According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mask comprises: a mask main body covering a mouth and a nose of a user; the ear hangers provided on both sides of the mask main body; and a length adjustment part provided on both sides of the mask main body so as to adjust the length of the ear hangers to be fit to ears of the user by winding up one portion of the ear hangers.
