Description

Roll-up Banner Stand < RTI ID = 0.0 >

The present invention relates to a banner stand, and more particularly, to a roll-up banner stand capable of automatically drawing and inserting a banner.

The banner stand is one of the advertisement means which is arranged in an upright position in front of an event place or an exhibition and informs passers-by (viewers) passing the event contents, product information and the like.

The banner stand usually consists of a body, a support stand, and a crossbar. The body is placed on the ground and usually made of heavy material. The body has a space for drawing and inserting the banner. The support stand is a part extending from the body to the upper part, usually formed by the length of the banner. The crossbar is a part that horizontally joins to the top of the support stand and fixes the top of the banner.

Japanese Patent No. 0536049 discloses a banner stand capable of adjusting the tension of a banner. The tension adjusting portion is coupled to the strut, and has an elastic spring inside the banner to apply elasticity thereto.

In the prior art, although the banner can be held flat up and down by supporting the banner elastically, the process of drawing and inserting the banner in the housing space of the body is manually performed, which may be inconvenient to use.

The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art,

First, banners in the body can be automatically fetched and inserted,

Second, the insertion of the banner can be performed in a single operation,

Third, it is intended to provide a roll-up banner stand that can be manufactured in an easy-to-manufacture structure to reduce manufacturing costs.

In order to achieve the above object, the roll-up banner stand of the present invention can include a banner storage box, a support plate, a toothed wheel portion, a latch portion, a latch pressing portion, a button portion, and the like.

The banner storage may include a drive rod that winds the banner. The banner storage box may include a spring-loaded spring, and the drive rod can elastically insert or pull out the banner while being elastically rotated by the spring-loaded spring. The driving rod can project at least one end portion in the axial direction outwardly.

The support plate can be coupled to one side of the banner storage. The support plate may be spaced apart from the banner storage box by a predetermined distance in order to arrange the gear wheel portion, the latch portion, the latch pressing portion, and the button portion.

The toothed wheel portion may be rotatably coupled to the support plate. The toothed wheel portion can engage the rotation shaft portion with the projecting end portion of the driving rod. The toothed wheel portion can rotate in conjunction with the rotation of the driving rod.

The latch portion may be rotatably coupled to the support plate. One side of the latch portion can be selectively engaged with the toothed wheel portion as the latch portion rotates. The other side of the latch portion may have a first inclined surface.

One side of the latch pressing portion can be coupled to the support plate, and the other side can be coupled to the latch portion. The latch pressing portion can elastically press one side of the latch portion in the direction of the toothed wheel portion.

The button portion is axially movably coupled to the support plate. And a second inclined surface which can be engaged with the first inclined surface of the latch portion can be formed at one side of the button portion. When the button portion moves in the axial direction, the second inclined surface can slide while being in face contact with the first inclined surface. In this case, since the button portion moves only in the axial direction, the second inclined surface presses the first inclined surface to press the other side of the latch portion, so that one side of the latch portion can be separated from the toothed wheel portion while the latch portion rotates.

The roll-up banner stand of the present invention may include a button guide portion. The button guide portion may be formed to be coupled to the support plate or integrally formed. The button guide portion can move the button portion only in the axial direction.

In the roll-up banner stand of the present invention, the first inclined surface of the latch portion may have a width wider than the second inclined surface of the button portion.

According to the roll-up banner stand of the present invention having such a configuration, the banner in the body can be automatically drawn or inserted.

According to the roll-up banner stand of the present invention, the banner can be inserted into the banner storage box simply by touching the button portion once, thereby facilitating the banner insertion operation.

Further, according to the roll-up banner stand of the present invention, since the structure is easy to manufacture, the manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced.
