방수성 시험Waterproofness test

- 시험방법 : 합판에 상기 실시예를 도포하여 경화시킨 시험체(이하, 시험예)와 방수제 처리를 하지 않은 일반 합판(이하, 비교예)의 표면에 각각 끓는 물을 붓고 수분 증발을 막기 위한 커버를 씌운 후 48시간 동안 존치시킴.- Test method: Pouring boiling water on the surface of a test piece (hereinafter, referred to as a test example) coated with the above example on the plywood and hardened with a waterproofing agent (hereinafter referred to as a comparative example) Covered for 48 hours after covering.

- 시험결과 : 상기 시험예 표면에는 이상이 없었으나 비교예 표면에 수포 발생

내수성 시험Water resistance test

- 시험방법 : 시험예와 비교예를 각각 물에 잠기도록 담궈 24시간 존치시킴- Test method: Immerse the test sample and the comparative sample in water for 24 hours.

- 시험결과 : 시험예는 아무런 변화가 없었으나 비교예는 측면을 통한 수침에 의해 두께가 증가함(18mm → 21mm)- Test result: The test example showed no change but the comparative example increased in thickness by soaking through the side (18mm? 21mm)

Claims (5)

우레탄수지(urethane resin) 100중량부;
메틸아세테이트 100~300중량부;
에폭시화합물(epoxy compounds) 20~30중량부;
실란화합물(silane compounds) 10~20중량부;
폴리부텐(Polybutene) 5~10중량부; 및
폴리머릭 엠디아이(polymeric MDI) 1 ∼ 5중량부; 가 혼합된 목재 가구용 방수제.
100 parts by weight of urethane resin;
100 to 300 parts by weight of methyl acetate;
20 to 30 parts by weight of epoxy compounds;
10 to 20 parts by weight of silane compounds;
5 to 10 parts by weight of polybutene; And
1 to 5 parts by weight of polymeric MDI; Waterproofing agent for mixed wood furniture.
제1항에서,
상기 우레탄수지는 수산기값이 100~250mgKOH/g인 폴리올을 이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 수득한 것을 특징으로 하는 목재 가구용 방수제.
