実開平1−94594号公報に示すシャッター装置が知られている。
具体的には、収納ケースと、この収納ケースの左右端部分と連続した左右のガイドレールと、この左右のガイドレールに沿って昇降する複数のスラットを備えている。
各スラットを上昇し横向き姿勢で重ね合ったスラット束で収納ケース内に収納して開き状態とする。各スラットを下降し縦向き姿勢として閉じ状態とし、横向き姿勢として通気(換気)状態とする。

前述のスラットは断面略台形状の長尺で、幅方向一端部(室外側部)に気密材を装着した形状である。
各スラットを下降して縦向き姿勢とした時に一方のスラットの気密材が他方のスラットの幅方向他端部(室内側部)に接触して隣接したスラット間を気密するようにしてある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述のスラットを備えたシャッター装置であると、気密材がスラットの幅方向一端部(室外側部)に装着してあるのでスラットを下降して横向き姿勢とした通気状態の時に気密材が室内から見え難く内観意匠が見栄え良い。
しかしながら、気密材がスラットの室外側部に装着してあるので、前述の通気状態の時に太陽光が直接照射し、早期に劣化する。
しかも、スラットを下降して縦向き姿勢とした閉じ状態の時に気密材が室内から見え内観意匠が見栄え悪い。

また、スラットを下降して縦向き姿勢とした閉じ状態の時に気密材が他方のスラットの幅方向他端部の室内面に接触するので、その接触部に隙間があると室内の光が室外に洩れてしまう。

本発明は、所定の幅と長さを有する複数のスラットを、横向き姿勢とすることで通気状態となり、縦向き姿勢とすることで閉じ状態となるようにしたシャッター装置において、
前記各スラットは、その幅方向一端部分に表面に開口した気密材装着用溝部を有し、この気密材装着用溝部よりも幅方向一端部寄りに表面側に突出した突出片を有し、幅方向他端部分に裏面側に突出した内向片を有する形状で、
前記気密材装着用溝部に気密材が装着され、この気密材よりも突出片が表面側に突出し、
前記各スラットが横向き姿勢の時には、気密材が室内側で、この気密材より突出片が上方に突出して気密材を室内から見えないように遮蔽し、

本発明によれば、スラットが横向き姿勢でシャッター装置が通気状態の時に気密材が室内側に位置し、かつ突出片で室内から見えない。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1に示すように、収納ケース1と、この収納ケース1の左右両端部分と連結した左右のガイドレール2と、この左右のガイドレール2に沿って昇降する複数のスラット3でシャッタ装置を形成している。
前記スラット3は図2に示すように、所定の幅と長さを有し断面略コ字形状で、その幅方向一端部分(横向き姿勢の時に室内に向う部分)に気密材装着用溝部10が表面(縦向き姿勢の時に室外に向う面)に開口して形成してあると共に、この気密材装着用溝部10よりも幅方向一端部寄りに突出片11が表面側に向けて一体的に設けてあり、この突出片11は気密材装着用溝部10に装着した気密材12よりも表面側に突出している。

前記スラット3の幅方向他端部分(横向き姿勢の時に室外に向う部分)は鉤形に折曲して裏面(縦向きの姿勢の時に室内に向う面)に向う内向き片13が長手方向全長に亘って形成している。
