to as " hermetic member 5 ") provided on the inner side of the side of the guide hole 121 of the side frame 12 so as to reciprocate in the direction of the screen 3 and selectively closing a space between the guide hole 121 and the screen 3 The lower frame 13 is moved downward by the pressure of the screen bar 4 to advance the hermetic member 5 so as to press the space between the guide hole 121 and the screen 3 And a member (6) is provided.

The winding rods (2) are rotatable circular rods and both ends are coupled to the upper frame.

The screen 3 is formed of a cloth material and one end of the screen 3 is coupled to the winding rod 2 and can move up and down according to the rotating direction of the winding rod 2.

Accordingly, the screen 3 can be shielded by varying the height of the screen according to the position of the sun.

For effective shading, it is preferable that the size of the screen 3 is larger than the size of a window to be installed.

The screen 3 may be provided with a heat reflecting film capable of blocking solar radiation heat as required, or may be inserted with various pictures, photographs or texts so as to interiors the interior space according to the user's taste.

The screen bar 4 is provided as a tube or a circular tube and is connected to the other end of the screen 3 connected at one end to the winding rod 2 to maintain the screen 3 in tension.

Since the screen 3 is formed of a material that can not withstand a compressive force or a shearing force, the screen bar 4 serves as a weight for preventing the bottom of the screen 3 from being curled up while being constantly wound around the wind- can do.

Thus, the screen 3 can be moved upward and downward while being stretched tightly so as to shield the screen 3 at a desired height.

Thus, the blind made up of the winding rod 2, the screen 3 and the screen bar 4 can be applied as a conventional blind, so that blinds of various designs can be utilized while reducing the production cost of the blind.

The upper frame 11 is provided so that the lower portion of the upper frame 11 is opened to allow the blind screen 3 coupled to the winding rod 2 to move up and down.

The side frames 12 are coupled to both sides of the upper frame 11 to guide the screen 3 to which the opposite side ends of the screen 3 are inserted.

The guide holes 121 are formed on the sides of the pair of side frames 12 facing each other and are formed to have a larger width than the screen bar 4 so that both side ends of the screen 3 can be vertically adjusted .

The lower frame 13 is coupled to a lower portion of the pair of side frames 12 so as to communicate with the inside of the side frames 12 and is provided inside the pressing members 6 and the side frames 12 And the hermetic member 5 is connected.

In order to most effectively shield the light entering the window from the airtight blind system 1 and to most efficiently close the space between the screen 3 and the side frame 12 so as to maximally improve the energy efficiency, 11, the side frames 12, and the lower frames 13 are formed to have the same size as the window frames to be installed, so as to be in close contact with each other.

In addition, the upper frame 11, the side frames 12, and the lower frame 13 may be formed of various materials such as aluminum, steel, wood, and plastic depending on the user's taste.

The hermetic member 5 is inserted into the side frame 12 and connected to the pressing member 6 so that when the pressing member 6 is pushed by the screen bar 4 and inserted into the lower frame 13 The hermetic member 5 advances from the guide hole 121 to the screen 3 side to close the space between the guide hole 121 and the screen 3 in an airtight manner.

Therefore, outside air can be prevented from flowing into the internal space, thereby maximizing energy efficiency.

The hermetic member 5 may be formed of a material such as rubber to hermetically close the screen 3 without damaging the shape thereof.

3 (a), when the screen 3 is opened, the pressing member 6 is protruded upward, and the pressing member 6 is in the state shown in FIG. 3 (b) As can be seen, when the screen 3 is closed, the screen bar 4 is pushed downward to advance the hermetic member 5 connected to the pressing member 6.

When the screen 3 is opened, the pressing of the elastic spring 61 is released so that the pressing member 6 returns to its original position. When the hermetic member 5 is retracted to open the guide hole 121, The moving path of the motor is secured.

The hermetic member 5 is provided inside the side frame 12 and is horizontally movable toward the guide hole 121 by the urging of the elastic member 52 and is provided to close the guide hole 121 on the front side A first sliding bar 51 provided with a gasket 511 and provided with a plurality of grooves 512 at a rear side thereof and a second sliding bar 51 provided at a rear side of the first sliding bar 51 to move the pressing member 6 up and down And a second sliding bar 53 which is vertically movable and has a protrusion 531 which is inserted into the groove 512 at the front.

3, a gasket 511 is coupled to the front of the first sliding bar 51, and an elastic member 52 is provided between the side frame 13 and the upper and lower portions, The first sliding bar 51 and the gasket 511 are retained in the side frame 13 in the opened state.

A second sliding bar 53 is provided at the rear of the first sliding bar 51 so as to be vertically slidable. A groove 512 is formed at the rear of the first sliding bar 51, A protrusion 531 is formed in front of the groove 53 to which the groove 512 is inserted.

The screen 3 is closed so that the screen bar 4 on the lower portion of the screen 3 presses the pressing member 6 so that the pressing member 6 moves the second sliding bar 53 downward and presses the second sliding bar 53 Of the first sliding bar 51 pushes the rear portion of the first sliding bar 51 forward.

The gasket 511 provided in front of the second sliding bar 53 moves toward the screen 3 and the space between the screen 3 and the guide hole 121 is closed to maintain a hermetic state.

5 is a perspective view showing the airtight blind system of the present invention having a magnet in a lower frame.

5, a magnet 131 may be provided on the upper surface of the lower frame 13, and a metal member 41 may be provided on the lower portion of the screen bar 4.

The pressing member 6 should be held in a pressed state when the screen 3 is closed, but the pressing member 6 can be returned to the upper portion by pressing the elastic spring 61 provided at the lower portion. In this case, the pressing member 6 may be held in the pressed state by the weight of the screen bar 4, but it is difficult to maintain the closed state when the weight is weaker than the elastic spring 61 of the pressing member 6.

Accordingly, the lower frame 13 and the screen bar 4 are brought into close contact with each other by the magnetic force, so that the pressing state of the pressing member 6 can be maintained.

The metal member 41 may be provided on the bottom surface of the screen bar 4 or on the entire outer surface of the screen bar 4 so as to come into contact with the upper surface of the lower frame 13.

The magnet 131 is exposed to the outside of the lower frame 13 so that when the screen bar 4 provided with the metal member 41 is downwardly brought into contact with the lower frame 13 by a magnetic force, The pressing member 6 protruded outside the frame 13 may be in a pressed state and the space of the guide hole 121 may be in a closed state.

When the screen 3 is opened, the lower frame 13 and the screen bar 4 are separated from each other by an external force, so that the pushing member 6 and the second sliding bar 53 connected to the pushing member 6 are also upwardly moved, So that the screen 5 and the screen bar 4 move to the inner side of the guide hole 121 side so that the screen 3 and the screen bar 4 are prevented from moving in the vertical direction.

Accordingly, the lower frame 13 and the screen bar 4 can be easily manipulated by the magnetic force, and the tightening force is increased, so that a more airtight state can be maintained.

The hermetic member 5 may be provided on one side or both sides of the guide hole 121.

The hermetic member 5 shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 is provided on both sides, but may be provided only on one side along the width between the screen 3 and the guide hole 121.
