The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly snow remover composition and an environmentally friendly snow remover comprising the same, and more particularly, to an environmentally friendly snow remover composition which is not only environmentally friendly but also has excellent ice-melting performance and freeze- Based snow removing agent.

Lime sintering sludge is a kind of industrial by-product that occurs during the process of calcining limestone in a steel mill to produce quicklime. In the process of calcining limestone, limestone is washed to suppress the air permeability in the furnace or the clogging of the pipe. At this time, calcined sludge is generated.

The amount of the calcined sludge is about 100,000 tons or more per year. Although calcined sludge is a useful resource having a component similar to limestone, it can not be recycled in most cases because it is in the state of a minute fraction containing water and having tackiness And the landfill is being processed.

Therefore, the calcined sludge can cause environmental pollution as industrial waste, and it is urgent to develop a technique for recycling calcined sludge.

Korean Registered Patent No. 1205146 (Name: Process for producing desulfurizing agent using calcined by-products)

The eco-friendly snow remover composition of the present invention and the eco-friendly snow remover including the same are not only eco-friendly, but also excellent in ice-melting performance and freezing prevention performance by utilizing calcined sludge as an industrial by-product.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.

As described above, the amount of calcined sludge generated reaches 100,000 tons or more per year, and calcined sludge is a useful resource having a component similar to that of limestone. However, since it is in a state of a minute fraction containing moisture and stickiness, And the whole landfill is being processed.

Therefore, the calcined sludge can cause environmental pollution as industrial waste, and it is urgent to develop a technique for recycling calcined sludge.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems by providing an eco-friendly snow remover composition comprising a calcined sludge reactant produced by reacting calcined sludge with an organic acid, potassium acetate, a freezing temperature improver, and a melting performance dispersing agent.

Through this, an eco-friendly snow remover that is not only environmentally friendly but also excellent in ice-melting performance and freezing prevention performance can be provided by utilizing calcined sludge as an industrial by-product.

The environmentally friendly snow remover compositions of the present invention comprise a calcined sludge reactant, potassium acetate, a freezing temperature improver, and an ice melt performance dispersant.

The calcined sludge reactant is a compound produced by the reaction between calcined sludge and organic acid, and has the effect of a snow remover. In addition, the calcined sludge reactant is eco-friendly because it does not cause corrosive action and environmental pollution, which is a problem of chlorine-based snow remover as a non-chlorine-based snow remover.

Lime sintering sludge is a kind of industrial by-product that occurs during the process of calcining limestone in a steel mill to produce quicklime. The calcined sludge contains components similar to limestone and contains trace amounts of metal salts.

Specifically, the calcined sludge may contain calcium carbonate (CaCO 3 ).

The calcined sludge may include a ceramic, and the ceramic may be selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide (SiO 2 ), magnesium oxide (MgO), aluminum oxide (Al 2 O 3 ), and iron oxide (Fe 2 O 3 ) And may include one or more species.

More specifically, the calcined sludge may contain calcium carbonate (CaCO 3 ) in an amount of 85 to 98% by weight based on 100% by weight of the total, and may contain 2 to 15% by weight of ceramic in addition to the calcium carbonate.

Therefore, most of the calcined sludge reactant produced by the reaction between calcined sludge and organic acid may be a reaction product of calcium carbonate (CaCO 3 ) and organic acid.

The calcined sludge may have an average particle size of 1 to 80 탆, preferably 1 to 60 탆. If the average particle size of the calcined sludge is less than 1 탆, problems may arise in the process of producing dust. On the other hand, if the average particle size exceeds 80 탆, the reaction time of calcined sludge with organic acid takes a long time, .

The organic acid may include an organic compound having a carboxyl group (-COOH), and may include at least one of acetic acid, formic acid, gluconic acid, and propionic acid, and more preferably acetic acid.

For example, when acetic acid is used as the organic acid, the acetic acid reacts with calcium carbonate (CaCO 3 ), which accounts for most of the components of the sintering sludge sludge, and calcium acetate can be produced as the sintering sludge reactant.

Potassium acetate is included in the environmentally friendly snow remover composition of the present invention to improve the ice melting performance.

The potassium acetate may contain 20.0 to 40.0 parts by weight, preferably 30.0 to 37.5 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the calcined sludge reactant contained in the environmentally friendly snow remover composition of the present invention. If potassium acetate is added to the calcined sludge reactant 100 If it is contained in an amount of less than 20.0 parts by weight based on the weight of the composition, there may be a problem of deterioration of ice-melting performance, and if it is contained in excess of 40.0 parts by weight, it is economically inefficient.

The freezing performance improving agent may be included in the environmentally friendly snow remover composition of the present invention to improve the freezing performance of the composition itself and may include a compound represented by the following general formula (1) and a dispersion solvent.

[Chemical Formula 1]

Figure pat00002

In Formula 1, R 1 , R 2, and R 3 are each independently H, a C 3 to C 5 branched alkyl group, or a C 1 to C 5 linear alkyl group.

Specifically, the freezing performance-improving agent may include a compound represented by the following formula (1-1) having a melting point of -65 캜 or lower and a dispersion solvent, thereby lowering the freezing temperature of the environmentally-friendly snowing composition of the present invention.

[Formula 1-1]

Figure pat00003

The dispersion solvent may be an acetone solution, a polyethylene glycol solution, a sulfuric acid ester solution of C 6 to C 12 alcohol, and a solution of carboxymethylcellulose (carboxymethyl cellulose) solution, and it may preferably include an acetone solution.

The acetone solution means acetone, and may be 100% acetone or may be mixed with other solvent. In this case, water, ethyl acetate, chloroform, hexane and the like can be preferably used as other solvents.

Meanwhile, the freezing temperature improver may include the compound represented by Formula 1 and the dispersion solvent at a weight ratio of 1: 0.8-1.2, preferably 1: 0.9-1.1. If the weight ratio of the compound represented by Formula 1 is 1: If the dispersion solvent is contained in an amount of less than 0.8 part by weight, the non-polar freezing material may not be dispersed in the organic acid, and layer separation may occur. If the content of the freezing material is more than 1.2 parts by weight, May occur.

The freezing temperature improver may include 6.0 to 15.0 parts by weight, preferably 10.0 to 12.5 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the calcined sludge reactant contained in the environmentally friendly snow remover composition of the present invention. If the freezing temperature improver is a calcined sludge If the amount is less than 6.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the reactant, there may be a problem that the freezing temperature of the environmentally friendly snowing agent composition of the present invention can not be sufficiently lowered. If the amount is more than 15.0 parts by weight, solubility of the compound represented by Formula There may be a problem that it is not possible to exhibit freezing prevention performance because flocculation may occur together with aggregation.

The melting performance diffusing agent is contained in the environmentally friendly snow remover composition of the present invention and serves to impose diffusion performance on the melting performance of the composition and may include at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol, sorbitol and tartaric acid, May include at least one of glycerin and propylene glycol.

The melting performance diffusing agent may include 55 to 105 parts by weight, preferably 60 to 100 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the calcined sludge reactant contained in the environmentally friendly snow remover composition of the present invention. If the melting performance diffusing agent is calcined If the content of the sludge is less than 55 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the sludge reactant, the diffusion performance of the sludge may be insufficient, resulting in deterioration of the melting performance of the environmentally friendly snow remover of the present invention. .

On the other hand, the present invention provides an eco-friendly snow remover comprising the eco-friendly snow remover composition described above.

The eco-friendly snow removing agent of the present invention can have a melting performance of 90 to 99% when the freezing temperature is -50 ° C to -32 ° C and the melting performance of sodium chloride (NaCl) is 100%.

In conclusion, the eco-friendly snow remover of the present invention has a low freezing temperature as well as similar melting performance compared to sodium chloride, which is generally used.

Further, the eco-friendly snow remover of the present invention is advantageous in that it can recycle the calcined sludge which has been completely buried in the past as a snow remover using limestone calcined sludge which is an industrial byproduct.

Figure pat00004

Next, in step (2), the lignocellulosic sludge reactant is mixed with potassium acetate, a freezing temperature improver, and an ice melting performance dispersant to prepare a snow remover.

The step (2) will be described in detail. First, potassium lactate may be mixed with the calcined sludge reactant to prepare a mixture. At this time, 20.0 to 37.5 parts by weight of potassium acetate may be mixed with 100 parts by weight of the calcined sludge reactant. If potassium acetate is contained in an amount of less than 20.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the calcined sludge reactant, the ice-melting performance may be deteriorated, and if it exceeds 40.0 parts by weight, it is economically inefficient.

Next, the mixture can be mixed with the melting performance dispersing agent. The melting performance diffusing agent may be prepared by mixing a compound represented by the following formula (1) and a dispersion solvent at a weight ratio of 1: 0.8 to 1.2.

[Chemical Formula 1]

Figure pat00005

In Formula 1, R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are each independently H, a C 3 to C 5 branched alkyl group or a C 1 to C 5 linear alkyl group.

As the dispersion solvent, at least one of acetone solution, sulfuric acid ester solution of C 6 to C 12 alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose solution may be used. Preferably, acetone solution in which water and acetone are mixed is used .

If the freezing temperature improver is contained in an amount of less than 6.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the calcined sludge reactant, the environmentally friendly snow remover composition of the present invention There may be a problem that the freezing temperature of the composition of the present invention can not be sufficiently lowered. If it exceeds 15.0 parts by weight, the solubility of the compound represented by the formula 1 may be lowered, have.

Finally, the eco-friendly snow removing agent of the present invention can be prepared by mixing the mixture and the melting performance dispersing agent with the melting performance dispersing agent.

The melting performance diffusing agent may include at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol, sorbitol, and tartaric acid, and may preferably include at least one of glycerin and propylene glycol.

The melting performance diffusing agent may be included in an amount of 55 to 105 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the calcined sludge. If the melting performance diffusing agent is contained in an amount of less than 55 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the calcined sludge reactant, There may be a problem that the melting performance of the environmentally friendly snow remover of the present invention is deteriorated, and if the amount exceeds 105 parts by weight, economical degradation may occur.
