Abstract
According to the connection method of the terminal of the automotive alternator, the connection of the terminal and the diode of the rectifier assembly and the connection of the terminal and the stator assembly are performed by a soldering process. According to the present invention, since the connection between the terminal and the diode and the connection between the terminal and the stator assembly are made by the same soldering process, the efficiency can be greatly improved.
Description
The present invention relates to a soldering method of a terminal of an automotive alternator.
The automotive alternator includes a terminal connected to the diode of the rectifier assembly and a stator assembly, respectively. In this case, the terminal is generally connected to the stator assembly by a soldering method, and the diode is connected by a spot welding method.
There is a problem that the working process is not efficient because the terminals are connected to the diodes and stator assemblies in different ways, respectively.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of connecting a terminal, a diode, a terminal and a stator assembly of an alternator in an efficient manner.
According to the connection method of the terminal of the automotive alternator according to the embodiment of the present invention, the connection between the terminal and the diode of the rectifier assembly and the connection between the terminal and the stator assembly are performed by a soldering process.
The connection between the terminal and the diode and the connection between the terminal and the stator assembly may be a single soldering process.
According to the present invention, since the connection between the terminal and the diode and the connection between the terminal and the stator assembly are made by the same soldering process, the efficiency can be greatly improved.
