- 중심축(10)을 중심으로 회전하는 중심판(11) 양방향에 중심축(10)을 향하여 설치된 여러개의 직선하중가이드 (112,122)를 따라 하중추(111,121)가 자유롭게 이동할 수 있도록 착설하고, 그 옆에 원호와 완화곡선선형으로 하중추(113,123)가 따라 이동할 수 있는 곡선하중가이드(12,13)를 설치하여, 중심축으로부터 하중추(111,121)와의 거리를 변동시켜 중심축(10)과 양방향 하중추 (111,121)와의 거리가 각각 다르게 이동하게 하여, 하중추 (111,121)의 중량으로 인한 지레의 원리에 의하여 중심축(10)을 중심으로 회전운동을 연속적으로 스스로 유발시켜 '스스로바퀴(overbalanced wheel)'를 형성시키는 방법
