Abstract
이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은 실외 조명에 있어서, 내부에 수용공간이 형성되는 탑커버, 상기 탑커버의 내부 수용공간에 수용되며 빛을 발산하는 LED가 장착된 인쇄회로기판, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 밀착되며 상기 LED에서 발생되는 열을 열교환시키는 방열판, 상기 탑커버의 양측에 구비되는 사이드커버, 상기 사이드커버에 축핀으로 결합되는 연결캡 및 상기 연결캡에 분리 가능하게 조립되는 아암을 가지며 상기 탑커버를 고정물에 거치시키는 거치프레임을 포함하며, 상기 사이드커버의 외면에는 기어이가 형성되고, 상기 연결캡의 내면에는 상기 기어이에 맞물리기 위한 기어이를 형성하여 상기 축핀을 중심으로 회전하며 각도가 조절된 상기 탑커버를 슬립 없이 고정시키도록 한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 실외 조명에 있어서,
내부에 수용공간(22)이 형성되는 탑커버(20);
상기 탑커버(20)의 내부 수용공간(22)에 수용되며 빛을 발산하는 LED(12)가 장착된 인쇄회로기판(10);
상기 인쇄회로기판(10)에 밀착되며 상기 LED(12)에서 발생되는 열을 열교환시키는 방열판(30);
상기 탑커버(20)의 양측에 구비되는 사이드커버(40);
상기 사이드커버(40)에 축핀(70)으로 결합되는 연결캡(60) 및 ;
상기 연결캡(60)에 분리 가능하게 조립되는 아암(52)을 가지며 상기 탑커버(20)를 사용처에 거치시키는 거치프레임(50)을 포함하며;
상기 사이드커버(30)의 외면에는 기어이(34)가 형성되고, 상기 연결캡(60)의 내면에는 상기 기어이(34)에 맞물리기 위한 기어이(66)를 형성하여 상기 축핀(70)을 중심으로 회전하며 각도가 조절된 상기 탑커버(20)를 슬립 없이 고정시키도록 함을 특징으로 하는 실외 조명.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 방열판(40)의 상면에는 내부에 공간(46)을 가지는 방열박스(44)가 구비되고, 상기 방열박스(44)의 공간에는 실리콘(80)이 충진됨을 특징으로 하는 실외 조명.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 탑커버(20)의 수용공간(22) 전, 후방에는 삽입홈(24)이 형성되고, 상기 방열판(40)의 하면 전, 후방에는 상기 삽입홈(24)에 끼워지는 돌기(49)가 돌출 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 실외 조명.
