Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an automatic operation dental treatment apparatus, and more particularly, to an automatic operation dental treatment apparatus in which driving of a treatment unit for dental treatment can be automatically controlled.
As the dietary life develops, the health of the oral cavity, especially the tooth, is emphasized as the importance of the human body as well as the organ. Moreover, the importance of the dental care is getting higher because of the increase of the intake of the instant food which easily absorbs the health of the tooth.
Experts recommend regular dental checkups for dental care. Periodic scaling is usually recommended for routine dental examinations, and dental care is used to treat dental cavities.
Scalers and dental treatment devices are mostly used on handpieces, and the operator controls the drive through the footswitch.
However, such a foot switch can cause a heavy burden on ankle or pail if it is used for a long time, and there is a risk of an accident due to a malfunction due to accidental stepping on the foot switch.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic operation dental treatment apparatus which can be automatically operated without a foot switch and can be easily operated and controlled.
An automatic operation dental treatment apparatus according to the present invention includes a medical treatment unit including a movable tool for a dental treatment, a handpiece to which the movable tool is coupled, a sensor unit for sensing that the medical treatment unit is approachable or ready for operation, And a controller for controlling the operation of the scaling unit in accordance with the determination signal of the signal discrimination unit, the signal discrimination unit comprising: a signal discrimination unit for discriminating the approach or operation preparation state of the medical care unit through the sensing signal of the sensor unit; do.
Wherein the sensor unit includes an oscillator installed in an oral cavity mounting structure mounted on the oral cavity and oscillating a laser or a light having a specific wavelength, a sound wave or an ultrasonic signal, and a receiver for receiving an oscillation signal of the oscillator, Approaching the oral cavity to determine that the oscillation signal of the oscillator is not received by the medical examination unit to the receiver, and to transmit the judgment signal to the control unit.
Wherein the sensor unit comprises: a signal transmitter installed in the medical examination unit and transmitting a signal of a magnetic field or a specific frequency; and a signal receiver installed in the oral cavity mounting structure mounted on the mouth and receiving a transmission signal of the signal transmitter, The receiver may be configured to receive the transmission signal of the signal transmitter when the medical treatment unit approaches within a predetermined distance.
Wherein the sensor unit includes a mouth mounting structure mounted on the oral cavity or a contact sensor installed on one side of the oral cavity to sense contact of the movable tool of the medical examination unit and the signal judging unit detects that the movable tool contacts the contact sensor And transmit the determination signal to the control unit.
The contact sensor is preferably formed so as to detect only the contact of the movable tool.
And a light receiving unit for receiving light emitted from the light emitting unit, the light receiving unit being disposed on an oral cavity mounting structure mounted on the oral cavity or on one side of the oral cavity, The signal discrimination unit may be configured to discriminate that the light emitted from the light emitting unit is received by the light receiving unit and transmit a judgment signal to the control unit.
Wherein the sensor unit includes a sound sensor installed in an oral cavity mounting structure mounted on the oral cavity and detecting a sound generated when the movable tool of the examination unit contacts the tooth, the gum or the oral cavity mounting structure, When the movable tool senses a sound generated by collision, it may be configured to transmit a judgment signal to the controller.
Preferably, the mouth mount structure mounted on the mouth is an aperture.
An automatic operation dental treatment apparatus of the present invention includes a medical treatment unit including a movable tool for dental treatment, a handpiece to which the movable tool is coupled, an auxiliary member for contacting the body of the patient receiving the treatment, A discrimination unit for discriminating whether the medical treatment unit is in contact with the intraoral tissue of the patient by detecting a difference between parameters between the assistants or a parameter change between the treatment unit and the assistant member, And a control unit for controlling driving of the medical care unit according to a determination signal of the determination unit.
The auxiliary member may be a mouse mirror, the mouse mirror may be formed of a conductive material, and may be electrically connected to the determination unit.
Alternatively, the auxiliary member may be a wearable device worn on the body of a patient, and the wearable device may have an electrode formed on a contact portion contacting the body of the patient and electrically connected to the determination portion.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The automatic operation dental treatment apparatus of the present invention can automatically control the operation of the medical treatment apparatus without the operation of the foot switch, thereby improving the efficiency of the medical treatment apparatus and improving the usability of the operator.
