Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a pipe cleaning apparatus capable of removing foreign substances in a pipe, and more particularly, to rotating a cleaning member in the form of a coil spring through an electric motor.
Generally, when sewage pipes and drain pipes are clogged, sewage or rainwater flows backward and causes a lot of damage.
For example, in July 2011, a flood event occurred in the city center of Seoul, which caused a lot of human damage and property damage due to rainwater backflow caused by blockage of sewer pipes and water pipes during the rainy season.
Although the clogging of the sewer pipe and the drain pipe has various factors, it has been confirmed that the sewage and drainage flow is not smooth due to the problem of the deterioration of the pipe and impurities such as impurities in the pipe.
The fundamental solution to this problem is to replace or retrofit old pipes. However, due to economic and social burdens, it is difficult to implement the entire system in a realistic way. As an alternative, impurities in the existing pipes are periodically removed The management process of the system.
Equipment and methods used in this management process can be divided into several categories. However, when considering the convenience of site access, convenience of work, and economic burden, cleaning of submerged electric pipeline that removes foreign matter through direct approach Most of the devices are in use.
The motor-operated pipe cleaning device removes foreign matter from the inside of the pipe by rotating a cleaning member in the shape of a coil spring inserted into the pipe through an electric motor installed inside the main body.
The following Patent Document 1 discloses a flexible wire for removing piping scale, and the following Patent Document 2 discloses a wire head for piping scale remover.
The pipe descale removing apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 all rotate the wire type cleaning member through an electric motor.
On the other hand, in the case of a motorized pipe cleaning device for rotating a cleaning member in the form of a compression coil spring by an electric motor, a cleaning member having a proper diameter according to the diameter of the pipe should be used.
For example, if a pipe having a diameter of 50 mm is used, if a cleaning member having a diameter of 16 mm or more is used, the pipe may be damaged or other damage may occur during the cleaning process.
However, in the conventional electric piping cleaning apparatus, since the effective diameter of the clamping tank for clamping the cleaning member of the compression coil type is limited, there is a problem that it is difficult to clean the large diameter pipe and the small diameter pipe together.
For example, there is a problem that it is difficult to clean a small-diameter pipe having a diameter of 50 mm or less when the clamping jaw is designed so as not to clamp the coil spring-type cleaning member of 16 mm or less.
In addition, the conventional electric pipeline cleaning apparatus has a problem that the gravity center of the handle of the clamping lever protruded to the outside of the main body does not match and the handle moves in the left and right direction, which makes handling and handling through the handle of the clamping lever inconvenient.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a large diameter pipe So as to remove the foreign matter of the electric pipeline.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a motorized pipeline cleaning device capable of firmly coupling a small-diameter cleaning module having a small-diameter cleaning member to the main body, and capable of being easily disassembled from the main body.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a motorized piping cleaning apparatus which fixes the clamping lever at the center of gravity to facilitate transportation and handling.
